Abstract Shaya Consortium ramped up its production from 60 KBOPD to almost 85 KBOPD as a result of an agile execution of its Field Development Plan, made of infill drilling, workover interventions, and full-field expansion of waterflooding. This combined activity made the planning process very complex and dynamic due to the high volume of operations and scenario evaluation. Additionally, the consortium was requested to provide a weekly production forecast to its major stakeholders highlighting all deviations from the original execution plan and remedial activities to come back on track. The proposed application tool has simplified and automated the forecasting processes using short-term updates of the executed activities from field reports, current well status, planned workover interventions, and new wells drilling schedule. Any deviation of the Annual Work Plan due to schedule variance or well performance is automatically adjusted by the tool, creating a new forecast to End-Of-Year or Quarter even Weekly, thus, reflecting the impact on the estimated recoverable volumes. The tool pulls information from different sources and consolidates them in a single unified environment, not only for forecasting but also as a visualization and analysis tool. Furthermore, it has several modules to facilitate the control of official type curves, scenario profiles for the Annual Work Plan, and it is fully linked to key corporate applications. This paper presents the development of a production forecasting tool that introduced a new way of working within the Shaya Production Team by improving activity scheduling and overcome underperforming new wells, keeping the operations team informed to facilitate the production management.

Currently, the awareness of the importance of literacy among young people is very low. Whereas literacy is the ability to read and write. All knowledge can be known and even obtained by literacy. Literacy is a process of interaction or an ability within a person. Various readings that are now easy to access such as books, PDFs, journals, online libraries, and various other media are not able to arouse interest in reading, one of which is in Islamic boarding schools. The lack of available facilities is a major problem for all students at the Ittihadul Ummah Islamic Boarding School, especially among senior students. And in the end it causes enthusiasm or interest in reading students to decrease. This service activity with the Ulya santri literacy movement program at the Ittihadul Ummah Islamic Boarding School was carried out with the aim that all Ulya students were enthusiastic in literacy and could create works that could be seen by the general public. The approach method used is ABCD, which is an approach model by finding and utilizing the assets owned by the main target of the work program, namely Pondok Pesantren Ittihadul Ummah. The implementation of the work plan or program at the Ittihadul Ummah Islamic Boarding School, Banyudono Ponorogo was carried out well and smoothly according to the method used.

Abstract. Controlling how construction work is completed is critical to success. Generally, the result value method is used as the tool. Although this method has been applied to a variety of different types of construction work, the tool has been limited to a single project. This study examines the total value of completed construction work. Because the duration of construction work varies, the researchers refer to the percentage of the plan's duration. The percentages are set at 25%, 30%, and 50%. There have been 17 completed building construction projects between 2017 and 2018. Additionally, a comparison sample of construction work is used. The results of the data processing are pessimistic, most likely, optimistic, and hopeful. Additionally, the expected value is compared to a reference value. The expected values for the percentages of 25%, 30%, and 50% are (-2.425), (1.071), and 50%, respectively (2.275). Indeed, the expected value obtained is not the same as the comparison value. The contractor can prepare the necessary resources by knowing the value of the expected yield at a certain percentage of the duration.

Abstract Digital oil field is a terminology that frequently appeared in the last few years. In the era of industry 4.0 and the proliferation of digital technology, oil and gas companies need to adapt in order to gain advantage in business process development, and this term is the answer. In digital oil field, data is significantly valuable. Therefore, robust database and real time data monitoring need to be developed. Pertamina EP has established a robust, easy-to-access, and web-based database application called Operational Data Repository (ODR). This application handles end-to-end business process from exploration all the way to commercial. Several modules were integrated for this application and the main modules consist of exploration, exploitation, production, finance, safety and commercial. For every module in ODR, the first task to carry is to create and input master data. After database is created, calculation according to module's purpose is performed. Once the system is there, automatic data acquisition and monitoring will enter the picture. Exploration module in ODR handles database of Pertamina EP exploration activities. This module include lithology, biostratigraphy, and geochemical data of exploration project in Pertamina EP. This module ensures that initial data of a structure is preserved and available. Exploitation module deals with oil and gas reserves and resources reporting process, well proposal for annual work plan, and surface project monitoring. This module rules development phase from subsurface to surface. Production module shows daily operational activities, production data, and quadrant mapping of wells productivity. Data from this module is taken for evaluating production and operation performance. Finance module handles company's financial report, including revenue, expense, and tax. Safety module handles work permit, hazard identification, risk assessment and control for every project and work plan. Safety is a very important aspect in a company and this module ensures that documents needed to perform work safely is well-documented and easy to submit and access. Last but not least is commercial module. This module consists of gas sales agreement documents (GSA), metering system location, and customer complaints monitoring. ODR has already been well-established, therefore Pertamina EP started its pilot project for automatic data acquisition for eight wells and currently on monitoring phase. This paper describes Pertamina EP first step to digital oil field, which is developing virtual warehouse to store company's data. The step is strengthened with attempting for automatic data acquisition that will be integrated to the ODR for the next phase.
