The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. The research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample as many as 117 employees were selected from Civil Servants (PNS) as structural or implementing officials, not as Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) or civil servants who were not on duty in the unit. The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. ABSTRACTHuman resources (HR) is an important role for an organization that fails to achieve its goals. Therefore HR needs to get knowledge management, compensation, work motivation and have a good working spirit. Humans as the key to the success of a company desperately need knowledge of good management in order to manage the company. Employees need knowledge about management to provide knowledge to organizations within a company. There are 2 (two) types of knowledge, namely tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Then compensation is very influencing employee performance because with compensation, employees will also get a service reward that is appropriate and motivates employees. Work motivation can be interpreted as a condition in one's personal self so that the person is motivated to carry out an activity or activity and has a work spirit to improve optimal performance within the company. This study uses CB-SEM (Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Besides that, the sobel test testing method was also used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from previous studies, literature, print media (newspapers and magazines) and electronic media (internet). The results showed that management knowledge, compensation, work motivation, and work morale had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Danoya Villa Batu Belig, Krobokan. (1) The value of t count = 2.2933> of the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is the mediating variable of the influence of Management Knowledge on Employee Performance. (2) Value of t count = 1.5606 <from the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not the mediating variable of the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance. (3) Value of t arithmetic = 1.6767 <from ttable = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not a mediating variable the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested as follows: Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung in fostering employee morale and performance in order to better understand what the employees want and need. For this reason, the Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung is intended to further enhance the development of human resources in the company. With the growth of morale and employee performance, it will have an impact on improving services, so that the number of guests staying overnight will increase

<p>This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of PT. Petroil Indonesia. The research focus used is the compensation variable and work environment<br />variable on performance through work motivation. In order to know how far the influence of variables of compensation and work environment variables affect the performance factors<br />through employee motivation, the researcher in this case has done the research with the sampling model used in this research is non probability sampling with slovin method so<br />that the obtained sample as much as 248 of respondents from 650 respondents. Instrument calibration is done to test the validity of grain and reliability coefficient. Grain validity was<br />calculated by using correlation product moment coefficients and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is using<br />Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. From the results of the study showed all hypothesis proposed in this research accepted. This means that there is a significant <br />influence between compensation, work environment to work motivation and performance.</p>

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a case study at the SME PT PMS Company in Surabaya, Indonesia by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart PLS 3 programs. The results showed that in fact the respondents thought that organizational culture and work motivation had no direct significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation could not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction and work motivation and job satisfaction has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on employee performance where all relationships lead in a positive direction. There has been no research that examines the relationship model of those 4 variables which is intended to determine the wider relationship between these variables and this study provides an overview of employee behavior in SME companies and is useful as input in determining strategies, especially for companies to improve their performance.
