Balinese women today want to feel more beautiful and acceptable in society. Therefore, women do yoga inner beauty which makes practitioners healthy, someone's beauty will shine clearly, and lead to a healthy and harmonious life. In addition, women also need their self-actualization in the form of a career path for them. This study uses a qualitative-analytic method with an interactive approach. The results obtained are as follows. First, the reason why women choose inner beauty yoga at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is because women believe that doing inner beauty yoga and meditation every day can radiate inner beauty energy, making the body healthy, beautiful, and youthful. Second, the process of applying inner beauty yoga for women at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is starting from socialization, initiation process, worship, the yoga implementation process is carried out from level I to level V and level of purification. Third, the implication of the application of yoga inner beauty for women at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is that after participating in yoga, women become more patient, healthier, more beautiful, more harmonious, and more sincere in accepting the situation, and full of confidence.

This essay brings together Karl Marx’s alienation critique with Michel Foucault’s theoretical work on technologies of power to examine the demand for self-actualizing work. I argue that many of the themes in Marx’s writings appear frequently in the human relations management literature and are later incorporated by New Public Management. However, Foucault’s work is shown to complement and extend Marx’s initial alienation analysis, and then to highlight the reliance of human relations management on disciplinary technologies. Lost in the demand for better work is a more radical vision of harnessing machinery to bring about a post-work society.

<em><span>Nowadays the presence of internet provides virtual spaces for diaspora women who are living outside Indonesia. Living within different cultures are challenging and social media platform can be as self-actualization medium to representing identities and expressing their emotional bonding with homeland.  There are only several research which have revealed on how Indonesia women diaspora from mixed family especially in maintaining YouTube platforms. The aim of this study is tried to portray how Indonesian diaspora women revealing their national identity within video YouTube content. This research method was descriptive qualitative. Data were collected from ten videos of two Indonesian diasporas YouTuber who have mixed family, living abroad, and have more than 1 (one) million subscribers. We tried to explore from some categories such as video's location, moment or time background, target viewer, and on how delivering the messages within videos. Research finding showed that the video’s contents indicated kind of negotiation construction for showing love and caring between homeland and recent locations, also acceptance with local identities. Elements of Indonesian are attached in their everyday life.  In addition, they were still depicted as being related to domestic role and being responsible for taking care of the family.</span></em>

Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang dipercaya dapat meningkatkan pembelian di Café Ramio. yakni variabel self actualization dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden yang diperoleh dengan rumus Roscoe. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variabel self actualization tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel gaya hidup hangout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Kemudian secara simultan kedua variabel bebas penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat yakni keputusan pembelian. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel gaya hidup lebih dominan dari self actualization. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini sebesar 16,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel bebasnya. Sedangkan sisanya 83,4% dapat diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Bullying cases that often occur in the world of education in Indonesia are increasingly alarming. The impact of bullying can cause a child who is a victim to be hampered in self-actualization. There are several factors that influence bullying behavior, one of which is parenting style or parenting. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between parenting style with bullying behavior in high school students.This type of research is a descriptive observational analytic method using the Cros Sectional design. The sample in this study was that all students of class XII Natural Sciences / Social Sciences at Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung High School were 176 students. Data obtained through filling the bullying behavior scale consists of 29 items and the parenting scale consists of 30 items. Data analysis technique to test the hypothesis is Anova One Way. The results showed that most of the respondents with democratic parenting were 113 respondents (64.2%), the majority of respondents with low bullying behavior were 119 respondents (67.6%) and there was a relationship between parenting patterns with bullying behavior in SMA AL-AZHAR 3 students in Bandar Lampung (p value 0,000). The research showed a correlation between parenting style with behavior bullying in senior high school students of Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung 2019.

Media sosial, seperti Instagram, Facebook dan WhatsApp memudahkan proses interaksi dan komunikasi. Calabai sebagai komunitas di Sulawesi Selatan juga memanfaatkan media sosial tersebut untuk berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pemanfaatan media sosial di kalangan calabai di Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga orang calabai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dominan di kalangan calabai adalah Instagram, Facebook dan WhatsApp. Pemanfaatan media sosial calabai untuk bisnis dan mempromosikan pekerjaan sebagai indo’botting. Calabai juga menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana mengaktualisasikan diri, kebebasan berekspresi, menambah pertemanan baik komunitas calabai maupun masyarakat. Media sosial meningkatkan potensi keterbukaan diri calabai dalam mengaktualisasikan diri dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Social media, such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, facilitate the process of interaction and communication. Calabai, as a community in South Sulawesi, also uses social media to communicate. This study aims to describe the use of social media among calabai in South Sulawesi. The research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews with three calabai. The results showed that the dominant use of social media among calabai were Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The utilization of social media by calaibai is for business and promoting work as indo'botting. Calabai also deploys social media as a means of self- actualization, freedom of expression, adding friendships to both the calabai community and the wider community. Social media increases the self-disclosure of calabai for self-actualization in social life.

Introduction. The article analyzes the problem of self-actualization and professional orientation of specialists in various fields. A theoretical study of the problem of self-actualization has shown that it is a specific form of cognitive creative activity, involving the identification, study and assessment of one’s capabilities and implementation in the profession. Materials and Methods. The article presents the results of an empirical study of self-actualization and professional orientation of specialists of various profiles using a set of methods: the questionnaire “Diagnostics of self-actualization of the personality of A. V. Lazukin” (adapted by N. F. Kalin); test to determine the professional orientation of the personality of J. Holland; methods of diagnostics of socio-psychological attitudes of a person in the motivational-need-sphere of O. F. Potemkina; methods of statistical data processing: Mann – Whitney U-test, correlation analysis. Research Results. Statistically significant differences were revealed between the indicators of self-actualization, motivation and professional orientation among specialists from different professional groups. The correlation relationships between the types of professional orientation and various scales of self-actualization and attitudes in the motivational-need-sphere of representatives of various professional groups have been revealed. It was found that the features of self-actualization, values, motives and needs of specialists are largely due to the specifics of their professional activities and the type of professional orientation. The desire for self-actualization, creativity, spontaneity, self-understanding, contact and flexibility in communication is most pronounced among specialists with a social and entrepreneurial type of orientation, whose activities provide opportunities for creative self-expression. Discussion and Conclusion. The results obtained confirm the assumption that the desire for self-actualization of specialists is largely due to their professional orientation and the specifics of their professional activities.

Working is the main goal of someone in achieving self-actualization of their potential. Life in the workplace, work and family, work and personal fulfillment, work and social life, all illustrate the problem of a harmonious and balanced arrangement between work and other lives. In addition, the balance of employees at work and living quality of life is also the focus of company attention that will make employees more satisfied in carrying out each work. The company realizes the success of employees in working through achieving targets with exceptional performance, not solely because of the skills and competencies that employees have, but equally important is the balance of the employee in managing his personal quality of life with work demands. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. To measure the effect of Work-life Balance on Job Satisfaction, multiple linear regression methods are used with 55 respondents. The results of research that have been carried out that the variables in this study consisted of PLIW and WIPL which were stated to have a significant effect, as well as PLEW and WEPL which were stated to have no significant effect 91,4% of the Job Satisfaction of English Jogja Homes. Political, social, economic, and civilization changes trigger a number of issues that require the development of personal characteristics sufficient for survival and adaptation to life in a society stricken by a crisis. In general, we can talk about a neurotic personality, the signs of which manifest themselves in anxiety, the actualization of specific negative defenses, suspicion, feelings of resentment and guilt, loss of sense in life. To prevent or counteract these disrupting behaviors, one needs to seek meanings and ideas of self-actualization, to grow spiritually, acquire "psychological culture" while learning to build their life experience in the form of the worldview of reality, so-called semantic pictureу of the world. The development and reinforcement of this worldview are made possible due to spiritual values, reflective thinking, conscience, intuition, achieving integrity and the highest cognitive and aesthetic human needs, which are respect and self-actualization. Such type of individual is open-minded and inquisitive, ready to push the boundaries, which is also a sign of the capability for transcendence.
