This study has the following objectives: Specifically, this researcher aims to prove and analyze whether:Strategic Environment, Public Trust, and Entrepreneurial Orientation influenced on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance. The population is batik SMEs belonging to the Tuban batik center totaling 84 SMEs batik and samples using the snowball sampling method and the number of samples are 84. To retrieve data using the questionnaire method and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed the following findings: 1. The strategic environment has a significant effect on competitive advantage 2. Public trust has a significant effect on the competitive 3. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the competitive advantage 4. Strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, 5. The strategic environment has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 6. Public trust has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies,7. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 8. Competitive advantage has no significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 9. The strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance.

Analysis of The Influence of Pentagon Fraud in Detecting Financial Statement Fraud Using Method F- Score

This study aims to examine the elements of fraud in the fraud pentagon theory in detecting financial statement fraud. Pentagon fraud is variables from the pressure element, opportunity, rationalization, capability, and elements of arrogance, namely political relationships which are hypothesized to affect financial statement fraud. The F-Score method is used to determine financial statement fraud. This research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method from 47 manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemicals industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2015 to 2019. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis models using SPSS 22 to test the effect of the target. finance, financial stability, external pressure, institutional share ownership, ineffective supervision, influence on the nature of the industry, quality of external auditors, replacement of auditors, change of directors and political relations to financial statement fraud. The results showed that the quality of external auditors and auditor turnover had a significant positive effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, financial targets, financial stability, external pressure, institutional share ownership, ineffective supervision, the influence of the nature of the industry, the change of directors, and political relations have no effect on financial statement fraud.

Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia

The existence of women farmer groups in the use of land for agriculture, such as existing fruit and vegetables, deserves a response to the follow-up, considering that the activities of women farmer groups have great potential. However, the professions as farmers and agricultural laborers, the income of female farmers and agricultural laborers does not necessarily depend on the season. With the ability to manage further processed agricultural products, they can have reliable income and use a marketing system that is adjusted to the times. This research is a model trial with the title "Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia" with the aim of minimizing disparities in the village. By utilizing knowledge, skills and technology, it is hoped that poverty and disparity can be minimized or even eliminated. This research at a macro level provides benefits to stakeholders, namely human resources who supply raw materials, female farmers who are metamorphosed into entrepreneurs, so that domestic and foreign consumers will get superior regional products with high quality.

Risk Based Improvement Performance Strategy for Operation and Maintenance Activities of River and River Infrastructure (BBWS Ciliwung-Cisadane Authority)

The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) has the duty and responsibility to carry out effective and efficient river operation activities and river infrastructure including overcoming floods during the rainy season, but these activities are deemed necessary for improvement in planning procedures. Model of Application of Technology to Increase Income in Micro Business Clover Stick in The Face of Covid19 Pandemic Era

The Covid19 pandemic has caused complicated problems for many entrepreneurs, including partners who are micro-entrepreneurs. The Semanggi Stick micro business, which is run by a group of women in Lakarsantri Village, Surabaya City, has been severely affected by the Covid19 pandemic. Even in the first few months of the pandemic outbreak, their businesses did not operate. The clover sticks they produce are not the main choice that must be purchased for communities around the partner’s location. This is possible because so far partners have only marketed their products around their area, partners have not taken advantage of the availability of digital technology in marketing. In addition, partners have been carrying out the production process using conventional and simple equipment. This was considered ineffective and resulted in some partner members choosing other activities that were more productive. With the right technology application model, both in the production and marketing processes, partners will experience an increase in sales. Before the pandemic, the sales generated by partners was at 500 thousand to 1 million per month, after using this technology application model partners can get a sales of more than 2 million Rupiah in one month.

The Relationship Between Empowerment And Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Majalengka Regency

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

The Feasibility of Developing Learning Devices Science Concept Based on Android for College Students in Elementary Teaching Program

This research is motivated by efforts to improve scientific literacy skills and build the skills of 21st century students by developing the concept of Android-based science learning devices. Learning device are developed so that students can learn independently, quickly, practically, not limited by time and space, and students are ready to compete in the global world. This study aims to describe the feasibility of developing Android-based science learning tools for college students. This device was developed with a 4-D model by Thiagarajan. The tools developed are: RPP, e-book, LKM and evaluation tools. The research subjects were college UNIROW students who took the Science Concept 2018/2019 course. Collecting data using questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. From the results of the validation and test results, it can be concluded that the learning tools developed are categorized as good, valid and suitable for use in learning.

Elderly is a condition where the tissue's ability to repair itself or replace itself slowly disappears and maintains its normal structure and function so that it cannot survive. Problems that may arise, it is necessary to improve or improve the physical condition of the elderly, which can help them to maintain their health in their retirement. This study aims to reduce the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the elderly, provide an overview of the physical problems of Covid 19 in the elderly and prevention of Covid 19 in the elderly. This type of research is a type of experimental research that uses a pre- experimental research design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. showed a probability value with a value of p <0.05. These results indicate that physiotherapy management in the elderly during Covid 19 provided support for increased physical activity, so that the risk of being exposed to Covid 19 can be eliminated. management physiotherapy for covid 19 the p value is 0.000, p value <0.05, this shows that there are significant results between the pre test and post test on the physiotherapy management of the elderly during the Covid 19 pandemic. For the physical activity for elderly the p value is 0,015 this shows that the physical activities carried out by the elderly during a pandemic have not changed but can be given motivation to do physical activity. For the information fear of ctracting corona virus p value 0,007 this shows that the information on physical activity provided by physiotherapy does not change the fear of the elderly still being exposed to Covid

Weather Forecast using Learning Vector Quantization Methods

Weather forecasting is one of the important factors in daily life, as it can affect the activities carried out by the community. The study was conducted to optimize weather forecasts using artificial neural network methods. The artificial neural network used is a learning vector quantization (LVQ) method, in which artificial neural networks based on previous research are suitable for prediction. The research is modeling weather forecast optimization using the LVQ method. Models with the best accuracy can be used in terms of weather forecasts. Based on the results of the training that has been done in this study produces the best accuracy on the LVQ method which is to produce 72%.
