The aim of this study is to examine the effect of leadership style and work environment to work motivation to improve employee performance. The approach used is quantitative parametric method of Structural Equation Model. The study object is the production employees of PT Suparma Tbk. The results showed leadership style has positive but not significant  effect on work motivation; work environment has positive and significant effect on employee motivation; leadership style has  negative but not significant effect on employee performance; the working environment is not significant positive effect on employee performance; and motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation as intervening variable (Y),  is able to be explained by exogenous variables leadership style variable (X1) and Work environment (X2) by 55.4%, and the remaining 44.6% is explaiened by variables outside the models. Whereas endogenous variables, employee performance (Z) which is explained by the work motivation variable (Y), work environment (X1), and the style of leadership (X2) amounted to 94.1%, and the remaining 5.9% is explained by variables outside the model. With the calculation of sub-structural equation 1 is Y = 0,053X_1 + 1,065X_2 + 0,833, and the calculation of substructural equation 2 is Z = -0,193X_1 + 0,529X_2 + 0,723Y + 0.338.

The performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung based on several factors including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership style, work motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quanitative method, namely data obtained from the results of questionnaires, with the number of samples in this study were 74 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression test, F test and R2 test with an error limit of 5% = 0.05. The results of F test calculation, the value Fcount 8.103 > 3.13 Ftable, means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.It can be concluded that the independent variables consist of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) and the working environment (X3) simultaneously on the dependent variable that consists of employee performance (Y) to the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. Based on these results shows the results of multiple regression Y = 12.678 + 0,083X1 + 0,338X2 + 0,197X3 + 0.05.Results obtained correlation coefficient (R) of (0.508). The R2 Determination Coefficient is (0.226). This means that independent variables consisting of leadership style, employee motivation and work environment explain variation employee performance by 22.6% while the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment on Motivation and its impact on The Performance of Employees of National Cyber and Crypto Agency. The analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study showed that Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Motivation. In addition, Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment through Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

Mal Lippo Cikarang a shopping center that uses outsourcing employees to manager level down. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work environment and job insecurity on work motivation and its impact on employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. The method of analysis used in this study are Pearson correlation and path analysis. Data obtained from the assessment of employees through questionnaires and interviews. Results achieved in this study was to determine that the work environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang less convenient and there is job insecurity on the company and therefore contributes less well on work motivation and employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. Job insecurity has a weak and a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance and work environment has a fairly strong relationship and significant impact on employee motivation and performance. Motivation to work has a strong relationship to the employee's performance. With the company is expected to focus on increasing motivation and improving the working environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang and member attention on job insecurity. In addition, the expected results of this research can provide input to the Mall Lippo Cikarang so as to improve employee performance Outsourcing as well.

This study examines the effect of work environment on retail store employee performance in Malang, Indonesia with the role of work motivation as a mediation. Respondents in this study used 152 respondents who were millennials employees of retail stores in Malang Indonesia. This study uses a statistical analysis of the Structured Equation Model and Partial Least Square. WarpPLS is used as a data processing program for hypothesis testing. The test results show that the work environment has a significant effect of 0.259 on employee performance. The work environment at the retail stores also has a significant effect of 0.742 on work motivation. Work motivation also provides significant results on employee performance of 0.234. The mediating role of work motivation on the work environment and employee performance in retail stores throughout Malang, Indonesia has a significant mediating effect of 0.170

<div><p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct influence of work motivation, leadership style and competence on job satisfaction, and the same direct influence on employee performance, analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance and analyze the influence not directly work motivation, leadership style and competence through job satisfaction on employee performance. This study has performed on the Regional office of Kopertis IX Sulawesi using 125 employees as a sample. The Data from the questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Model using AMOS assistance 18. The study found that work motivation is a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Application of motivation in the form of existence, connectivity and growth is still low, but the motivation needed to improve employee satisfaction. Competence is a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Employee competence is still not oriented towards the innovation and technology in influencing employee performance improvement. Competence is a positive and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Competence practice adapted to the needs of work at the moment, these conditions have an impact on the low level of job satisfaction perceived by employees so that the cause of employee performance</em></p></div>

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to work motivation, influence of work discipline to work motivation, influence of compensation to work motivation, influence of leadership style to employee performance, influence of work discipline to employee performance, influence of compensation to performance, influence of leadership style, work, compensation through work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this research is employees of Bank Syariah X Branch Batam as many as 160 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22. The result of this research is as follows: Leadership style has significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has significant effect on work motivation, the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect to employee performance, leadership style, work discipline, and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Koperasi adalah salah satu badan usaha atau organisasi yang cukup berkembang di Indonesia diatur dalam UUD 1945 pasal 33. Dalam UU No. 17 Tahun 2012 disebutkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya koperasi memiliki prinsip-  prinsip yang antara lain : keanggotaannya bersifat terbuka dan sukarela, pengelolaan yang dilaksanakan secara demokratis, pembahian SHU atau sisa hasil usaha secara adil sebanding dengan besarnya usaha masing-masing anggota, pembagian balas jasa yang terbatas terhadap modal, serta kemandirian.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui 1) analisis gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi 2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi 3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi 4) gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kondisi gaya kepemimpinan pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia “SEJAHTERA” masuk dalam kriteria baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kesesuaian gaya kepemimpinan dengan harapan karyawan. motivasi kerja karyawan pada KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan masuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja organisasi dapat diartikan bahwa adanya dorongan karyawan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan Fisiologis atau kebutuhan fisik,keamanan, sosial, penghargaan dan aktualisasi diri maka dapat memaksimalkan pencapaian kinerja organisasi. Serta hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan masuk dalam kategori baik. Kondisi lingkungan kerja yang semakin baik dalam hal ini mengenai suasana kerja, hubungan dengan rekan kerja yang semakin baik, tersedianya fasilitas kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja dalam hal ini mengenai penerangan, sirkulasi udara dan kebisingan maka pencapaian kinerja karyawan dapat dimaksimalkan. Dan dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja organisasi KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa selama ini karyawan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan koperasi.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja,  Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Organisasi Cooperative is one of the business entities or organizations that is sufficiently developed in Indonesia regulated in the 1945 Constitution article 33. In Law No. 17 of 2012 stated that in the implementation of cooperatives have principles which include: membership is open and voluntary, management is carried out democratically, discussion of SHU or the remaining business results are equitably proportional to the size of the efforts of each member, the distribution of compensation is limited towards capital, as well as independence.The purpose of this study is to find out 1) analysis of leadership style on organizational performance 2) work motivation on organizational performance 3) work environment on organizational performance 4) leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on organizational performance.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the condition of the leadership style in the Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia "PROSPEROUS" is included in good criteria. The analysis shows that with the suitability of the leadership style with employee expectations. The work motivation of employees at KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan is included in the high criteria. The results of the analysis of Work Motivation on Organizational Performance can be interpreted that the existence of employee encouragement to fulfill physiological needs or physical, security, social, appreciation and self-actualization needs can maximize the achievement of organizational performance. And the results of the analysis show that the work environment of KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan is included in the good category. The condition of the working environment is getting better in this case regarding the working atmosphere, relations with colleagues are getting better, the availability of work facilities in accordance with needs, the physical condition of the work environment in this case regarding lighting, air circulation and noise, the achievement of employee performance can be maximized. And it can be seen that the performance of the KPRI Sejahtera Sutojayan organization is included in the high category. The analysis shows that all this time employees can work in accordance with procedures established by the cooperative.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Performance
