The presence of technology and science has evolved in the world of work and its development, in this Globalization Era, it requires people to participate in these developments. This method uses processing in the field of work which was initially managed manually by recording orders written in a ledger, now managed using modern technology. From the results of this study it can be seen that in recording existing orders on the CV. Boganesia Jaya has not implemented the system or is still using manual methods. In that case some suggestions can be given to the company for further development by means of an information system designed using an application with the web-based PHP and MySQL programming language to solve this problem in CV. Boganesia Jaya which is more effective and accurate.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Kota Tangerang is one of the private schools, but data processing payroll in this schooll was still unintegrated. The ongoing payroll system was still in use of a manual system. The results of this were many obstacles faced by the school in the production of materials such as in payroll contracts, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and drawing up payroll reports. Also, the information presentation was less fast, inexact, inaccurate because current media transmission information consists of purely physical documents. The research method used waterfall method. Waterfall is a model of its development process for the coverage of a system, sequential or linear. The research steps were divided into: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The system would then be built using synthetic programming language PHP and Mysql as a database. The web-based employee payroll information system was intended to provide advantages in payroll data processing such as payroll process, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and payroll reports, so that manual jobs could be much easier and computerized. The result was derived from this research was development of the web-based employee payroll information system.

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. Based on the theoretical basis and the analysis of programming used with PHP programming language with Notepad ++ editor and database using XAMPP, resulting in a lecturer track record program that aims as an information system tool for storing lecturers for web-based functional promotion and this application is used online at Faculty of Engineering, Asahan University. The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. CV Galerindo Nusantara company still uses manual methods in the recruitment process, namely prospective employees must come to the company to apply for work and still use paper so that companies need a computerized system that can facilitate employee recruitment activities. Based on these problems the authors seek solutions to make it easier for companies to overcome these problems. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method, namely the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly. The results of the web-based employee recruitment information system at CV Galerindo Nusantara which was created by the author are to produce a system that can make it easier for prospective employees and companies to carry out computerized employee recruitment activities as well as time efficiency and make it easier for prospective employees to access information systems.

Abstrak: PT. UD RAUL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan ikan tuna loin, Namun dalam pelayanan penjualan PT. UD RAUL seperti pemesanan ikan dan transaksi pembayarann masih bersifat manual dimana pembelian melakukan transaksi pembelian ikan secara langsung PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Dalam hal ini guna mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi Media Promosi Dan Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai Metode Pengembangan dan pemodelan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada bagian web dan bahasa pemrograman PHP Pada bagian Administrator dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web Dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi Penjualan Pada PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi target dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Website, Promosi, Penjualan, Tuna LoinAbstract: PT. UD RAUL is a company engaged in the sale of tuna loin, however in sales services PT. The web-based South Pemalang Regency tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourist and cultural areas in Pemalang Regency to people who want to know tourist areas in Pemalang Regency. The web-based Pemalang Regency tourism information system is one form of regional tourism promotion in Pemalang Regency, in order to attract tourists to visit Pemalang Regency. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. The application development methodology that the author uses is the waterfall model. The programming language used is Sublime Text using mysql as the database. This research is useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in Pemalang Regency, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourism places in Pemalang Regency. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase.

The speed and efficiency of management and dissemination of information is needed for AMIK Ibrahimy, especially the management and dissemination of student financial information. The use of manual methods that leads to less effective and less efficient work which certainly raises risks such as file damage or loss of data and of course such things are not desired by anyone. So that these problems can be slightly resolved, it is necessary to develop an information system to help ease the workload of financial staff in handling the recording, processing, and dissemination of student financial information. To make the work more effective and streamlined, a Student Financial Information System was developed at the WEB-based AMIK Ibrahimy Situbondo Class and SMS Gateway. This information system is made using HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and uses a sending and receiving message application, Gammu, which will receive requests and send information to students. In addition to printed information in the form of paper, students can obtain information about their dependents from short messages sent from the information system, and it is hoped that this information system can be beneficial for academics and students.

In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school.To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

This research revealed the importance of public service web portals for an e-government information system. An e-government portal is interacting with its administrators, citizens, businesses and other governments helping them increase their operations performance. The authors have developed, modeled, formulated and compared an efficient assessment framework for e-government portals. In order to accomplish such task many quantitative factors and indicators were taken under consideration; also, other frameworks have been studied and compared. The authors focused on the web portals services quantity that the interested parties should use, in order to create an well designed public services’ web portal. This research provides a framework model to evaluate the basic common digital public services that a government offers to its interactive stakeholders, so that all other countries across the world can predefine weaknesses and strengths, improve existing or formulating new e-services. The importance of the assessment framework model is thoroughly explained through the results.
