Changes in business environment lead various companies to continue to strive to improve their business strategies in order to survive and have a competitive advantage. The peak changes occurred with the coming of business era in the era of information and science. In this era, business strategies that are considered suitable, among others, the application of human resource development system based on human capital and company management based on corporate values and good corporate governance (GCG). PTPN VII as state-owned enterprise in agribusiness has tried to implement the system. This study aimed to examine the relationship between human capital, corporate values ​​and GCG and their relation to the performances of the employees and the company. The population of this research as many as 400 people consisted of the employees of PTPN VII head office, but the number of the samples set  was 120 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with quota sampling technique. The methods of processing and analyzing the data was structural equation modeling analysis-partial least squares (SEM-PLS),  and the data processing used software smartPLS. The results indicated that the implementation of human capital by the company contributed positively to the increase of the employee performance. The implementation and internalization of corporate values ​​to the employees positively contributed to the improvement of the employee performance. The increased employee performance  played a positive role in improving the company performance. The implementation of corporate governance principles could improve the performance of the company, but did not play a great role in improving employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the corporate life cycles to earnings management and analyze Good Corporate Governance to moderate the relationship between the corporate life cycles with earnings management. This research use as quantitative approach using secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study were 75 company samples. The analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Leasr Square (SEM-PLS) method using WarpPLS Version 5.0 Software. The results showed that the company’s life cycle variables influence earnings management and GCG can moderate the company’s life cycle relationship with earnings management so as to waked earnings management actions.

Human resources who have a creative spirit and always develop a positive attitude will improve their performance according to the expectations of the organization. Citizenship behavior will be discussed in the organizational dimension of OCB, human capital development by involving elements of creativity and organizational culture development will increase OCB. The positive behavior of employees is able to support the performance of organizational development for the better. The basic concepts of Islam are faith, Islam and Ihsan. The perfection of Islam can only be built and enforced through these three concepts. The role of Islamic work ethic as an intervaning variable will greatly affect human capital and OCB development. This study uses a quantitative type, the aim is to determine the magnitude of the influence of human resource development, religiosity, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees using purposive sampling method to determine respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was carried out using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS).

This study aims to explain the effect of leadership and human resource development on job satisfaction, job motivation and employees performance. Analysis by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with alpha 5% to test the significance of research variable. The data were taken from all Bank Sulselbar employees using cluster random sampling technique. The total respondents were 184 respondents. Questionnaire (main instrument), interview, observation, and documentary were used in collecting the data. Results of analysis (at significance level of 5%) showed that: 1) leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) human resource development has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) leadership has a significant effect on job motivation, 4) human resource development has a significant effect on job motivation, 5) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, 6) human resource development has a significant influence employee performance, 7) job satisfaction has a significant effect on job motivation, 8) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and 9) job motivation does not significantly affect on employee performance.

In general purpose of a company is to look for the highest profit. An increase in profits shows the company’s performance is good, to ensure that the company’s performance is good, it must be supported by a business strategy and good corporate governance. The purpose of this study is to analyze business strategies and good corporate governance, both partially and simultaneously affect the company’s performance. Sampling technique used in this study non probability namely census sampling which is 46 census sampling. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that business strategies and good corporate governance both partially and simultaneously influence the company’s performance

One important role of universities nowadays, is to develop the entrepreneurial culture. This article discusses on knowledge andtechnology transfer to society especially in developing entrepreneurship initiative and strategies (IPTEKS bagiKewirausahaan/IbK), and also strengthening technology and business incubator (INKUBITEK) in IBI Darmajaya, one of leadinguniversity from Bandar Lampung, Indonesia to develop young entrepreneurs from among universities students and alumni. Theprogram objectives are to improve entrepreneurship motivation of students and alumni, develop skills and proficiency forstudents and alumni in mastering management, business strategies, and manage the business environment, and also mentoringeffective entrepreneurial business as the new business owner. The activities from the program consist of good corporate governance in business, entrepreneur training, training in an effective business plan, marketing apprentice and volunteer, field visit ondeveloping business on Lampung, business execution and management consultancy, provision of capital for the business owner, andbusiness mentoring from the well-established business player on Lampung.

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables that related to investment decisions and corporate values of companies which listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. Samples of this research are; (1) PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, (2) PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, (3) PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, (4) PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, selected by purposive sampling. Analysis of this research using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the effect Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on profitability, investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Macro Economy to profitability is not significant, Macro Economy to investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Size to profitability and value of the firm is significant, Size to investment decision is not significant. Profitability to investment decision and value of the firm is significant. Investment decision to value of the firm is significant. Financial decision as a moderator variable on profitability linkage to investment decision is not significant. Financial decision as a moderator variable on profitability linkage to the value of the firm is significant. Financial decision on investment decision and value of the firm is significant.

Employees are major assets of every organization. The accomplishment of the industry depends on its employee performance. Therefore, upper management knows the significance of expense in training for the advantage of improving employee performance and also places them to get the challenges of the today’s competitive business environment. This research also aims to see the “Impact of Training on Employee Performance in Pharmaceutical Industry in Karachi Pakistan”, in which Training consider as independent whereas dependent variable ‘Employee Performance‘ having its Performance areas i.e.; demonstrating team work, communication skill, customer service, interpersonal relationship and reduced absenteeism and its Developments areas i.e.; job-satisfaction, employee motivation, new technologies, efficiencies in process and innovation in strategies as its levers. The paper presents a concise summary of the literature on the value of training in improving the performance of the employees. Four pharmaceutical companies are selected. A survey of 356 employees via self administrated questionnaire with the help of random sampling technique is conducted with the response rate of 96%. Two sets of hypothesis are developed which relate directly to the research questions. SPSS 19 is used to perform reliability, descriptive, correlation and regression analysis. The analysis shows a positive significant relationship between them and the results reveal that the more the employee gets training, the more efficient their level of performance would be. The last section of the paper concludes along with recommendation to give guidelines for future research.

ABSTRACT In the banking world of soundness, banks are very important for the formation of trust. Trust and loyalty to banks is a very helpful factor and makes it easier for bank management to develop good business strategies. Bank Soundness Levels are results issued by banks which are carried out on bank risk and performance (Bank Indonesia Regulation Number: 13/1 / PBI / 2011). If more than conventional banking with Islamic banking, conventional banking finance is better than Islamic banking. This is blessed with poor sharia banking (corporate governance) management. In order to be able to carry out its functions properly, banks must have sufficient capital, ensure the quality of their assets properly, be well managed and managed based on the principle of prudence, generate sufficient profits to maintain an increase, and support liquidity so that it can be adjusted to their needs. Therefore banks are required to be able to achieve and maintain a good and optimal level of performance, because the level of bank performance can increase the level of trust and loyalty needed by the wider community to use the products, services and financial activities of the bank. The purpose of this study is for advanced financial research with analysis of Risk Profiles (Risk Profiles), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Profitability (Income), and Capital (Capital) which is hereinafter abbreviated as RGEC with the final aim of research for the needs of Sharia banking management in accordance with the latest Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. This type of research uses descriptive research proposed in the RGEC analysis (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Income, and Capital) at Islamic Banks in Indonesia. from 2013 to 2017. Kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah terhadap bank merupakan faktor yang sangat membantu dan mempermudah pihak manajemen bank untuk menyusun strategi bisnis yang baik. Tingkat Kesehatan Bank adalah hasil penilaian kondisi bank yang dilakukan terhadap risiko dan kinerja bank (Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor: 13/1/PBI/2011). Jika dibanding antara perbankan konvensional dengan perbankan syariah, kinerja keuangan perbankan konvensional lebih baik daripada perbankan syariah. Hal ini dikarena tatakelola (good corporate governance) perbankan syariah yang masih buruk. Agar dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik, bank harus mempunyai modal yang cukup, menjaga kualitas asetnya dengan baik, dikelola dengan baik dan dioperasikan berdasarkan prinsip kehati-hatian, menghasilkan keuntungan yang cukup untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya, serta memelihara likuiditasnya sehingga dapat memenuhi kewajibannya. Oleh karena itu bank dituntut untuk bisa mencapai dan mempertahankan tingkat kinerja yang baik dan optimal, karena tingkat kinerja bank yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah maupun masyarakat luas untuk menggunakan produk, jasa dan aktivitas keuangan dari bank tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan keuangan dengan analisis Profil Risiko (Risk Profile), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Rentabilitas (Earnings), dan Permodalan (Capital) yang selanjutnya disingkat RGEC dengan tujuan akhir merekomendasikan kebijakan untuk memperbaiki manajemen perbankan Syariah yang sesuai peraturan Bank Indonesia dan OJK yang terbaru. The purpose of this research is to see the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri with the method of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The research method uses quantitative methods. Production factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile using credit risk (NPF), liquidity risk (FDR), income (ROA, ROE and BOPO) and capital (CAR). On the results of Good Corporate Governance using data processed and obtained from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research period is 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive and using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Car), as for the benchmarks to determine the soundness level of a bank after each examination, namely by determining the results of the study classified into the bank's health rating. The results showed that the health of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri which uses the Risk Profile approach, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital as a whole can be said that Bank Syariah Mandiri is a fairly healthy bank.
