Libraries are part of the learning resources that should be owned by every school or college. Because learners easily find the information or knowledge through library. With the development of technology make people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to make the conventional system to a computerized system. The website by utilizing the facilities connected to the internet. libraries can be more effective and efficient in searching and ordering books. In this research, I have designed a web-based information systems using programming languages PHP MySQL. With this system, is expected to address the various needs of the user to search for books and book as well as facilitate the administration in the circulation of borrowing books and preparing reports. From the research that has been conducted on these results the authors implement in Designing Library Information System Web-Based in Lampung Provicial Library.

Medical record is a file that contains records about the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other health services to patients. The speed of obtaining data and processing of data is very much needed in the current technological era. With the development of technology makes people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is making a conventional system into a computerized system. By utilizing website facilities that are connected to the internet, medical records can be more effective and efficient in searching and recording medical history. In this research a web-based information system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database using the waterfall method as its research method. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of users to search for patient data and perform data processing as well as facilitate users in making reports. From the results of research and design that has been implemented to produce medical record applications that facilitate the processing of patient data.

The information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of data management, support the operation, managerial and strategic activities of an organization or agency and provide reports for a particular party to utilize the computer as a means to access the Internet network. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the running of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to increase sales at the company and compete with other companies. Starvindo Asia Utama only uses brochures as a promotional tool. CV Galerindo Nusantara company still uses manual methods in the recruitment process, namely prospective employees must come to the company to apply for work and still use paper so that companies need a computerized system that can facilitate employee recruitment activities. Based on these problems the authors seek solutions to make it easier for companies to overcome these problems. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method, namely the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly. The results of the web-based employee recruitment information system at CV Galerindo Nusantara which was created by the author are to produce a system that can make it easier for prospective employees and companies to carry out computerized employee recruitment activities as well as time efficiency and make it easier for prospective employees to access information systems.

The Internet is one of the development of information technology. In this case, there are many information systems that use the internet. Information systems created using the internet are called websites. A based information system is a system that can be used for the dissemination of information through internet services. In this case, the internet is becoming the provider of a set of information that is posted or uploaded, so that the public can see it every time. Therefore the presence of the internet makes it easier for people to be able to implement the results of the analysis of a system so that the formation of web-based information systems. Government services were supposed to use web-based information systems, it is used in order to obtain maximum work achievement. As an example, a case study a Government Ministry was having some complaints from the community is a service of recording E-ID CARD that is experiencing such a long queue. Therefore this web-based information systems within the scope of the reservation Recording E-ID CARD can reduce prolonged queue numbers so that people feel not satisfied against the Government. On this research produced a design of web-based information systems that can be implemented on the Booking process of recording E-ID CARDS in each Government Ministry offices.

In today's era of globalization, the advancement of information technology is accelerating. Computers connected to the internet or intranet created to facilitate human work are needed in all fields, especially in the field of education. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani need a website-based attendance information system to help enter santri attendance data. For this reason, the author tried to create a journal about a web-based santri absence system that until now has not been computerized. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is one of the foundations in Bandung that until now the input of absenteeism is still manual ranging from the input of santri absentee data to the storage of absentee data that has been input and report making. So that it is possible when the process takes place data manipulation and data loss is very large. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems in this foundation, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this foundation.

ABSTRAK Kopi Trabas merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kopi yang masih memerlukan adanya perluasan wilayah dalam penjualan dan pemasaran produk yang disediakan baik untuk pelanggan didalam kota Bengkulu maupun diluar Bengkulu. Untuk promosi produk yang dijual pada Kopi Trabas saat ini hanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan Banner dan pencatatan transaksi pada toko ini juga masih bersifat manual sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan juga memungkinkan adanya kehilangan data. Pada saat ini cara pembelian pada toko Kopi Trabas adalah pelanggan secara langsung ke toko untuk melihat dan memesan produk yang disediakan. Dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis webs pada Kopi Trabas maka dapat membantu toko dan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli, juga dapat membantu perusahaan mempromosikan produk melalui internet. Metode perancangan menggunakan pemodelan DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem penjualan berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh pemilik guna mempromosikan produk dan melakukan transaksi jual beli secara mudah kepada pelanggan dan online. Kata Kunci: Sistem Penjualan berbasis web, DFD (Data Flow Diagram.ABSRACT Kopi Trabas is an store that provides gadgets which requires an expansion on sales and promotion of its products for customer inside and outside Bengkulu. Kopi Trabasis still using Banner for its promotion and the recording transaction are still manual so it is likely to make a mistake and a data loss. At the time, the way of purchase at Kopi Trabas are the customer directly came into the store to see and ordering products that are provided by the store. By developing a web-based sales information system on the Kopi Trabas is, it would help the store and the customer on making transactions and helps the store to promote the store’s products over the internet. The system is using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The results of web-based sales information system research could be implemented and be a good use for the store on promoting its product and easily making transactions to the customers online.Keywords: Web-based sales information systems, DFD (Data Flow Diagram).

Web-based information systems technology is one of the media information that is efficient and effective in the dissemination of information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Currently, many companies are already making use of web-based information systems technology to help his efforts in promoting his company, to introduce its product, getting consumers more, making transactions faster and provide satisfying service for consumers. PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is a company engaged in the field of building materials. Sales system that exists today of PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is still done manually, where starting from the process of supply of goods, the ordering of merchandise, the deals, the creation of shipping documents, to reporting, so it takes a lot of time and in create a document and are still often goes wrong in terms of record keeping and input data by the sales section. The results of the design of this web-based information system is the best solution to solve the problem. Error logging orders can be minimized and reporting can be done appropriately.  Therefore, the authors are interested in making the design of information system of sales with web-based  at PT Bangun Tiara Teknik. With web-based computerized system allows the addition of a number of consumers to purchase the desired product, consumer satisfaction against the speed and accuracy of orders as well as reporting.
