This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

The government implements private madrasa in order to improve Islamic education services. The strengthening of the existence of madrasa is inseparable from the participation of stakeholders. Especially in the fields of managerial, human resources, and infrastructure. The combination of a traditional Islamic education system with a modern Islamic education system is an appropriate alternative policy. This study aims to describe the concept of education management in the madrasa, the role of stakeholders, and the influence of madrasa enforcement on the implementation of education quality improvement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. This research is a case study with an interpretive or post positivistic approach. The findings of this study are the establishment of madrasa has a positive effect on the madrasah management which is more transparent, accountable, collaborative, coordinative, and while maintaining the characteristics of madrasas. Cooperative Participation Management based on religiosity become model of education quality improvement in MAN 2 Manggarai.

This study aims to analyze and understand the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources was through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) activities which were carried out periodically by the existing schedule, involving teachers in seminars on learning methods that creative, innovative and fun, holding independent training in schools by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by school principals to employees regarding the achievement of planned educational goals.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

Rumah Baca Apung located in Tambak Lorok Village is a valuable asset belonging to the community that can be used as meeting hall and village library. In fact Rumah Baca Apung has not been utilized optimally in accordance with the function and purpose of building a library. Based on preliminary observations of the researchers, can be knew that the location is more often used as a place for discussion by the local people.Therefore, this study aims to further study the utilization of Rumah Baca Apung and the reasons behind the utilization. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with using data collection technique through interview, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that the use of Rumah Baca Apung has not been based on the function of education, research and preservation function of a library. Rumah Baca Apung also has not been used as a place to increase reading habit. Rumah Baca Apung is now used as a place of recreation, a place to discuss, socialize and counsel for the local people. The utilization of Rumah Baca Apung which has not yet represented the function of the village library is due to the limited quantity and quality of the collection books, the lack of educative games equipment, and the absence of learning companion teacher as a volunteer for the coastal children of Tambak Lorok.

Human resources are an important factor in globalization to face competition among organizations. Leadership style can be defined as an individual ability to be able to organize, direct, motivate employees to be able to help run an organization. The quality of a leader can be recognized if he can influence, direct and improve employee performance in carrying out all assigned tasks. Rewards will usually be given to employees who have contributed to advancing the company in accordance with the standards set by management. The sample used in this research is 34 employees who have become Civil Servants at the DPRD Office of Seluma Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple regression. Before the regression test was carried out, the validity and readability test would be carried out on the data used in the study. From the hypothesis testing, it is found that the leadership style variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) have a partially significant relationship to employee performance (Y). The amount of the determinant coefficient is 0.590, which means that the independent variables X1 and X2 will be able to influence the dependent variable Y by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the variables X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on variable Y

This study aims to describe a number of things that include planning processes for improving management quality through school programs, the process of implementing school programs, evaluating school programs, constraints and solving problems encountered in implementing strategies to improve management quality through school programs. The type of research used is case study research using a qualitative approach. In case study research, researchers go directly to the field to observe and explore data from research objects. Data collection is done using interview techniques, observations, field notes and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained. First, planning activities for improving the quality of management through school programs is a design to follow up on previous programs after program evaluation. Secondly, the programs included religious formation, intelligent child development, sympathetic teacher formation, and the creation of a beautiful environment. Third, supervision of program implementation is carried out internally and externally. Fourth, the constraints faced in implementing school programs to improve the quality of education management are the management of human resources and management of facilities and infrastructure that are still weak so that it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of school programs and make improvements with more disciplined management of human resources and management school facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: strategy, quality management, and school program

<p><em>The company PT.Surya agroloika Reksa is a company engaged in oil palm plantations by owning private gardens in Riau province, and has 2000 employees with their respective positions. Human resources within an organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. The foreman position at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa has shortcomings in determining the foreman's position. So far, the selection of foremen has only been based on job rankings.Applications designed with the Groub method programming algorithm will summarize several points needed in determining the foreman's position. The application will calculate these points, so the calculation process is faster and doesn't take a long time.The data collection technique used is observation by directly observing the work process carried out to obtain a clear picture of the object under study. Purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the role of education and training in improving apparatus human resource quality through competence as intervention. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. However, only 78 respondents qualified. The tool was analyzed utilizing path analysis. Research results conclude that training and education have significant effect on competence. It indicates that regular education and training for the employees will improve employees' competencies better. Education and training have a significant effect on improving the quality of human resources. The higher the frequency, the better quality of apparatus human resource. Competency has significant effect on improving the quality ofapparatus human resource. This suggests the higher apparatus competencies, the higher investmestment in the community. Competence partially mediates the influence of education and training on improving the quality of apparatus human resource. Consequently, training and education have impact on improving the competence quality of apparatus human resource as intervention.Keywords: education and training, competency, apparatus human resource qualityTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis peran pendidikan dan latihan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya aparatur melalui kompetensinya sebagai intervensi. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 82 responden, namun hanya 78 responden yang memenuhi syarat. Alat dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kompetensi, itu menunjukkan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada karyawan dari kompetensi masing-masing pegawaipun yang lebih sering atau teratur juga akan meningkatkan lebih baik. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi frekuensi, kualitas pendidikan dan latihan akan meningkatkan sumber daya aparaturnyapun. Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aparatur, hal ini menunjukkan kompetensi yang lebih tinggi dari aparatur, semakin tinggi investasi pada masyarakat. Kompetensi sebagian menengahi pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aparatur. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan sehingga secara tidak langsung berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas kompetensi sumber daya aparatur sebagai intervensi.Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompetensi, kualitas sumber daya aparatur
