The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 which amounted to 28 companies. Based on sampling techniques used purposive sampling obtained samples as many as 12 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study show that: (1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value. (2) Liquidity has no effect on the Company's Value. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Company's Value. (4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. This study aimed to determine the effect of capital structure and financial performance on the value of the company. The data of this research were taken from 70 observations. The population of this research was manufacturing companies of Food and Beverage sub-sector which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 . The number of samples used in this study was 14 companies taken using Cencus sampling technique. .The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure had a negative effect on the company value and financial performance had a positive effect on company value. Suggested: For investors to pay attention to the profitability and capital structure generated by the company so that it can obtain a higher return.

The research was conducted at Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018 with the aim of knowing the factors that influence capital structureThis research uses associative research. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method based on criteria. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously it can be seen that the variables Business Risk, Asset Structure, and Firm Size simultaneously have a significant effect on the Capital Structure as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable with a significant level α = 0.05, partially the Business Risk variable has no significant effect on Capital Structure, while the Asset Structure and Company Size variables have a significant positive effect on Capital Structure as evidenced by t count > t table.

Abstrak   Tax avoidance  merupakan upaya yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mengurangi atau meminimalkan kewajiban pajaknya tanpa melanggar ketentuan undang-undang perpajakan yang berlaku. Wajib pajak berusaha untuk meringankan kewajiban pembayaran pajak dengan meminimalkan jumlah pajak yang harus dibayar. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan tax avoidance yaitu profitabilitas, karakter eksekutif dan kepemilikan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel-variabel tersebut yaitu variabel profitabilitas, karakter eksekutif dan kepemilikan keluarga terhadap variabel tax avoidance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14 perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling dan diteliti selama 5 tahun sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance perusahaan, sedangkan karakter eksekutif dan kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap tax avoidance  perusahaan.   Kata kunci: profitabilitas, karakter eksekutif, kepemilikan keluarga dan tax avoidance   Abstract   Tax avoidance is an attempt by someone to reduce or minimize their tax obligations without violating the provisions of applicable tax laws. Taxpayers try to ease the tax payment obligations by minimizing the amount of tax that must be paid. There are several factors that can influence someone in doing tax avoidance, namely profitability, executive character and family ownership. This study aims to examine the effect of these variables, namely profitability, executive character and family ownership on tax avoidance variables. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The samples used in this study were 14 companies obtained through the purposive sampling method and studied for 5 years so that the samples in this study were 70 samples. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analysis shows that profitability has no effect on corporate tax avoidance, while executive character and family ownership have a positive effect on corporate tax avoidance.   Keywords: profitability, executive character, family ownership and tax avoidance

When observing the major financial problems that were revealed, the public questioned the performance of the big companies involved in this scandal, which contradicts the principles of Good Corporate Governance regarding accountability, equity, integrity, transparency and responsibility. This study aims to determine, test and explain the effect of the audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, on Return On Assets both partially and jointly in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2019. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using literature study and observation. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is found that Managerial ownership has a partial effect on ROA then Audit Committee Size and Institutional ownership partially have no effect on ROA, and simultaneously Audit Committee Size, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership together have an effect on Return On Assets ( ROA). The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of : (1) Firm Size on Profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size on Capital Structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) on Capital Structure (DER) in the Manufacturing Sector Automotive Companies and Components on the IDX. The data used are secondary data using a sample of 13 automotive sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was done using a sensus method. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) FirmSize significantly has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER).

This research was conducted on companies that won the Top GRC Award in 2019 and 2020 with secondary data collection methods. The data is collected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research is 30 companies.The analysis method used is to use SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results present that governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and intellectual capital have a positive effect on the companies performence that have won Top GRC awards.

Analysis of the Effect of Efficiency and Effectiveness of Working Capital Use on Increasing the Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX, with a supervisor Mr. Adriansyah, SE., M.Sc. The object of this study is 46 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection method uses the documentation method with secondary data sources in the form of company financial statement data for 5 years, from 2013 to 2017. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, which uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the tools of the computer statistical product program and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. From this study it can be seen that the efficiency and effectiveness of working capital have a significant positive effect on increasing profitability (ROI) of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of the number of shares outstanding, share price, and percentage of public shares on stock liquidity of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2015. Type of research used is associative research with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis where previously tested the classical assumption. The result of this research indicates that partially the number of shares outstanding has positive and significant influence on stock liquidity. While share price, and percentage of public shares partially have positive influence not significant on stock liquidity. The value of adjusted R square shows that the number of shares outstanding, share price, and percentage of public shares are able to explain the stock liquidity equals to 64.8 per cent. Another finding in this research shows that the number of outstanding shares has the most dominant influence on stock liquidity.Keywords: Number of shares outstanding, share price, percentage of public shares, and stock liquidity.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value.
