Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui fenomena pernikahan dini dalam pandangan Islam, (2) mengetahui dampak dari pernikahan dini yang terjadi di desa Kalikuning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan alasan peneliti ingin mengetahui masalah dalam individu, kelompok, program, organisasi dan peristiwa yang biasa terjadi didalam secara sistematis. Untuk mendapat data yang tepat, maka perlu ditentukan informan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan data (purposive). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data, data dislay  yang tahap akhirnya yaitu tahap verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasus pernikahan dini di desa kalikuning masih tergolong tinggi yakni lebih dari 50% setiap tahunnya. Dampak pernikahan dini di desa kalikuning antara lain; Terhindar dari perbuatan zina, rendahnya pengetahuan warga Kaikuning akan perkembangan IPTEK dan Sumber Daya Manusia, meningkatnya angka pengagguran berdampak pada meningkatnya angka perantauan ke luar daerah.   Title: The Case of Young Married In Islamic Perspectives Abstracts: This study aims to (1) find out of the young married case in Islamic perspektif (2) find out the impact of youth marriage that occurred in kalikuning. this research is a qualitative study with a case study. that researchers want to know the problems in individuals, groups, programs, organizations and ordinary events that occur in a systematic manner. data collection techniq used interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. the data analysis techniq are: data reduction, the data dislay and the verification stage. The results showed that the cases of young married in Kalikuning more than 50% in the year. The impact of the young merried in Kalikuning. hamlet includes; Avoiding adultery, the low knowledge of the citizens at kalikuning on the development of science and technology and human resources, the increasing number of unemployment has an impact on the increase in the overseas migrants.

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) prasangka tokoh terhadap utusan gubernur dalam novel Si Anak Badai karya Tere Liye, 2) dampak prasangka tokoh terhadap utusan gubernur pada novel Si Anak Badai karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra, dengan sumber datanya novel Si Anak Badai karya Tere Liye. Data berupa satuan cerita yang terwujud dalam dialog, paragraf, maupun narasi yang menjelaskan prasangka tokoh terhadap tokoh lain. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca catat kemudian dikelompokkan dalam tabel. Analisis data menggunakan langkah reduksi data yang meliputi menyeleksi, meringkas, serta menggolongkan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) prasangka tokoh terhadap utusan gubernur yang hendak mendirikan secara paksa pelabuhan di kampung Manowa yang terwujud dalam persepsi, kekhawatiran, bahkan tindakan perlawanan yang dilakukan oleh rakyat Manowa, 2) dampak prasangka tokoh terhadap utusan gubernur yang berwujud kemarahan dan juga kenekatan dalam melancarkan pembangunan pelabuhan tersebut. This study aims to describe 1) the prejudice of the characters on the governor's delegation in Si Anak Badai novel by Tere Liye, 2) The impact of the character's prejudice on the governor's delegation in Si Anak Badai novel by Tere Liye. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a literary psychology approach. The data source is the novel Si Anak Badai by Tere Liye. Data in the form of story units that are manifested in dialogues, paragraphs, and narratives that explain the character's prejudice about other characters. The data collection technique used the reading and notes technique and then grouped them in a table. Data analysis uses data reduction steps which include selecting, summarizing, and classifying data. The results of this study are 1) the prejudice of the figures regarding the governor's delegation who want to forcibly establish a port in Manowa Village which are manifested in perceptions, worries, and even acts of resistance by the people of Manowa, 2) the impact of the figures' prejudice on the governor's delegation who is angry and impetuous in accelerating the construction of the port.

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. This research was conducted to investigate the most difficult aspect faced by students in writing. The research question addressed in this research was: “what is the most difficult aspect faced by the students in writing?”.The design of this research was a case study. In conducting this research, the researcher took class XI IPA 1 of SMAN 1 Wundulako as a subject of the research with considerable that the class have the low est score in writing. The researcher used two kinds of data collection. They were questionnaire and interview.  The sample of the research was class IX IPA 1 which consisted of 28 students. While in analyzing the data, the researcher analyzed the data of questionnaire by using the formula which proposed by Nazir and for the data of interview the researcher used technique of data analysis proposed Ngabut such as data reduction, data display and verifying and conclusion. In representing the analysis, it was found out that the students of SMAN 1 Wundulako especially in the second grade class XI IPA 1 got four difficulties in writing. They were content organization vocabulary and grammar. From four aspects of three components, the vocabulary mastery aspect was considered as the difficult aspects that faced by the students in writing. The third statement of vocabulary aspect in the questionnaire was a  difficulties that often faced by the students. It was shown by the result of questionnaire and interview with the percentage  3,53  mean  and  writng  test     also  to  support  its  students  lack vocabulary, its concluded students of SMAN 1 Wundulako difficulties in writing.

This study aims to: (1) To find out the implementation of school-based management (2) To find out the organization in the development of the curriculum used in the implementation of school-based management in Katingan Hilir 2 High School. This research was conducted in 2 (two) months, taking place at Katingan Hilir 2 High School, located on Tjilik Riwut km 2.5 road, Kasongan Lama Village. The method used in conducting this research is qualitative with the type of case study. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the objectivity and validity of the data used triangulation techniques, using reference materials, and holding member checks. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that at Katingan Hilir 2 High School in Katingan District the implementation of school-based management had gone well. Because this can be done well because of the collaboration between the principal and the board of teachers and the school community.

Since it was established in 2003 until 2014, the “MP” bank had never provided its human resources development training. As a result, it decreased its employees’ performance which ultimately gave a bad impact on the bank. This was a serious concern for the management in 2015. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of knowledge management variables consisting of socialization, externalization, combination, and Internalisation on the employees performance indirectly through their competence. The path analysis was used to determine the indirect impact of knowledge management on the wmployess’ performance, with the  samples of 140 people. The data analysis and hypothesis testing proved that knowledge management had significant effect on the employees performance indirectly through the employees competence. The R-square of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalisation of the employees competence were 70.5%; and the R-square of competence variable to the performance was 52%. This showed that knowledge management played an important role in improving the employees performance through their competence. It implies that the bank needs to provide in-house training for its employees resource development because only relying on the quality the employees get from the college was not enough

Women are considered the nucleus of a family, country, and civilization. This is due to the fact that they act as a cornerstone in producing good, beneficial and useful generations of the future. The value, personality, and self-respect of women are increasingly becoming more marginalized due to the current borderline digitalized globalized, modernized transformed the modern world. This study aims at evaluating Ibu Zain’s concept of personality and politeness of the Malay woman. The concept of personality and politeness are the essence of the study since the two elements denote the ontological existence of a woman in examining the value of personality as a symbolic gesture of Malay woman, and in analyzing the value of politeness possessed by the Malay lady. This is a qualitative study and it uses the interpretation method approach. Data collection was entirely done through library research by referencing to relevant documents written by this scholar and other related articles of other scholars. Data analysis was in the form of descriptive textual analysis of the concept of personality and politeness. The findings show that the Malay woman symbolizes the strength of the nation with its own uniqueness based on polite behavior, high morale, and sincere struggle in developing the race of the nation, besides freeing themselves from the injustices of colonization and men of cowardice. The impact of this study is fundamentally on the development and empowerment of Malay women holistically. This is due to the significance of Ibu Zain’s idea during that time, crystallized during this period and for the future, inspired to continue defending the identity of a dignified Malay woman.

This researchh has a purpose to observe strategic of alliances’s effect which were consist of efficiency, on the growth of human resources, knowledge or learning, and market motives. In this study the researcher used a quantitative approach, the data used were primary data and the data collection technique carried out by the researcher was using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study showed that knowledge as a reason for forging strategic partnerships has a positive effect on human resources (HR) development in the MSME sector. Meanwhile, as a motivator for forging strategic alliances, the market does not affect the development of human resources (HR) and efficiency.

This paper examines some of the methodological and ethical issues that arose during the course of a qualitative study, which aimed to gain an understanding of the experience of head injury and the impact of rehabilitation. It focuses particularly on the problems that may be relevant for clinicians and researchers investigating aspects of their practice. The questions of the relationships between the researcher and the respondents, reflexivity and the dynamics of power during data collection and data analysis are discussed. These could be important considerations for others who wish to conduct research in their practice setting.

Work rotation is an employment activity related to the process of transferring functions, responsibilities, and employee status, to obtain work satisfaction and increase maximum work performance. Work rotation functions for the development of human resources which are believed to provide many benefits to the organization. This study aims to determine organizational considerations in implementing employee work rotation activities so that a model will be created that will be used as the basis for employee rotation. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data analysis was carried out, using four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of the study conclude that the work rotation model at the YPDR Nursing Academy Jakarta refers to tenure, appraisal work performance results, educational qualifications, skills, and experience and has considered aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation, with the ultimate goal of optimizing performance institution.

This study aims to determine the condition of interest in reading books in PGSD UWGM final semester students who are in the process of writing a thesis. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study approach. The research site is in UWGM Samarinda Campus located at KH. Wahid Hasyim No. 28, Samarinda Utara District,Kaltim Province. Data sources were obtained from students and data from the library and UWGM environment. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are done through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity was also tested using triangulation techniques, namely triangulation techniques. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation obtained a description that by writing a thesis can generate interest in reading students because by reading, students can obtain references and information needed in writing a thesis.Keywords : Interest; Reading; Books; Students
