In recent years, Internet has developed rapidly. The original mode of cultivating talents for radio and television directors in our undergraduate colleges no longer satisfy the needs of the current society. The talents cultivated in colleges and universities cannot match the talents needed by society. Many college students are facing graduation and unemployed, and employers are also worried about that they cannot find suitable talents. In order to adapt to the development of the society, the teaching method of the radio and television director major must be reformed. Based on the original theoretical basic knowledge, it is necessary to strengthen the students’ data analysis and practical skills, they should assess the current situation and absorb excellent domestic and foreign students in the curriculum configuration. Cultivate experience, but it must conform to the current situation in our country.

This paper explores the complexities involved in transferring psychological services to off-campus providers. The ethical and legal responsibilities of colleges and universities to provide services that encourage the development of the student may not be met by health care entrepreneurs who do not take into account differences between the needs of college students and those of members the larger society.

Objective: Our objective was to provide the first comprehensive picture of alcohol use and binge drinking by US college students with disabilities (SWDs), who represent at least 11% (1.6 million) of the US college student population. Methods: In fall 2013, we used a stratified random sampling technique to identify and recruit 2440 SWDs from 122 US colleges and universities. A total of 1285 (53%) SWDs from 61 (50%) colleges and universities completed a survey of alcohol and other drug use and the use of substances by student peers. We conducted 4 multiple logistic regression analyses to compare binge-drinking and non–binge-drinking SWDs by potential correlates of such use and a final model that included only significant variables. Results: SWDs aged <21 vs ≥21 (odds ratio [OR] = 0.90; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.82-0.99) who spent more time vs less time socializing (OR = 1.24; 95% CI, 1.11-1.38), who spent less time vs more time studying (OR = –0.89; 95% CI, –0.80 to –0.99), and who used vs did not use marijuana (OR = 1.44; 95% CI, 1.18-1.75) or amphetamines (OR = 1.82; 95% CI, 1.15-2.89) were significantly more likely to binge drink. SWDs who reported using barbiturates were less likely to binge drink than were those who did not use barbiturates (OR = –0.36; 95% CI, –0.21 to –0.61). In the final model, use of amphetamines (OR = 1.74; 95% CI, 1.15-2.65) or marijuana (OR = 1.60; 95% CI, 1.32-1.94) was the highest predictor of binge drinking. Conclusion: SWDs’ reported rates of binge drinking, although high, were not as high as those of nondisabled college students. Nevertheless, prevention efforts should be targeted toward college SWDs.

The purpose of this study is to describe the development of entrepreneurial skills of college students in the intercultural context of Mexico. By a non-probability sampling method, a sample of 120 students from an intercultural institution of higher education in the Southeastern Mexico was selected, from which two groups (<em>Indigenous</em> and <em>Mestizos</em>) were obtained to perform the corresponding statistical analyses. The first group was integrated by indigenous students (<em>n </em>= 55) and the second group by mestizos (<em>n </em>= 65). For data analysis, the Student <em>t </em>test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. The results showed no significant differences in the entrepreneurial skills between both groups. However, significant differences were obtained when considering the educational programs offered by the intercultural institution, where the program in sustainable rural development was the one that obtained a higher level regarding the development of entrepreneurial skills. This research contributes with empirical evidence to the knowledge on interculturality in this country.

The first quarter of 2020 has been a difficult time for the global community. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting various sectors, one of which is education. Physical distancing policies allow learning to be done remotely. Based on the conditions of distance learning, this study wanted to determine the effect of lecturer co mpetence on student satisfaction during a pandemic. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to college students using purpose sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed that social and personality competence had an effect on student satisfaction, but lecturers' pedagogical and professional competence had no effect on student satisfaction during the pandemic. This can be shown from the inadequate infrastructure of distance learning. Lecturers who are needed now are lecturers who have the power of creativity in delivering material so that the delivery of material to students is more interesting and varied in online learning.
