Bank XYZ is bank that  already  launched credit card in 2007. In their operations, Bank XYZ applying the provision of insentive for the sale of a credit card with the aim that can improve employee motivation to high performing better. Basically every company hopes to reach the target of predetermined sales. But in reality the sale of a credit card to the Bank XYZ Bogor branch has not yet reached the set target. Not achieve the target that is supposed to identify that there is a problem in the achievements of employee performance whereby the employee has not been motivated to work optimally. While Bank XYZ strategy are already making the provision of incentives for retail banking staff who performs the sale of the credit card.The purpose of this research is: 1. Indentify the influence of incentives on employee motivation retail banking division in Bank XYZ in the target of credit card sales. 2. Indentify the influence of an incentive against the employee performance retail banking division. 3. Formulate efforts to improve the effectiveness of incentive system in order to increase the employee performance retail banking division. The process of data analysis begins with some of the stage where the first stage is a test of validity and reability instrument. Descriptive statistic analysis conducted to determine how perceptions of respondents to statements in the questionnaire through analysis rataan score. Through descriptive of statistical analysis can be seen how perceptions of respondents to incentives, motivation and performance. Next after the statistical analysis descriptive done testing SEM (Structural equation model) operated through the LISREL program. The results of the analysis show that the incentive effect significantly against the major motivation of employees. Motivational variables on performance demonstrates that a significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. When compared to the value of the charge factor of motivation on performance, different values looks at factors variable charge directly on performance incentives that show the influence of the small and insignificant. This incentive has the role of small shows a factor in improving the performance of staff Bank XYZ retail banking division. This is shows that employees incentive to affect the performance of retail banking division through motivation, demonstrable of indirect influence more motivation than through direct influence on the performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and competence on employee motivation and performance at the Indonesian Employee Cooperative Center (PKP-RI) Jember Regency.. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach and uses a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population is all employees of PKP-RI Jember Regency, totaling 130 people, all of which are used as research samples, so they are called saturated samples. Instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. The analytical technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS. The results of the analysis show that leadership and competence have an effect on work motivation. Competence has no effect on employee performance, while work motivation and leadership affect the performance of PKP-RI employees in Jember Regency.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

Employer branding is an intriguing junction of marketing and human resource management, where the positive intangible perception of the employer makes the organization a valuable. It is antecedents and outcomes have been tried and tested. However, there is a need to empirically test how employer branding lures the employees to perform well and to remain loyal to the employer. This study aimed to find the mediating impact of employee engagement between the relationships of employer branding and performance of the employees and their intention to stay in the companies. By using the structural equation model (SEM), the results revealed the full mediation role of employee engagement in between employer branding and employee performance and their intention to stay. This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

Public service offices are currently required to provide services effectively and efficiently. Therefore, technology plays a role in helping employees to be able to finish the job. The use of technology makes employees able to achieve high satisfaction and productivity. To be able to take advantage of existing technology, a collaboration between employees is needed through knowledge sharing. This study focuses on the context of the role of task-technology fit in mediating the relationship of knowledge sharing intention to employee satisfaction and performance. This is explanatory research was conducted through a  survey of  412 employees of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) in the East Java Province. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used and 214 questionnaires were processed with WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing, intention affects task-technology fit (TTF) and task-technology fit (TTF) also has a significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Performance can be viewed as a process or a work result. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase the motivation and performance of employees so that it has an impact on the progress of the company by paying attention to the factors of remuneration and work environment. This research was conducted at JO WIKA-MPK PLTD MFO 50 MW. The number of samples used was 105 employees, using the total sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model assisted by the AMOS 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effect of remuneration on motivation was significant. Furthermore, the effect of work environment on motivation is significant. The influence of motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of remuneration on employee performance is significant. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is significant. To be able to foster morale in order to improve employee performance, employees must be motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties in order to achieve the vision and mission the company wants to achieve. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment on Motivation and its impact on The Performance of Employees of National Cyber and Crypto Agency. The analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study showed that Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Motivation. In addition, Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment through Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Employee Performance is one of factors as the determiner to improve the quality of students. Thus, employee performance should get the attention and support seriously from any sides, especially from component of human resources institution. The expectation is it will improve the motivation of employee that impact on the result of the students’ achievement. The goals of the research are (1) to desrcibe the leadership, job satisfaction, motivation and employee performance, (2) to know the influnces of leadership and job satisfaction toward employee motivation, (3) to know the influences of leadership and job satisfaction toward employee performance, (4) to know the influences of motivation toward employee performance, (5) to know the influnces of leadership and job satisfaction toward performance through employee motivation. The participants in this research are 37 people. These participants are the employee of LKP Lestari Komputer Slawi. The data is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 18.00 as analysis tool. The results of Standardized Regression Coefficient were shown that the leadership and job satisfaction has influenced significantly on the employee motivation (0,27), job satisfaction toward employee satisfaction (0,55), leadership toward employee performance (0,41), job satisfaction toward employee performance (1,00). The results of p-value were also shown that motivation has influenced toward employee performance (<0,001). Keywords : leadership, satisfactory, motivation, and performance

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the recruitment, selection, placement and performance of employees at PT. Bumi Sentosa which is still trusted to be the service provider, especially in the field of technical service. This research was conducted by analyzing the relationship between variables recruitment, selection, placement and performance of employees. This research was conducted by questionnaire method and the type of research is quantitative. Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos as the application program. Respondents in this research were employees of technical service at PT. Bumi Sentosa with a sample number of 110 people. The results showed that the influence of recruitment to the placement was significant, the influence of selection to the placement is significant, the influence of the placement to the employee's performance is significant, the influence of recruitment to employee performance is significant and the influence of selection to the performance of employees is significant too, which means the entire hypothesis is verified. This research shows that more better of recruitment, selection and placement conducted by PT. Bumi Sentosa, the performance of employees will more better too.
