Hoaxes contain false news or non-sourced news. Today, hoaxes are very widely spread through internet media. The development of information technology that has so quickly triggered the spread of hoax information through the internet has become uncontrolled. So we need an intelligent system that can classify hoax news content that is spread through internet media. The hoax classification process can be done through the preprocessing stage then weighting the word and classification using naive bayes. Measurements were made using the 10-ford cross validation method. The results obtained from these measurements, it is known that the value of fold 6 has the highest accuracy, which is equal to 85.28% which is classified as relevant documents as much as 307 and irrelevant as much as 53 or an error rate of 14.72%. While the average value based on hoax news and true news value precision 0.896 and recall 0.853

While the philosophy of flipped classroom has recently been drawing much attention of second language teachers, integrating technology into pedagogy is often an issue. This is also the case in pronunciation teaching. Second language pronunciation teaching has been largely dependent on teachers' intuition and beliefs, realized by repetition. Although recent technology developments in the field of linguistics, namely ultrasound imaging, enable visualization of movement and motion inside the mouth, it has not yet been widely used in second language education. In this chapter, taking a self-learning website for Japanese language pronunciation, the authors explore what makes teachers stay away from technology integration into language learning and how this barrier can be overcome to implement a flipped classroom. Specifically, the authors address the importance of taking initiative in planning how technology can be integrated into pedagogy while closely collaborating with and involving other fields of study, like linguistics, as well as information technology.

This paper introduces the basic functions and characteristics of the Rain Classroom platform based on information technology. By using the integration of information technology and Control Engineering course teaching, a mixed teaching mode of control engineering course based on Rain Classroom is designed and applied to specific teaching practice. The results show that, the engineering thinking, learning habits, self-learning ability, learning interest and learning enthusiasm of the experimental class have been greatly improved compared with before after the practice of blended teaching.

Multi-physical field sensing and machine learning have drawn great attention in various fields such as sensor networks, robotics, energy devices, smart buildings, intelligent system and so on. In this paper, we present a novel efficient method for thermal and energy management based on bimodal airflow-temperature sensing and reinforcement learning, which expedites an exploration process by self-learning and adjusts action policy only through actuators interacting with the environment, being free of the controlled object model and priori experiences. In general, training of reinforcement learning requires a large amount of data iterations, which takes a long time and is not suitable for real-time control. Here, we propose an approach to speed up the learning process by indicating the action adjustment direction. We adopt tailor-designed bimodal sensors to simultaneously detect airflow and temperature field, which provides comprehensive information for reinforcement learning. The proposed thermal and energy management incorporates bimodal parametric sensing with an improved actor-critic algorithm to realize self-learning control. Experiments of thermal and energy management in a multi-module integrated system validate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology, which demonstrate high efficiency, fast response, and good robustness in various control scenarios. The proposed methodology can be widely applied to thermal and energy management of diverse integrated systems.

Problem and rationale. Despite the spread of information technology in various areas of the modern society, the possibilities of cloud technology are not used much in the practice of university education. The article substantiates the effectiveness of the use of Google applications in the process of organizing student’s self-learning. Methodology. While researching the problem, we have used the analysis of theoretical and methodological literature, study of best practices in teaching mathematics and computer science using information technology, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using cloud technology in training, conduct of computer science courses using Google applications, as well as the management of independent learning of first-year students of Osh State University using cloud technology. Results. The capabilities of the specialized services of Google.docs, Google.tables, Google.presentation and Google.forms for creating a document, presentation, spreadsheet, online questionnaires and online tests have been defined. The use of Google services in the practice of training leads to the formation of student’s training in the skills of working with cloud technologies, meanwhile students demonstrate three levels of knowledge of cloud technologies: high, medium and low. Conclusions. Working with cloud technologies, it is possible for students to build ICT skills, skills of self-organization. Using Google applications, it is potential to monitor the implementation of self-learning, student projects, both in the process of completing assignments and achieving final results, the outcome of which is the improvement of teacher’s work process and saving time.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the possible improvement in logistics solution of Post of Slovenia through reorganisation of the hierarchy of the postal system with the introduction of regional postal centres and parcel post and based on that through improvement of the transportation between the post units and new solutions in informatics. The hypothesis is that by changing the spatial hierarchy and allowing retention and transhipment of parcels among hubs at different levels of economies of distribution costs can be achieved. Additionally, the article proposes the exploration of self-learning automated algorithms to be used in the postal information systems, which could dynamically look for optimums for additional resource management cost reduction opportunities.
