The tradition group used traditional teaching methods, and the golden lesson group used the ”golden class” concept combined with the ”Internet +” platform for teaching. After the course, compare the two groups of students’ problem-solving scores and their theoretical and practical scores. Results: The problem-solving ability of the students in the golden lesson group was better than the tradition group in terms of ”negative problem orientation”, ”avoidance style” and ”impulsive/negligence style” [(8.75±1.32VS12.59±4.7) points, (11.14±2.4) VS13.86±2.36) points, (8.59±2.55VS10.53±2.03)] (P<0.05).Conclusion: This teaching mode conforms to the professional development characteristics of nursing students, helps to improve students’ problem-solving ability and strengthens their thinking, but it also puts forward more requirements on teachers’ teaching and practical experience.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the roots of every economy and completely transformed the way every industry functions including the education sector. The education sector completely adopted the remote teaching concept thereby connecting educators and students through technology. The present study aims at understanding that how Education 4.0 has helped in creating an intelligent learning space aligned with disruptive technologies for developing and enhancing education with learners at the center and further how this has facilitated remote teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the purpose of study, secondary sources of data including research papers and news articles based on the similar themes were referred. Education 4.0 has completely transformed the way the education sector functions by putting the learner at the center and making the entire process student-centric where the learner will decide what they want to study rather than putting a predefined syllabus in front of them. The intelligent learning space is created through the application of emerging technologies.

Background: There are more than 50 medical colleges in Punjab, and the traditional mode of teaching is ‘teacher dominant’, while students are passive learners. The curriculum prescribed by the University Of Health Sciences (UHS) emphasizes more on theoretical knowledge of subjects along with extensive memorization, but less stress on concept building and development of learning skills. Although traditional modes of teaching are adopted by medical institutes, but knowledge about the students’ perspective regarding concept building and learning skills is utmost necessary to improve the methods of teaching Aim: To assess the students’ perception regarding effective teaching, concept building and learning strategies. Methods: The study involved a total of 378 male and female students from MBBS, BDS and DPT sessions and a structured questionnaire was given to each student after taking consent, and teaching modalities were rated using Likert scale. Results: Out of 378 students, 62% were females, while 38% were males, and among these 43% students were residing in hostels, while 57% were day scholars. Illustration of concepts using white board was rated 61.2%, interactive sessions/tutorials 46.1%, demonstrations by teacher 34%, power point presentation lectures using multi-media 25% while small group discussion was rated 6.5%. Conclusions: White board teaching was considered as most effective tool for development of concept and learning (61.2%), followed by interactive sessions (46.1%). Power point presentation lecture was rated as 2nd least effective method (25%), while small group discussions was rated as least effective modality (6.5%). As part of the IMPRODOVA project, a training platform with training formats and materials was designed to optimise front-line response strategies and enhance inter-organisational cooperation to prevent, investigate and mitigate domestic violence. The teaching concept involved two pillars: training platform can either be used as an online self-learning tool to train oneself individually combined with knowledge assessment, case studies and training videos or as a source for training materials on domestic violence for trainers who want to conduct a training on domestic violence on their own. The chapter explains the needs identified through the IMPRODOVA research and requests from front-line responders, focusing on the most relevant topics for the police, the health and the social sector. The training materials specially designed for this training platform and tailored to each domestic violence responder group are presented. The chapter addresses the challenge that even though the English international platform provides a good overview on the EU level and corresponding policies, it does not necessarily reflect national/local context and reference frameworks. The chapter concludes with a description of the evaluation results of the IMPRODOVA training platforms and highlights gaps to improve the platform's usability.

In addition to other works designed to support the acquisition of modern foreign languages from the second half of the nineteenth century onwards, the so-called 'conversation grammars' and 'elementary grammars' of the Heidelberg Julius Groos Verlag occupy a central position in the teaching concept of this publishing house, which is still referred to today as the Method Gaspey-Otto-Sauer (MGOS). This paper explores the relationship between a contemporary edition of the French language conversation grammar Nouvelle grammaire allemande (1882) and the first edition of the Portuguese language Nova grammatica allemã theorica e pratica (1887), as well as the elementary grammars Petite grammaire allemande (1881) and Grammatica elementar allemã: adaptada á lingua portugueza (1887). In particular, this paper examines how the editor or author José Prévôt (fl. 1887) proceeded in preparing the editions for which he ultimately assumed responsibility

Under the background of quality education, music learning is also changing, from the original shallow learning to deep learning gradually. In-depth learning is a new teaching concept, which pays full attention to students’ perception and exploration of music so that students can fully experience the charm of music. It can not only help students master more music knowledge and improve their music skills but also cultivate students’ music literacy and enhance their music ability (Świechowski, 2015). Therefore, in junior high school music teaching, teachers should actively apply the deep learning model and then improve the teaching level and comprehensively cultivate students’ music literacy (Whitenack and Swanson, 2003). In this paper, two convolution-based deep learning models, Breath1d and Breath2d, were designed and constructed, and a multilayer perceptron (MLP) was used as a benchmark method for performance evaluation, and a long short-term memory (LSTM) network is applied for the classification task. This paper discusses the value and application strategies of deep learning in junior high school music teaching and hopes to provide some reference for all educational colleagues (Zhang and Nauman 2020).
