CV Galerindo Nusantara company still uses manual methods in the recruitment process, namely prospective employees must come to the company to apply for work and still use paper so that companies need a computerized system that can facilitate employee recruitment activities. Based on these problems the authors seek solutions to make it easier for companies to overcome these problems. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method, namely the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly. The results of the web-based employee recruitment information system at CV Galerindo Nusantara which was created by the author are to produce a system that can make it easier for prospective employees and companies to carry out computerized employee recruitment activities as well as time efficiency and make it easier for prospective employees to access information systems.

This chapter presents a modeling for the Web-Based Cooperative Information Systems (WBCISs). This modeling considers the WBCISs as support of the unavoidable interactions among multiple existing heterogeneous subsystems of the information system and external information sources that share business objects and processes. The WBCIS is considered as an artifact that firstly and mainly allow information exchange, coordination and cooperation among these sources; and secondly data restructing and processes reuse or reengineering. The main concepts are Knowledge Sources and Interaction Component. A knowledge source represents a subsystem of the information system (Personal IS, Workgroup IS or Enterprise IS); or any external information source. The modeling considers the knowledge source as a UML package that presents an interface definition (business objects schema and processes). An interactions component is a kind of Web-based broker of business objects and processes. It is a support for communication services and user-oriented semantic services of the knowledge sources. It is based on the Web so that it deals with semi-structured data and accesses any knowledge source (willing to interact) having its URL. It uses a metadata that describes the knowledge sources as UML package. The modeling specializes interactions components according to the interaction situations of the knowledge source namely interactions for coordination that deal with the consistency of the shared business objects, interactions for cooperation related to the coupled processes’ activities or interactions for transmission that deal with informal and unstructured information exchanges. A Coordination Component allows knowledge source location, access, integration, global view and restructing of the business objects. A Cooperation Component allows process’ activities invocation, reuse or reengineering activities. This methodologic specialization allows easier implementation and reuse of the interaction components. An interaction component is modeled as a UML package.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

Puskesmas must always improve their quality so that the services provided are faster and more effective. One of the efforts in improving the quality is the construction of information systems regarding types of services, programs, operating hours, and availability of inpatient rooms. Puskesmas Keranggan is one of the Puskesmas where the use of inpatient rooms is still done manually, without a system, so that medical personnel in different health services find it difficult to know the exact number of rooms that are still available. Therefore, Puskesmas Keranggan built a web-based information system that can be accessed quickly and easily using internet. The information system was built using the Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL. The web application is ready to use and has been built in accordance with the requirements.

This study is based from a case in KOPERTIS Region X about scholarship management process that was done manually and spend a lot of time. From this case, a Scholarship Management Information Systems is designed to assist KOPERTIS Region X in scholarship management.Scholarship Management Information System was developed using Waterfall Mode, which starts with the specification of user needs and continued by planning, modelling, construction, delivering system to the deployment, and finally the system maintenance. Scholarship Management Information System is designed by using the web-based programming language such as HTML, PHP5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and MySQL databases. From this study, a web-based system of Scholarship Management Information Systems is created at KOPERTIS Region X to help the performance of KOPERTIS Region X in  scholarship management. Keyword : Management Information System, Waterfall Mode, PHP, MySQL.

Libraries are part of the learning resources that should be owned by every school or college. Because learners easily find the information or knowledge through library. With the development of technology make people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to make the conventional system to a computerized system. The website by utilizing the facilities connected to the internet. libraries can be more effective and efficient in searching and ordering books. In this research, I have designed a web-based information systems using programming languages PHP MySQL. With this system, is expected to address the various needs of the user to search for books and book as well as facilitate the administration in the circulation of borrowing books and preparing reports. From the research that has been conducted on these results the authors implement in Designing Library Information System Web-Based in Lampung Provicial Library.

Abstract Digital signing of data in the Web-based IS is one of the most secure methods for guaranteeing the authenticity of data. Storage of user keys is particularly important for this methodology. The present development proposes a new algorithm for storage and usage of user keys for the database by the digital certificate of the client. The proposed methodology was designed for protection of data in a particular information system. One of the characteristics of this system is the great number of authorized users with rights for access and modification of various parts of data. With such systems it is extremely important to guarantee the authenticity of data stored in the system. Digital signing of data provides such guarantee of their authenticity.

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. The presence of technology and science has evolved in the world of work and its development, in this Globalization Era, it requires people to participate in these developments. This method uses processing in the field of work which was initially managed manually by recording orders written in a ledger, now managed using modern technology. From the results of this study it can be seen that in recording existing orders on the CV. Boganesia Jaya has not implemented the system or is still using manual methods. In that case some suggestions can be given to the company for further development by means of an information system designed using an application with the web-based PHP and MySQL programming language to solve this problem in CV. Boganesia Jaya which is more effective and accurate.

The speed and efficiency of management and dissemination of information is needed for AMIK Ibrahimy, especially the management and dissemination of student financial information. The use of manual methods that leads to less effective and less efficient work which certainly raises risks such as file damage or loss of data and of course such things are not desired by anyone. So that these problems can be slightly resolved, it is necessary to develop an information system to help ease the workload of financial staff in handling the recording, processing, and dissemination of student financial information. To make the work more effective and streamlined, a Student Financial Information System was developed at the WEB-based AMIK Ibrahimy Situbondo Class and SMS Gateway. This information system is made using HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and uses a sending and receiving message application, Gammu, which will receive requests and send information to students. In addition to printed information in the form of paper, students can obtain information about their dependents from short messages sent from the information system, and it is hoped that this information system can be beneficial for academics and students.
