The Excess of the Incomplete Learning of Reading and Writing of Qur'an towards the Increase in the Quantity of Arabic Illiteracy among Public High School / Vocational High School Students in BandungThis research aimed to find the objective condition of AL-Qur’an illiteracy among senior high school or vocational high school students in Bandung and its causes. It used a descriptive qualitative research methodwith observations and questionnaires as data collection instruments. The results showed the following: 1) the literacy rate of AL-Qur’an  illiteracy among senior high school or vocational high school students in Bandung reached an average of 13% and who were not good at reading (tahsin) were 80%; 2) There were many factors of less successful in learning AL-Qur’an, either internal or external factors. The conclusion showed the incomplete Baca Tulis Alquran  (BTQ or reading and writing ofAL-Qur’an) in Islamic subject learning caused by AL-Qur’an illiteracy among senior high school / vocational high school students in Bandung. Its inadequacy was due to students’ low perception and motivation in the subject. Their low perception and motivation were due to unclear vision and mission of learning because BTQ learning was not the main school program, and it was also not tested at National Exam and Computer Based Test. Hence, the teacher of Islamic subject and its learning implementation were less noticed. The researchers recommend the new and varied BTQ learning designs and competent teachers to achieve religious Bandung

Vocational education policies that are currently being implemented to produce skilled workers in their fields, one of them are, the proportion of Senior High School students: Vocational High School students are 30%: 70%, changes in the number of comparisons have an impact on the needs of the number of teachers, while temporary vocational teachers (productive teachers) in other expertise/specialization programs or other subjects, the number of teachers exceeds the amount that is required. The dual expertise program is a program to provide additional teaching authority for Vocational High School/Senior High School teachers who teach certain subjects to become productive subject teachers in Vocational High Schools in certain skill competencies that are different from previous skills competencies and relevant to their educational background. The objective of this study is to review and describe the implementation of dual expertise policies for Vocational High School teachers and their impact on Demak Regency. The process of preparation, implementation, and results of activities is described so that they can be understood as aspects related to the issues regarding the policy. This research was qualitative research. To get the validity of the data, the researchers used several data validity checking techniques, they were: (1) Technique of checking credibility; (2) Technique of transferability; (3) dependency checking technique. The data analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study is the impact of implementing dual expertise activities has not been significant towards the fulfillment of  the needs of productive teachers. It is known that the problem is the element of communication, namely the lack of delivery of information from policy actors to the teacher. For other elements such as disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure, it has been implemented well.

This study aims to investigate the motivation of senior high school students at 11st grade in reading and writing English texts, especially narrative text.� The study also explores the insight toward the use of mind mapping and cooperative integrated reading and writing in nurturing students� interest and motivation in writing narrative text. The study used qualitative case study to learn and pay attention to phenomena that the students� motivation in reading and writing narrative text are needed to be nurtured. There were 36 students of 11st grade in senior high school in Bandung were involved in this study. Questionnaire and interview were given to the students. The results show that the students who show positive view toward reading and writing narrative texts are 74% students. They interest and willingness in making mind mapping of the narrative, because they know that narratives texts are full of information and moral value. While only 26% students who seem force to read and write narratives text to compose mind mapping. Eventually, integrating reading and composition in the classroom can nurture their reading interest and increase their willingness to read narrative text. Since, many students can understand the moral value of the narrative text through discussing with their friends at the class and making a mind mapping through cooperative learning about the narrative text is very useful to develop their mind.

The task of the development of senior high school students are choose and prepare for a career in accordance with their interests, capacity, and value. One way to measure the preparation of career choice is to look at the maturity of the individual's career. Career maturity that situation preparedness of individuals to make decisions appropriate to their career interests and potential. This study aims to look at the differences in career maturity of high school students in Banda Aceh in terms of gender and type of school. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The research sample is 344 students (172 boys and girls in senior high school, 172 boys and girls in vocational high school) in the age range 14-19 years. Adversity Quotient (AQ) is a person's ability to overcome difficulties someone faces. It shows how students overcome their difficulties. This study aims to describe the students’ AQ in online mathematics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic era and see if there is an effect of the number of platforms used when learning on students' AQ. A survey method is used with 2093 respondents consisting of Senior High School, Islamic Senior High School, and Vocational High School students from 32 provinces in Indonesia. The instrument of the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) questionnaire consists of 30 statements with two questions each. However, two open-ended questions were given before proceeding to the ARP questionnaire. The ARP questionnaire was made in and distributed through Google Form. The results show that students’ AQ in online mathematics learning was Camper. This means that the respondents were sufficient in overcoming difficulties when learning mathematics online, but they were quickly satisfied with the results which led them not to develop themselves further. Furthermore, there is no effect of the number of platforms used when learning mathematics online on the students' AQ.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan multimedia berbasis komputer yang layak untuk pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa SMA, ditinjau dari aspek pembelajaran, aspek materi, aspek media dan persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah menggunakan produk multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan. Pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran ini dilakukan melalui tahap analisis, desain, produksi, dan uji coba. Tahap analisis meliputi menganalisis kebutuhan siswa, memilih dan menetapkan materi pokok yang akan dikembangkan, dan mengembangkan alat evaluasi. Tahap desain meliputi pembuatan storyboard dan flowchart. Tahap produksi meliputi pengemasan produk awal ke dalam bentuk CD. Tahap uji coba terdiri atas uji oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dan uji lapangan meliputi: uji coba satu lawan satu, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba kelompok besar. Data dari hasil uji coba dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes, dan  dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil uji coba digunakan untuk memperbaiki multimedia pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori ”sangat baik”. Persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan sebanyak 77% dan termasuk dalam kategori ”baik”.Kata kunci: pengembangan multimedia berbasis komputer, pembelajaran matematika____________________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING COMPUTER-BASED MULTIMEDIA FOR MATHEMATICS INSTRUCTION FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Abstract This research aims to develop a feasible computer-based multimedia for mathematics instruction for senior high school students, in terms of learning, content, and media aspect and the percentage of students who master the learning material after using the developed instructional multimedia. The development of the instructional multimedia was conducted in the stages of analysis, design, production, and try out. The analysis included assessing students’ needs, selecting basic material to be developed, and developing the evaluation instrument. The design included creating a storyboard and flowchart. The production included packaging the initial product into a compact disc. The try out stage consisted of feasibility judgment by experts and the field test consisted of one-to-one try out, small-group try out and large-group try out. The result of the try out was collected by a questionnaire and test, and analyzed using the descriptive statistics. The result of the try out was used to improve the multimedia. The results of the research indicate that the developed instructional multimedia is in a “very good” category. The  percentage of the students who master the learning material after using the developed instructional multimedia is 77% and this is in  a “good” category.Keywords: developing computer-based multimedia, mathematics instruction
