  Purpose: The purpose of this studyisdetermine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy on corporate financial performance with indicators of Return On Assets (ROA).   Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis.    Findings: Dividend policy has a negative and significant influence on the company's financial performance.Simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy have a significant influence on the company's financial performance. Research limitations/implications: This study uses secondary data from construction and building companies sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.     Practical implications: The results of this study are managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on the company's financial performance. Originality/value:  Paper type: This paper can be categorized as case study paper.

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

When observing the major financial problems that were revealed, the public questioned the performance of the big companies involved in this scandal, which contradicts the principles of Good Corporate Governance regarding accountability, equity, integrity, transparency and responsibility. This study aims to determine, test and explain the effect of the audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, on Return On Assets both partially and jointly in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2019. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using literature study and observation. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is found that Managerial ownership has a partial effect on ROA then Audit Committee Size and Institutional ownership partially have no effect on ROA, and simultaneously Audit Committee Size, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership together have an effect on Return On Assets ( ROA). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on corporate financial performance. Good corporate governance in this study is proxied by percentage of institutional ownership, composition of board of directors and composition of independent commissioner. The financial performance of a banking company is measured by Return on Equity (ROE). The population of this study are banking companies Book II and III listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), amounting to 29 companies. The technique of the sample using purposive sampling obtained 19 companies. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially indicate that the percentage of institutional ownership, composition of board of directors and composition of independent commissioner has no significant effect with the direction of negative coefficient on ROE. While the simultaneous percentage of institutional ownership, the composition of the board of directors and the composition of independent commissioners composition have significant effect on ROE with positive coefficient direction.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Managerial Ownership (X1), Institutional Ownership (X2), Financing Decision (X3), CSR (X4) and Financial Performance (X5) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously on Firm Value (Y) as the dependent variable in the Construction Services companies Listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The method of this research used secondary data from the annual report 2014 to 2018 period in the study sample as many as 10 companies. Assessment of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Ver. 25. The results of this study concluded that there is a significant negative effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value. The financing decision is a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, both CSR and financial performance has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the independent variables can sufficiently explain the variation value of the company with 58.8% coefficient of determination.

<p>The aim of this research is to prove empirically the influence of Managerial Ownership, institutional ownership, profit growth, liquidity, and firm size on profit quality. Data that used to this research is secondary data and that data are taken from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations of this research are all of Banking Companies that list on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2012-2014 that numbered 42 companies. The samples that used to this research are 48 unit of analysis, with method of choosing the samples is purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis that analyzed with SPSS 21 program. The result shows that variable of institutional ownership and firm size influence on profit quality. Whereas managerial ownership, profit growth and liquidity does not affect to profit quality.</p>

Financial performance is an important factor to attract investors in buying stocks. This study aims to determine the influence of financial performance measured by Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on price of stocks of banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018. Of 43 banks, there were only 31 banks fit the criteria under purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). Multiple linear regression analysis was applied for analyzing the data that were tested for classic assumptions. The results showed that simultaneously NPL, LDR, CAR, DER, ROA and NPM had significant influence on stock prices. Partially, the result showed that only ROA and NPM had a significant influence on stock prices. Banks must then focus mainly on ROA and NPM in attracting investors.

The ownership structure and financial factors are considered influential to the dividend policy of a company. Thus the aim of this study is to examine the effects of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on dividend policy. This study uses quantitative approach and analyzes samples taken from the financial statements of 161 different manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. These samples are then selected using purposive random sampling in which only 49 samples fit the criteria. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. This study concludes that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, and profitability have positive and significant effects on dividend policy. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first and third hypotheses in the study were rejected, namely managerial ownership and disclosure of CSR did not affect the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The second hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely institutional ownership has a positive effect on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, financial performance

This research using companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as sample in 2016-2018. Sample selected by purposive sampling method.  Data type used in this study is quantitative data and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, financial performance, and independent variable,managerial ownership, institutional ownership and earning management.The result of the research revealed managerial ownership and earning management has no significant effect on financial performance, but Institutional ownership has positiveandsignificant effect on financial performance

The purpose is to examine and explain the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy on the quality of earnings listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2015. The population of this study is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling uses a purposive judgment sampling method. From a population of 139 manufacturing companies, 15 manufacturing companies were obtained as samples with the observation method for 2 years (2014-2015). Analysis of the data used in this study is the classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. While the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy have a significant effect on the quality of profits both partially and simultaneously. Dividend policy variables have the most dominant influence on earnings quality.
