with the improvement of science and technology, and internet popularization, offline teaching and multimedia teaching are standing out in teaching of each discipline, compared with traditional teaching mode. Firstly, this paper summarizes design contents and requirements of physical education teaching system in offline learning system, designs the framework and core module of offline learning system teaching according to requirements of college physical education curriculum and finally succeeds in designing offline learning system of college physical education curriculum. This system can meet students’ offline learning requirements and is compatible with online learning mode based on SCORM standards in some aspects. Empirical study on system operation and application proves that offline learning system of physical education curriculum has significant teaching effects.

As one of the key technologies of the future development of the Internet, Virtual reality technique is more and more used in the field of Physical Education. Its appearance will subvert traditional sport sports teaching mode and education thinking, and brings a series of major changes for sports education. As for the limitations of modern sports teaching mode, this article is to analyze how virtual reality technique apply to physical education, and build a new sports teaching mode based on virtual reality technique and provide a more scientific, systematic theoretical reference for improving the quality of teaching and optimizing teaching methods with the combination of situational cognitive theory.

<p>With the development of the new curriculum reform, physical education teaching methods in junior middle schools have changed, but the traditional physical education teaching mode still occupies a dominant position, and the teaching mode is single and the content is tedious, which makes it difficult to arouse students’ interest. Outward bound training is a brand-new form of sports, which can greatly enhance students’ participation and train students’ collective consciousness, and is widely used in physical education. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of outward bound training, tells the necessity of outward bound training in junior high school physical education, and briefly describes the specific application strategies of outward bound training in physical education.</p>

The reform and practical research of college aerobics teaching mode has gradually become an important topic in college aerobics teaching and research, and it has gradually attracted wide attention from teachers and students in colleges and universities. This article explores the status quo of sports aerobics teaching under the conditions of informationization and explores the application methods and methods of information technology in aerobics teaching, practically applies microclass and MOOC resources to physical education, and strives to organize and develop sports teaching intelligence with the help of information technology. As an important indicator for measuring professional talents, the capacity for scientific research has received more and more attention. The course of Method of Sport Science Research can systematically teach students to learn the theory of scientific research, grasp professional method of scientific research and lay a foundation for cultivating scientific thought and scientific research ability of students of sports specialty. Based on the content characteristics and knowledge foundation of the course, students have not enjoyed this course very much and it has been difficult for them to understand. Besides, it is difficult to achieve good teaching effect because of poor mastery and application of knowledge after learning. On this basis, “12345” online learning mode based on self-direction theory was designed in this study. This process includes 1 thought, 2 mentalities, 3 dimensions, 4 levels and 5 steps. This theory was applied in the smart classroom of Method of Sport Science Research. The online cooperative teaching combined with network interaction technology and integrated with visual exchange technology was conducted. Besides, data analysis advantage of network platform was adopted to record the data of teacher-student interactions. Then, students’ learning was systematically understood through the interaction analysis. Finally, fuzzy C mean was integrated in the above teaching mode to conduct blended group research, implement targeted individual teaching of for Method of Sport Science Research and achieve the target interaction with students according to accuracy of big data analysis. The experimental results show that the teaching mode can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm, stimulate their learning initiative and enhance learning efficiency.
