Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is one of the world's programs to overcome several problems that are currently the world's issues. The world's issues that want to be addressed include: eliminating poverty, eliminating hunger, building good health and well-being, providing quality education, enforcing gender equality, improving clean water and sanitation, growing affordable and clean energy, creating decent work and growth. economy, improve industry, innovation and infrastructure, reduce inequality, mobilize sustainable cities and communities, influence responsible consumption and production, regulate climate action, promote life under water, advance life on land, ensure peace, justice and strong institutions , build partnerships to achieve goals. The target of seventeen components that will be completed in the world is planned to be achieved in 2030. All components that become world problems will be used as part of the target in this research. One of the research focuses is the economic component. The data obtained in Selong District, especially the economic component, will be managed and processed using the Naive Bayes algorithm. After processing the data using the Naive Bayes algorithm, the accuracy rate of closeness to the real situation is 93.45%. From the data obtained 93.45% or 0.9345 x the amount of data (kk) = 0.9345 x 1130 kk = 1056 families which shows the community is prosperous and 6.55% x 1130 = 74 families which states that people are not prosperous and can used as a reference in poverty alleviation through programs launched by the government.

Sustainable development addresses humanity’s aspiration for a better life while observing the limitations imposed by nature. In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly approved the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the aim to foster the organizational operationalization and integration of sustainability and, therefore, to address the current and forthcoming stakeholder needs and ensure a better and sustainable future for all, balancing the economic, social, and environmental development. However, it is not entirely clear which are the mutual relationships among the 17 SDGs and this study aims to tackle this research gap. The results of the correlation confirm that Poverty elimination (SDG1) and Good health and well-being (SDG3) have synergetic relationships with most of the other goals. SDG7 (Affordable and clean energy) has significant relationships with other SDGs (e.g., SDG1 (No poverty), SDG2 (Zero hunger), SDG3 (Good health and well-being), SDG8 (Decent work and economic growth), SDG13 (Climate action)). However, there is a moderate negative correlation with SDG12 (Responsible consumption and production), which emphasizes the need to improve energy efficiency, increase the share of clean and renewable energies and improve sustainable consumption patterns worldwide. There is also confirmation that SDG12 (Responsible consumption and production) is the goal strongly associated with trade-offs. To sum up, this research suggests that change towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals offers many opportunities for reinforcing rather than inhibiting itself. However, some SDGs show no significant correlation with other SDGs (e.g., SDG13 (Climate action) and SDG17 (Partnerships for the goals), which highlights the need for future research.

Many universities are striving to have an environmental impact on the society as they are considered as small communities aiming to be eco-friendly and having low CO2 emission. This concept has been emerging after the worldwide concern on the ozone depletion issue and global warming. As a result, many titles have appeared like “Green Universities”, “eco- friendly Universities,” “Environmental sustainable Universities” and “Environmentally responsible universities,” etc. This paper proposes a mechanism that allows universities to go green or become environmentally sustainable higher education bodies in a short span of time. It simply advises the universities to best practice the Environmental Sustainable Development Goals (ESDG’s) Components incorporated in the seventeen United Nation Sustainable Developments Goals (SDG’s) that were announced on the 25 th September 2015 by all leaders of the countries which were aimed to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda where each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years. These ESDG’s listed within the SDG’s are the following: 1) Good Health and Well-being. 2) Quality Education. 3) Clean Water and Sanitation. 4) Affordable and Clean Energy. 5) Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. 6) Sustainable Cities and Communities. 7) Climate Action. 8) Life below Water. 9) Life on Land. Therefore, incorporating such 9 Goals in the strategic planning of each worldwide university that has aligned its goals with the Country National Strategy - which by default includes these SDG’s - will accelerate and boost each university to transform to Green and Environmentally Sustainable campus. The paper also sheds light on the experience of University of Bahrain in this respect.

The education sector is one of the fields that gets the most attention from the government, especially when graduating from high school students. It is expected that these graduates will continue to pursue higher education. Various information about majors in universities have been widely available but have not been able to meet the needs of prospective students. There are three main problems experienced by prospective students, namely limited knowledge of the majors to be followed, limited information available, and limited quantitative recommendations that can be used by prospective students.This study tries to overcome these problems by producing predictions of departmental recommendations using the Naive Bayes algorithm and incorporating criteria that influence the selection of majors in the form of abilities, interests, and also preferences for certain fields. An approach to user preferences is used so that the recommendations approach the desired results. This is done by giving the criteria weighting to the user. Covid-19 is widespread, resulting in a global pandemic. Distance Learning System (DLS) is considered as a solution but, the reality of the implementation of DLS is not in accordance with the expectations of the community. Many Twitter users wrote their opinions on DLS. The tendency of public sentiment can be used as a way to improve the existing education system in Indonesia and can be an input for the government in improving the DLS method that is being implemented. Thus, this study produced a system that can analyze tweet sentiment towards DLS. The tweet was obtained using the Twitter API. The method used is Naïve Bayes for the process of classification of positive, negative, and neutral sentiments using 600 data. Then, data sharing is done 80% data training and 20% data testing that will be in the text preprocessing first. The accuracy of sentiment analysis of DLS using the Naïve Bayes method using 3-fold Cross-Validation produces an average of 93%.

Abstract   The Government of Indonesia took steps to change the system to improve public services in traffic violations by implementing the e-ticketing system. This system is a solution for disciplining motorized motorists from committing traffic violations. The existence of e-ticketing is also a solution to prevent the delinquency of law enforcers from illegal levies, peace terms in place, to accountability of fines. In this study, sentiment analysis of the e-ticketing system or opinion mining to classify the variety of public comments that give a positive, negative or neutral impression. Twitter social media is one of the objects to express opinions because it is user friendly, updated topics, and openly accesses tweets. Opinions on Twitter are collected, then the preprocessing stage is performed, then the selection of information gain features helps reduce noise caused by irrelevant labels, the next step is the classification of sentiments with the Naïve Bayes algorithm and finally polarity sentiments. This research resulted in an accuracy of 41.82%, a precision of 50.51% and a recall of 45.45%.   Keywords: Sentiment analysis, E-ticketing, Information Gain, Naive Bayes   Abstrak   Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan langkah perubahan untuk memperbaiki sistem pelayanan publik dalam pelanggaran berlalu-lintas yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem e-Tilang. Sistem ini menjadi solusi mendisiplinkan para pengendara kendaraan bermotor dari banyaknya melakukan pelanggaran berlalu-lintas. Keberadaan e-Tilang juga menjadi solusi mencegah kenakalan penegak hukum dari pungutan liar, istilah damai ditempat, hingga akuntabilitas uang denda. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisis sentimen tentang sistem e-Tilang atau opinion mining untuk mengelompokan ragam komentar masyarakat yang memberikan kesan positif, negatif atau netral. Media sosial Twitter menjadi salah satu objek untuk menyampaikan opini karena user friendly, topik ter-update, dan terbuka mengakses tweet. Opini pada twitter dikumpulkan, lalu dilakukan tahapan preprocessing, selanjutnya dengan seleksi fitur information gain membantu mengurangi noise yang disebabkan oleh label-label yang tidak relevan, tahap selanjutnya adalah klasifikasi sentimen dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan terakhir sentimen polarity. Penelitian ini menghasilkan accuracy 41,82%, presisi 50,51% dan recall 45,45%.   Kata kunci: Analisis sentimen, E-Tilang, Information Gain, Naive Bayes

PurposeWith the global adoption of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), it has become increasingly important for educators to develop a responsive curriculum where future event practitioners understand, value and implement sustainability as a core component of meeting and event management. The purpose of this paper is to explore the viewpoints of industry to embed sustainability as part of developing a Meeting and Event Management curriculum that is responsive to industry needs, and in so doing, contribute to quality education (SDG4).Design/methodology/approachQualitative data were generated from 10 key informant interviews amongst top-level meeting and event professionals. Open questions elucidated industry viewpoints to develop content for a Meeting and Event Management curriculum at Advanced Diploma level in South Africa. Content analysis and data interpretation revealed key topics that guided the embedment of SDGs in the curriculum as knowledge, skills, values and attitudes.FindingsCurriculum content was linked to six specific, corresponding SDGs, namely: good health and well-being; quality education; decent work and economic growth; industry, innovation and infrastructure; climate action and partnerships for the goals.Originality/valueThe paper contributes valuable industry insights into academic educators concerned with responsive curriculum development in the field of meeting and event management by outlining how SDGs can be integrated as competencies and learning outcomes in a tertiary qualification.

A regional head must have a work plan every regional head must have a work plan which is sure to be of benefit to the community. Assisting is a definite work plan in every region. A lot of assistance is usually given from the government to the community and must be managed by the village government so that the aid gets to the right hands. And to improve food security, the people in each region have activities to distribute Poor Rice as a subsidy from the government. In the distribution method, sometimes there are constraints in data collection so that poor rice or what we usually call Raskin is not suitable for distribution. Because of this, a way is needed so that the distribution is appropriate or not in the community in accepting the Raskin so that government assistance can be delivered properly and on target. By using secondary data obtained from Bencoy Village, 205 data were obtained containing the attributes of the eligibility category of Raskin recipients, and 6 categories of attributes were found with the classification method of the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The accuracy value obtained is 96.59%, proving that the prediction using the Naive Bayes algorithm has a good performance. The next results obtained are in the form of AUC value which after being calculated produces a value of 0.999 and this results in an application which is an implementation with a flow that is adjusted to the calculation algorithm in the form of a web-based application.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim at providing a healthier planet for present and future generations. At the most recent SDG summit held in 2019, Member States recognized that the achievements accomplished to date have been insufficient to achieve this mission. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review of 227 documents contextualizing outdoor lighting with SDGs, showing its potential to resolve some existing issues related to the SDG targets. From a list of 17 goals, six SDGs were identified to have relevant synergies with outdoor lighting in smart cities, including SDG 3 (Good health and well-being), SDG 11 (Sustainable cities and communities), SDG 14 (Life below water) and SDG 15 (Life on land). This review also links efficient lighting roles partially with SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy) and SDG 13 (Climate action) through Target 7.3 and Target 13.2, respectively. This paper identifies outdoor lighting as a vector directly impacting 16 of the 50 targets in the six SDGs involved. Each section in this review discusses the main aspects of outdoor lighting by a human-centric, energy efficiency and environmental impacts. Each aspect addresses the most recent studies contributing to lighting solutions in the literature, helping us to understand the positive and negative impacts of artificial lighting on living beings. In addition, the work summarizes the proposed solutions and results tackling specific topics impacting SDG demands.

Sustainable development goals constitute the main measures of risk-oriented sustainable development. The article presents the results of a literature study on the relationship between these objectives and universal security, which indeed refers to the most important utilitarian values. In the second part, attention is drawn to seven goals: ‘accessible and clean energy’, ‘economic growth and decent work’, ‘innovation, industry, infrastructure’, ‘less inequality’, ‘sustainable cities and communities’, ‘responsible consumption and production’, and ‘climate action’. As a result of the review of the Web of Science® Data Collection database, 46 articles were selected to serve as a basis for a literature survey. In the second part of the presentation of obtained research results, we proved that issues related to general survival and social development indirectly shape universal security in sustainable development, especially in the contexts of threats to human life and health, their social nature, promptness in responding to threats, and characteristics of threats. All identified relationships can be used to improve the link between universal security and sustainable development, increasing the potential to protect core utilitarian values in light of contemporary global development strategies.

Nutrition of the employee at work has a huge impact both on his health and labor productivity, and therefore on the financial well-being of the enterprise. But today it is wrong to limit ourselves to these factors. In today's world, it is impossible to separate human health or the well-being of an enterprise from the environmental component. Therefore the eco-consciousness and eco-choice of the worker, including in nutrition as well as carrying out the eco-policy at production is very important. The modern man spends a lot of time at work, so a healthy diet plays an important role for his health. Today healthy nutrition means ecologically conscious or in another way - sustainable. Sustainable healthy eating in the workplace should be seen as a comprehensive initiative. In today's global climate imbalance, it is nutrition awareness and sustainability that will not only improve health and business performance, but also have an impact on mitigating environmental problems. Awareness of sustainable diets and common dietary practices in the workplace are investigated. The impact of nutritional-ergonomic strategies on physical employment standards, workplace safety and productivity is analyzed. A contemporary approach to nutrition based on informed employer choices in the context of nutra-ergonomics adjusted for environmental sustainability is discussed, helping to optimize employee health and well-being. Recommendations for workplace nutrition interventions to normalize weight and improve employee health are discussed, taking into account the current requirements of the sustainability goals. Practical intra-ergonomic sustainable strategies and recommendations for employee workplace nutrition are offered. The company's eco-initiatives in sustainable nutrition for its employees help not only to show concern within the framework of production activities, but also increase the education of citizens in the issues of eco-sustainability in everyday life. This increases the eco-education of the individual, which creates conscious consumption and minimalist views in all areas of life, both for the employee and possibly for his or her environment - family and friends. Investing in nutrition in the workplace is a high return on investment for the employer, which can improve the health of workers, create comfortable working conditions, increase efficiency and productivity in the workplace. It is a direct pathway to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 3 (good health and well-being), SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth), SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production).
