This study aims to explore the performance of PT Petrokimia Gresik Coal Utility Unit employees who have recently emerged issues regarding employee performance that seem to have decreased so that testing is needed to prove whether the employee's performance has decreased. Exploration of employee performance is carried out using quantitative research methods, with the analysis technique using Path Analysis. By distributing several questionnaires to 40 employees who work in the Coal Utility Unit, to find out the results of the analysis required several tests such as the Validity Test which states valid, because the correlation value of each question item is greater than its critical value and for the Reliability Test it reaches Cronbach numbers. alpha 0.892 and above 0.60, it is declared reliable and trustworthy. With the results of the calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the contribution of the Reward System, Work Environment and Empowerment variables affects the Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables as a measuring factor for employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mediating employee involvement on rewards relationships and internal communication with organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at Akana Boutique Hotel. The number of samples taken was 50 employees, using saturated sample techniques. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that 1). Rewards and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, 2). Rewards, internal communication and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3). Employee involvement mediates the effects of rewards and internal communication on organizational citizenship behavior, the higher rewards, internal communication and employee involvement, the organizational citizenship behavior will also increase in Akana Boutique Hotel companies. The study aims to find out and analyze the relationship between employee engagement, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and employee performance. The author administered 224 participants employee engagement scale, organizational culture scale, OCB scale, and employee performance scale in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan East Java area. The data is analyzed by path analysis method in SPSS program. The result indicated that employee engagement and organizational culture affects positive significantly on OCB. Employee engagement, organizational culture and OCB also affects positive significantly on employee performance.

Employee performance is a measure of the quality of human resources in a company, because employee performance is one important factor for the achievement of a company's goals. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, such as training, work environment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training and work environment to employee’s performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the intervening. This research was conducted at the Semarang City Education Department by taking a sample of 115 respondents registered as active officials of the Semarang City Education Department. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of training and work environment on OCB, the influence of OCB on employee performance and OCB is able to mediate the relationship between training and work environment on employee performance.

<p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior, terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh stress kerja, organizational citizenship behavior, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien stres kerja sebesar -0,022 dengan tingkat signifikan  0,330.  Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. It can be seen that the coefficient of work stress is -0.022 with a significant level of 0.330; 2. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. This can be seen from the Organizational Citizenship Behavior coefficient value of 0.186 with a significant level of 0,000; 3. This study aims to determine the organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) correlation and work motivation with the performance of CV employees. Bagus Alam Sejahtera, Medan. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data collection technique uses three scales consisting of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) with employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.736 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.542 with a contribution of 54.2%. 2) There is a significant correlation between work motivation and employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.632 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.400 with a contribution of 40.0%. 3) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation together with employee performance, this result is indicated by the linear coefficient value F = 76,386 and p = 0,000, p 0,05 and r2 = 0,612, with a contribution of 61 , 2%. These results indicate that there are still 39.2% contributions from other factors that can affect employee performance. From these results it can be said that the higher organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the higher the employee's performance, and conversely the lower the organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the lower the employee's performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of career development on employee engagement, the direct effect of career development and employee engagement on OCB, and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of career development on OCB. This research was conducted at CS Hotel and SPA Ubud with a sample of 84 peoples. The number of samples is determined by the saturated sampling method and data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is PLS. Based on the results of the study it was found that career development had a significant positive effect on employee engagement and career development and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB. The results also show that employee engagement has a role as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of career development on OCB. Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.
