This researchh has a purpose to observe strategic of alliances’s effect which were consist of efficiency, on the growth of human resources, knowledge or learning, and market motives. In this study the researcher used a quantitative approach, the data used were primary data and the data collection technique carried out by the researcher was using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study showed that knowledge as a reason for forging strategic partnerships has a positive effect on human resources (HR) development in the MSME sector. Meanwhile, as a motivator for forging strategic alliances, the market does not affect the development of human resources (HR) and efficiency.

Aims: The aim of this paper is to explore and analyze the scope and nature of the environmental movement that may shape the existing management. Study Design: This paper is a qualitative study and based on empirical research. It focuses on the impact of environmental movements around Ratargul Swamp Forest Place and Duration of Study: This research was done around the Ratargul Swamp Forest located in on Sylhet district of Bangladesh. The study period was from January 2016 to November 2017. Methodology: For the primary data collection, 47 respondents were selected by using purposive sampling on the basis of their level of involvement. Data was collected from local people, environmental groups and the forest department. Data collection methods were key informant interview, in-depth interview, case study, focus group discussion and archival research. Results: People of Ratargul village are now more aware of the harmful activities of uncontrolled tourism while the Forest Department brings new management policies and practices in response to the local and civil pressure. It is also found that the Climate Resilient Ecosystem Livelihoods (CREL) project in Bangladesh actually works to negate the strength of the environmental movement rather than as a conservation proponent. The Forest Department is successful to implement their projects due to a lack of coordination between local activists. According to the respondents, 31.1% mark this movement as successful, 23.4% opine as completely failure and while remaining 44.4% thinks that it is partially successful. Conclusion: A strong, integrated, coordinated and organized form of resistance or movement is needed to break up the hegemony of Forest Department that may save the Ratargul Swamp Forest from ongoing damage.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This research study examines the impact of remittances on quality of life. In order to accomplish the objectives, the study uses primary data which are collected from 403 households of District Dir Lower, Pakistan. Results summarized that incoming foreign remittances have a positive effect on education. Foreign remittances improve the household income level, this income is further utilized for different educational expenses. Therefore, remittance recipient families spend more than that of non-receiving families on education. In addition, remittances also increase the probability of children’s enrollment in schools. On the other hand, remittances are positively associated with family health status. The results revealed that 83% of the remittance recipient families have the ability to access basic healthcare needs, whereas 64% of non-receiving households have no access to basic health facilities. Additionally, remittances receiving families mostly prefer a private doctor and private hospitals, whereas non-receiving household usually uses government hospital facilities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui fenomena pernikahan dini dalam pandangan Islam, (2) mengetahui dampak dari pernikahan dini yang terjadi di desa Kalikuning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan alasan peneliti ingin mengetahui masalah dalam individu, kelompok, program, organisasi dan peristiwa yang biasa terjadi didalam secara sistematis. Untuk mendapat data yang tepat, maka perlu ditentukan informan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan data (purposive). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data, data dislay  yang tahap akhirnya yaitu tahap verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasus pernikahan dini di desa kalikuning masih tergolong tinggi yakni lebih dari 50% setiap tahunnya. Dampak pernikahan dini di desa kalikuning antara lain; Terhindar dari perbuatan zina, rendahnya pengetahuan warga Kaikuning akan perkembangan IPTEK dan Sumber Daya Manusia, meningkatnya angka pengagguran berdampak pada meningkatnya angka perantauan ke luar daerah.   Title: The Case of Young Married In Islamic Perspectives Abstracts: This study aims to (1) find out of the young married case in Islamic perspektif (2) find out the impact of youth marriage that occurred in kalikuning. this research is a qualitative study with a case study. that researchers want to know the problems in individuals, groups, programs, organizations and ordinary events that occur in a systematic manner. data collection techniq used interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. the data analysis techniq are: data reduction, the data dislay and the verification stage. The results showed that the cases of young married in Kalikuning more than 50% in the year. The impact of the young merried in Kalikuning. hamlet includes; Avoiding adultery, the low knowledge of the citizens at kalikuning on the development of science and technology and human resources, the increasing number of unemployment has an impact on the increase in the overseas migrants.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of the quality and price perception to the loyalty of Nokia mobile phone users in the Air Simpang Village. Ketahun Subdistrict, Bengkulu Utara. The primary data used in this study was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 318 people who meet the criteria respondent sample. The results showed that the quality of the product has positive effect on customer loyalty, and price has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on regression testing, the independent variable that most influence on customer loyalty of mobile phone users in the Water Village Simpang is the price.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v15i1.2837

The purpose of this research is to know the teacher's knowledge  on the disaster management of haze by Early childhood education teachers in Sail Pekanbaru district. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Based on research conducted by researchers conducted in Sail Pekanbaru Sub-district consisting of 47 subjects consisting of 8 PAUD institutions, it was concluded that the teachers in the Sail district have a very good knowledge in the disaster management of haze. Based on the results of knowledge research teachers by Early childhood education Se-Kecamatan Sail as a whole, is a percentage of 82.71% consisting of three indicators namely: knowing, understanding and implementing/application. As for each indicator has a percentage, the indicator knows 85.11%, the indicator understands 83.69% and apply/application with a percentage of 81.34%. Data collection technique that is done through primary data is done directly by researchers by using poll test. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan guru tentang manajemen bencana kabut asap oleh guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru yang terdiri dari 47 subyek yang terdiri dari 8 lembaga PAUD, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik dalam hal manajemen bencana kabut asap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengetahuan guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail secara keseluruhan yaitu mendapat persentase 82,71% yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu: mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan/aplikasi. Adapun setiap indikator memiliki persentase, indikator mengetahui 85,11%, indikator memahami 83,69% dan menerapkan/aplikasi dengan persentase 81,34%. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui data primer yaitu dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan tes angket.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees and the indirect impact of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees through organizational commitment. Based on the study's goals, this study used a quantitative approach. Primary data collection analysis has been carried out using survey techniques. The study was conducted on 56 respondents who were Balitbangda workers, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Review of the data used in this analysis using SEM-PLS. The results demonstrated the impact of the organizational culture, the compensation and the organizational commitment to the success of the business. This research was conducted on employees at The Office of Regional Operation 2 Bandung PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with the number of respondents as many as 113 people. This research uses quantitative approach and survey method with the primary data collection technique using a questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job performance. This relationship suggests that if psychological empowerment that employees have a good/high, it will be followed by an increase in job performance and vice versa. These findings are similar to some previous research that states, intrinsic motivation in the form of psychological empowerment have a positive and significant effect on job performance.
