The blood needs of PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) in the Surabaya City area are sometimes erratic, the problem occurs because the amount of blood demand continues to increase while the blood supply is running low. As the main objective of this research, data mining was applied to able to cluster the blood donor data in UTD-PMI Surabaya City Center which was to determine both potential and no potential donors and also visualize the pattern of donor distribution in Geographic Information System (GIS). Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering was applied to obtain the clustering result from the existing of 8757 donors. The experiment result shown that the cluster quality was quite good which reached 0.6065410 using Silhouette Coefficient. We concluded the one interesting analysis that private male employees with blood type O, and live in the eastern part of Surabaya City are the most potential donors.

Blood type phenotype incompatibility including Rhesus between donors and patients may result in cross-matching problems, triggering alloimmunization, and caused Hemolytic Transfusion Reaction (HTR). Rhesus blood type incompatibility between mother and fetus may cause Hemolytic Disease of Fetus and Newborn (HDFN). Pretransfusion phenotypic blood groups matching also reduce cost efficiently which means antibody screening is no longer needed. The purpose of the study is to find the proportion Rhesus blood type phenotypes in routine blood donors at Blood Donor Unit, Indonesian Red Cross in Bandung city, Indonesia. The study is a descriptive and observational with cross sectional design. The study was done at Blood Donor Unit, Indonesian Red Cross in Bandung city from April 2016 to September 2017. The subjects were 142 routine blood donors, blood sampling was done simultaneously with blood donation. Rhesus antigen examination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) blood was done by gel method. Subjects characteristics were male (68%) and female (32%), with the mean age was 39 years. Examination of Rhesus antigen were found antigen D(100%), antigen e(98,6%), antigen C(97,9%), antigen c(38,7%) and antigen E(31,7%). Results of Rhesus phenotypes were DCe/DCe(61,3%), DCe/DcE(29,6%), DCe/dce(7%), DcE/DcE(1,4%) and DcE/dce(0.7%). The distribution of Rhesus blood type were affected by factors such as genetics, race, ethnicity, marriage, demography, and migration. Rhesus blood phenotypes proportion in routine blood donors at Blood Donor Unit, Indonesian Red Cross in Bandung city sorted from the most are DCe/DCe, DCe/DcE, DCe/dce, DcE/DcE and DcE/dce.Keywords: blood donor, phenotype, Rhesus

As more businesses emerge, companies need to have the right marketing strategy to provide the best service to customers. The first step is to know the type of customer and make appropriate marketing strategies according to the type of customer. In this research, it is proposed for clustering customers so that an appropriate strategy for that customer group can be determined. The method used for cluster formation uses Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering with Average Linkage approach and distance determination using Manhattan Distance. The variables in this research are Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM). The results of testing using the Silhouette coefficient show that the results of 7 clusters are the best results when compared with 2 clusters up to 20 clusters because they have the smallest minus value. Based on the results of the Silhoutte coefficient, customer segmentation uses 7 clusters with each cluster representing the existing customer type.

The rejection on ratification of the revision of Indonesian Code Law or known as RKUHP and Corruption Law raises several opinions from various perspectives in social media. Twitter as one of many platforms affected, has more than 19.5 million users in Indonesia. Twitter is one of many social media in Indonesia where people can share their views, arguments, information, and opinions from all points of view. Since Twitter has a great diversity of users, it needs a system which is designed to determine the opinion tendency towards the problems or objects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment of Twitter users' tweets to reject the revision of the Law whether they have positive or negative sentiments using the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method. The data that being used in this study were obtained from the results of crawling tweets based on hashtag (#) (#ReformasiDikorupsi). The next stage is pre-processing which consists of case folding, tokenizing, cleansing, sanitizing, and stemming. The extraction features Opinion words and Term Frequency (TF) which performs the process automatically. In the clustering stage, two clusters use three approaches; single linkage, complete linkage and average linkage. In the accuracy calculation phase, the writer uses the error ratio, confusion matrix, and silhouette coefficient. Therefore, the results are quite good. From 2408 tweets, the highest accuracy results are 61.6%.

F.VIII R:Ag was determined by quantitative immunelectrophoresis (I.E.) with a prefabricated system. The prefabricated system consists of a monospecific f.VIII rabbit antiserum in agarose on a plastic plate for the one and two dimensional immunelectrophoresis. The lognormal distribution of the f.VIII R:Ag concentration in the normal population was confirmed (for n=70 the f.VIII R:Ag in % of normal is = 95.4 ± 31.9). Among the normal population there was no significant difference between blood donors (one blood donation in 8 weeks; for n=43 the f.VIII R:Ag in % of normal is = 95.9 ± 34.0) and non blood donors (n=27;f.VIII R:Ag = 94.6 ± 28.4 %). The f.VIII R:Ag concentration in acute hepatitis B ranged from normal to raised values (for n=10, a factor of 1.8 times of normal was found) and was normal again after health recovery (n=10, the factor was 1.0). in chronic hepatitis the f.VIII R:Ag concentration was raised in the majority of the cases (for n=10, the factor was 3.8). Out of 22 carrier sera 20 showed reduced, 2 elevated levels of the f.VIII R:Ag concentration. in 5 sera no f.VIII R:Ag could be demonstrated. The f.VIII R:Ag concentration was normal for n=10, reduced for n=20 and elevated for n=6 in non A-non B hepatitis (n=36). Contrary to results found in the literature no difference in the electrophoretic mobility of the f.VIII R:Ag was found between hepatitis patients sera and normal sera.

The fuzzy clustering algorithm has become a research hotspot in many fields because of its better clustering effect and data expression ability. However, little research focuses on the clustering of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (HFLTSs). To fill in the research gaps, we extend the data type of clustering to hesitant fuzzy linguistic information. A kind of hesitant fuzzy linguistic agglomerative hierarchical clustering algorithm is proposed. Furthermore, we propose a hesitant fuzzy linguistic Boole matrix clustering algorithm and compare the two clustering algorithms. The proposed clustering algorithms are applied in the field of judicial execution, which provides decision support for the executive judge to determine the focus of the investigation and the control. A clustering example verifies the clustering algorithm’s effectiveness in the context of hesitant fuzzy linguistic decision information.

This brief review of some of the recent accessions to our knowledge of the chemical structure, physiologic functions, and therapeutic applications of the plasma proteins serves to emphasize three important elements in medical progress—scientific curiosity, the humanitarian impulse, and effective social organization. We have had the privilege of summarizing the work of hundreds of investigators, whose studies are giving us new tools for the investigation and treatment of disease. Their work has only been possible because the magnificent response of a free people to the call for blood donors by a voluntary philanthropic agency, the American Red Cross, was coupled with a technical triumph, the development of practical methods for the large-scale separation of the plasma proteins, itself the culmination of highly theoretical and seemingly impractical investigations by protein chemists in various countries for many years.

The article is devoted to the examination of the psychological foundations of the joint stay of convicted women with children in the mother and child wards of penitentiary institutions in different countries. The significance of regular contacts between a convicted woman and her child throughout the entire period of her stay in a correctional institution is revealed. The influence of limiting contacts with mothers in prison on the development of the psyche of their children is characterized. The authors of the article substantiate the role of maintaining relations between mothers and children as one of the factors contributing to an increase in the likelihood of successful family reunification after the release of women from prison. The author considers the solutions currently existing in international penitentiary practice to create conditions for the detention of convicted women with children in correctional institutions. The tasks of mother and child departments are characterized, and examples from the practice of their organization in the penitentiary systems of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Germany and other countries are given. Research data showing the effectiveness of the work of the mother and child departments are presented. The arguments of supporters and opponents of keeping convicted women with children in correctional institutions are analyzed. The thesis is substantiated that it is necessary to achieve a balance in meeting the needs of the child, on the one hand, and to organize conditions for the joint detention of convicted women with children in correctional institutions, taking into account the issues of safety and the seriousness of offenses on the part of the mother.
