with the improvement of science and technology, and internet popularization, offline teaching and multimedia teaching are standing out in teaching of each discipline, compared with traditional teaching mode. Firstly, this paper summarizes design contents and requirements of physical education teaching system in offline learning system, designs the framework and core module of offline learning system teaching according to requirements of college physical education curriculum and finally succeeds in designing offline learning system of college physical education curriculum. This system can meet students’ offline learning requirements and is compatible with online learning mode based on SCORM standards in some aspects. Empirical study on system operation and application proves that offline learning system of physical education curriculum has significant teaching effects.

Through adopting many research methods, such as literature, experimentation, questionnairesand mathematical statistics method, this study explores the effect of sports multimedia teaching on stimulating the college students’ sports motivation, makes comparison between multimedia teaching and traditional teaching in the EC course teaching, and makes use of sports motivation scale to make measurement. The research result shows that the sports motivation level of the students in the experimental class who are adopted multimedia teaching method to teach is significantly improved, and has significant difference with the control group who are adopted the traditional teaching approach. In physical education, the adoption of multi-media teaching can motivate and improve the sports motivation of the students, so the multimedia communication materials should be promoted in physical education.

Traditional teaching mode cannot meet the learning needs of students. Online learning technology is increasingly accepted and has gradually become an important teaching mode. However, most online learning systems cannot achieve the panoramic effect. Moreover, students cannot be personally on the scene, such that it is difficult for them to focus. Particularly, some abstract course contents cannot be well expounded, which results in low learning efficiency. Thus, this study constructed an online learning system based on panoramic technology for sport psychology. This system synchronously performs explanation process, voice, and course data. This system can also reach the teaching purpose of panoramic simulation of a real classroom. In addition, this system has strong applicability. The experiment proves that students who learn with this system improve significantly in terms of course interest, theoretical knowledge understanding and wish, and practical application.

Line dance is one of the most important parts of physical education, which has been widely and deeply promoted in physical education. To sum up, the traditional teaching mode of line dance basically focuses on the three aspects of "teaching, learning and doing", that is, for the teaching content, the teacher teaches and the students follow the teacher to learn and do. Most of the students just master the set of movements taught by the teacher, can not create their own dance moves or even participate in the competition. Therefore, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional line dance teaching, reforms the teaching content and teaching mode, and probes into the teaching mode integrating "teaching, learning, doing, practicing, researching and competing", so as to provide some reference for the teaching reform of line dance course in colleges and universities in China.

With the growth of students' age, it is very necessary to carry out the game teaching in a targeted way. Up to now, the reform of physical education curriculum has been deepened, and the organizational form and goal of physical education teaching have changed dramatically. Games are the same sports activities that students like very much. They are rich in content and various in forms. Most of the games have story plots or competition factors, and integrate various activities such as running, jumping and throwing, which is very suitable for the age characteristics and psychological characteristics of students at all stages.

The purposes of the study were to examine the students’ learning effects of different physical education curriculum model, which merged Teaching Personal and Responsibility (TPSR), respectively, with the Sport Education Model (SEM) and Traditional Teaching Model (TTM) for better learning effects in high school physical education classes. A pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used with an experimental group (TPSR-SEM; 75 students, Mage = 16.78 ± 0.54 years) and a control group (TPSR-SEM; 58 students, Mage = 16.82 ± 0.57 years). Experimental and control group sessions spanned 32 lessons over 16 weeks. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used for statistical analysis. The findings of research showed that the TPSR-SEM experimental group could improve more learning effects than the TPSR-TTM control group in the dependent variables, including sport self-efficacy, sport passion, responsibility, and game performance. We concluded that TPSR-SEM group could improve more learning effects than the TPSR-TTM group in the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains for physical education courses. It is worthy to develop TPSR-SEM in the physical education curriculum.

The development of information technology has brought tremendous changes to our country’s education. Based on the 5G + Internet, the article proposes a brand-new intelligent education model and proposes an ST analysis method, which mainly studies the teacher and students in the classroom. Class performance, based on Yebes network, proposed a learning decision method and application. The research results of the article show the following: (1) The article compares the monthly test scores of three variables under two different teaching modes. The results show that the performance of the online teaching mode is generally better than that of the traditional teaching mode, and the performance of the experimental class has increased more, with an average growth score of 4.83, indicating that there are significant differences in students’ learning and cognitive abilities under different teaching models. (2) The article compares the students’ knowledge mastery under two different teaching modes. The results show that under the traditional teaching mode, the students’ knowledge mastery is low, and the complete mastery rate is only 15%. In the network multimedia teaching mode, the students’ knowledge mastery rate has been greatly improved, the complete mastery rate is as high as 45%, and the students’ mastery of knowledge has been extremely improved, indicating that the network multimedia teaching mode can stimulate students’ learning interest more, improve learning efficiency. (3) Studying the differences in the source of curriculum resources of three different types of teachers, and the results show that the proportion of curriculum resources downloaded through the Internet is the largest; in the investigation of the impact of multimedia teaching on the classroom, the cooperation rate of students when multimedia teaching is not used, classroom practice accuracy and classroom completion rate are low, but after using multimedia teaching, students’ cooperation rate and classroom practice accuracy rate have been greatly improved, among which the accuracy rate of the experimental class is as high as 62.4%, and the students’ thinking ability is also good. Autonomous learning is what college students need to learn. For some students who have difficulties in self-study, this paper develops a cloud computing intelligent optimization algorithm in the multimedia teaching mode of college students’ English autonomous learning system. This platform can help self-learners learn translation, listening, speaking, and other skills. At the same time, the platform also includes a self-assessment system including diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation, and summative evaluation. The final test shows that the recognition rate of the system can reach more than 95%, which can meet the needs of use.
