It is necessary to transform the educative experiences into the classrooms so that they favor the development of intellectual abilities of children and teenagers. We must take advantage of the new opportunities that offer information technologies to organize learning environments which they favor those experiences. We considered that to arm and to program robots, of the type of LEGO Mind Storms or the so called “crickets”, developed by M. Resnik from MIT, like means so that they children them and young people live experiences that favor the development of their intellectual abilities, is a powerful alternative to the traditional educative systems. They are these three tasks those that require a reflective work from pedagogy and epistemology urgently. Robotics could become in the proper instrument for the development of intelligence because it works like a mirror for the intellectual processes of each individual, its abilities like epistemologist and, therefore, is useful to favor those processes in the classroom.

Health is a qualitative prerequisite for the future self-fulfillment of young people, the ability to create a family and bear children, receive education and perform work, social, political, and creative activity. The attitude of young people to health is a system of personal, selective relations of individuals with various phenomena and social environment that contribute, or vice versa, threaten the health of the younger generation. It is also a certain self-assessment of the individual's physical and psychological condition. Bioinformatics technologies are implemented using methods that allow for collection, processing, and interpretation of data on biological objects. Considering a human and its subsystem, health as bioinformatics object, analysis of biological, social, intellectual, and mental states using materials and information technologies seems appropriate. Specialized software “Sociology,” which allows working with research materials of various health indicators, was used for data processing. The article presents the values of health in the views of modern adolescents.

At the center of psychology of sexuality research problematics of the first decades of the twenty first century was the influence of information technologies and virtualization of culture on the weakening of restraint in sexual behavior. Promiscuous sexual behavior is associated with the demise of traditional family structures and marriage institutions, resuling in increasing health risk on the national scale. The risk group that calls for special attention is young people who are most actively using new technologies and at the same time experiencing a lack of skills in the area of emotional and behavior regulation. Researches in this area try to identify factors behind youth promiscuity: a link between such behavior and increased environmental stresses and unsafe parenting styles have been established. Studies in recent years have, for the first time, revealed a link between the unrestricted use of communication technologies and the choice of promiscuous sexual behavior among young people. It was also established that such sexual behavior was linked to distress, increased risks of sexual harassment and harm to physical health in this age group. The data obtained in these recent studies indicate the presence of a complex problem associated with the psychosexual development of young people, set the task of possible ways to regulate as well as foster self- regulation of sexual behavior adolescence.

A characteristic of modern society in the last few decades is the increasingly powerful exchange and transfer of knowledge through information technologies that offer tools for the production, creation, collection, organization, use and storage of knowledge and information. The research was conducted among students of the International University of Novi Pazar, with indicators that indicate the degree of understanding and use of computers and the development of information literacy, after which young people should understand and rationally use information and communication technologies. Students provided answers to questions such as: how to access information and how to evaluate information in a youth support process related to research processes that enable young people to find, download and make relevance assessments, Everyday use of computer-aided technologies by young people also generates larger amounts of information that are difficult to manage. So, young people have a large amount of important information that needs to be recognized on the one hand, and understood on the other, and finally situated in a harmonious relationship, so for them, in computer and IT terms, complex tasks are set, such as how to choose the right technology and how to manage that information. Information management refers, among other things, to the ability of young people to take responsibility, fundamentally for the process of planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling.

The article is devoted to the problem of transferring literary culture from previous generations to “Generation Z”. A brief description of this generation is presented from the perspective of the theory of generations by American researchers Neil Hove and William Strauss. The topic of children’s reading for generations of the 20th century is briefly covered. By the example of the reading repertoire of children and teenagers, works of literary classics and actual children’s literature, the article shows the process of gradual weakening of the transfer of values of literary culture from generation to generation. The materials of complex and sociological research, conducted by the Russian State Children’s Library at the beginning of the 21st century, highlight the problems of reading the best literature that traditionally has been included in the reading of generations. The results of research given in the article testify to the process of losing the nearly century-old literary tradition. For instance, this problem can be seen in the example of parents choosing books for children of primary and secondary school age. In many ways, the repertoire of reading literary classics by children and adolescents is formed by school: this is the school curriculum and lists of extracurricular reading. The interest of schoolchildren in classical literature and in books of previous generations continues to fall. The process of changing the repertoire of leisure reading in adolescents is shown. The repertoire of their reading is significantly fragmented. This is largely due to trends in the development of book publishing and the spread of literature. The article indicates the pros and cons of adolescents’ reading, caused by new information technologies; shows the influence of these technologies on reading literacy and reading culture. The process of literature selection by adolescents, boys and girls, is illustrated basing on the results of another new study. It is shown that the choice of schoolchildren is largely random and contains works of modern literature with a predominance of fantasy genre books. The research results demonstrate that today the main factors that have a significant impact on the choice of literature for teenagers and young people are video production and peers’ advice. Solving the problem of supporting reading and forming a reading circle of “Generation Z” schoolchildren, in the context of literary tradition attenuation, is a difficult task to be accomplished by competent adult mentors together with adolescents and young people themselves.

The focus of this article is on how young people, ages 12–19, in the early 21st century use information and communications technologies. The wide and diverse nature of the landscape, composed of multiple platforms and applications in continuous change, necessitates a broad approach. Information technologies are now bundled with communications capabilities and vice versa, making a focus on one and not the other virtually impossible. Furthermore, one of the difficulties in studying ICT use among children and teenagers is that statistics and studies are still limited, even within digitally privileged countries. Ironically, while research in this area has focused on the educational use of ICT, young people overwhelmingly use it for personal reasons. This article, therefore, looks at ICT through a wide angle and offers a snapshot of the role of ICT in the lives of young people in the early days of the 21st century, suggesting in broad terms where the emerging issues and trends may lie.

The terms distance learning, online learning, and Webbased instruction have become buzzwords and catch phrases for the new phenomenon of learning. These terms used to describe an ever-changing environment represent approaches that focus on opening the access to education and training provision for adult learners, freeing the adult learners from the traditional constraints of time and place. Online learning is one of the most rapidly growing fields of education around the world, and its potential impact on all education delivery systems has been greatly emphasized through the development of Web-based information technologies, multimedia, communication technologies, and, more importantly, the Internet.
