Abstract   The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, work ethic and turnover on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.164 + 0.355 X1 + 0.447 X2 + 0.253 X3, while from the F test results, the calculated f value is 61.355, above the standard Sig significance value of 0.000 or f table of 3.97, or the value of significant is less than 0.05, which means that the Covid-19 pandemic psychologically, work ethic and turnover affect the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.   Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Psychological, Work Ethic, Turnover, Productivity

The hospital is a health institution that is engaged in services. The quality of a service will encourage consumers to form strong bonds with the company. If the service received exceeds consumer expectations, service quality is perceived as ideal quality. Conversely, if the service received is lower than expected, the quality of the service is perceived as poor. Thus, whether the quality of service is good or not depends on the ability of service providers to consistently meet consumer expectations. This study aims to measure the service quality of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of RSUP Sarjito Yogyakarta using the Servqual Method.       The subjects of this study were consumers of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of the Sarjito Hospital Yogyakarta, while the object of this study was the quality of service for the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of the Sarjito Hospital Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is 99 respondents. The data analysis of this research uses SERVQUAL analysis.       The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta provides satisfaction to consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance (CG) on tax avoidance. This research was conducted using manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. Total sample used was 179 companies with total of 498 observations. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and data was analysed with multiple linear regression. Tax avoidance as dependent variable is measured by Effectice Tax Rate. Independent variables used in this research are corporate governance and audit quality. Corporate Governance as independent variable is measured by the proportion of independent commissioners, institutional ownership,  and audit committee.  The result shows that the variable proportion of independent commissioners has a significant positive effect, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect, and the audit quality and audit committee variables have no significant effect on tax avoidance. Working is the main goal of someone in achieving self-actualization of their potential. Life in the workplace, work and family, work and personal fulfillment, work and social life, all illustrate the problem of a harmonious and balanced arrangement between work and other lives. In addition, the balance of employees at work and living quality of life is also the focus of company attention that will make employees more satisfied in carrying out each work. The company realizes the success of employees in working through achieving targets with exceptional performance, not solely because of the skills and competencies that employees have, but equally important is the balance of the employee in managing his personal quality of life with work demands. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. To measure the effect of Work-life Balance on Job Satisfaction, multiple linear regression methods are used with 55 respondents. The results of research that have been carried out that the variables in this study consisted of PLIW and WIPL which were stated to have a significant effect, as well as PLEW and WEPL which were stated to have no significant effect 91,4% of the Job Satisfaction of English Jogja Homes. Profitability is the end result of a number of company management policies and decisions (Brigham et al., 2001). This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on company profitability. Capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The company's profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE). The data used are the financial statements of manufacturing companies on the IDX from 2014 – 2018, the results of this study found that capital structure, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership have a positive effect on profitability.

Abstract   This study is to determine the extent to which the independent variable factors (GDP, Inflation, Exchange and Interest Rates) affect the dependent variable (Trade Balance) in the last 20 years. Quantitative research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the variables of GDP, Inflation, Exchange Rates and Interest Rates on the Trade Balance, and also to test hypotheses to strengthen or even reject the hypothesis. With the following results: GDP has a negative and insignificant effect on the Trade Balance, Inflation has a negative and significant effect on the Trade Balance, the Exchange Rate has no and no significant effect on the Trade Balance, Interest Rates have no and no significant effect on the Trade Balance and GDP, INflation , Exchange and Interest Rates together (simultaneously) have a significant and significant effect on the Trade Balance

The processing industry contributed 19% of GRDP in 2010 - 2017 the second largest after the trade and retail sector, this reflects the city of Bogor as a tourism area and residential area because it forms the largest GRDP of the four sectors. Thus, local economic development planning focuses on the processing industry. the processing industry, which is indeed mostly processed products typical of the city of Bogor, with commodities obtained from the FGD results, including typical culinary delights, processed food, fashion, footwear, and handicrafts. Local Economic Development is expected not only to solve economic problems, but also other aspects of development, namely improving the quality of development and improvement in local communities. Therefore, through a study of local economic development in Bagor City based on Regional Leading Products with the PUD assessment method based on twelve indicators and SWOT analysis with the aim of finding superior local economic products and determining the strategy for developing the Local Economy. This research approach is using a questionnaire, collecting primary and secondary data, through interviews, qualitative (but still measurable), document studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The city of Bogor has great local economic potential that is able to have a big impact on the regional economy. Some commodities in the city of Bogor, such as the rubber processing industry into footwear products that are able to open job vacancies for the surrounding community with an average workforce of 3-7 workers. There are five commodities that have the potential to be used as a foundation for the development of the local economy, namely commodities, culinary specialties, metal craft fashion, batik crafts, and footwear. through several development strategies of each commodity as a result of this study

Absract Increasingly competitive business requires entrepreneurs to make new innovations in service, like providing convenience to customers in making transactions. Through this effort, the company can maintain market share so that it exists. By utilizing internet media in the digital era today, one of the initiatives done is to provide electronic services to customers. The purpose of this research is to find out and test the influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction variables. The population in this study was the students of the Academy of Administration Management Yogyakarta (AMAYO) of which they had transacted more than two times of the online shopping site Bukalapak. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling sample. The number of sampling was 100. Based on the results of research, e-service quality has positive influences for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Besides, it can be proven that customer satisfaction is the mediation of the quality of E-service influencing customer loyalty. Based on Sobel Formula, it was found that the value T calculated 3.97449 > T table 1.960. It means that E-Service Quality affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. ABSTRACT Tax revenue is important in increasing tax revenue in Yogyakarta. Tax rates for boarding houses with more than 10 (ten) rooms are set at 5% (five percent). Increase tax revenue which is supported by an understanding of the tax owned by the boarding house owner, so that he complies with taxation. This research is intended to study the level of understanding of taxes for taxpayer assistance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of a tax business in Yogyakarta's Umbulharjo District which holds 710 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique, which is a boarding business owner in the Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta City which holds 256 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed there were significant and significant differences in the level of  tax understanding of tax liabilities. This is evidenced through the t test with the results of t count 15.920> t table 1.650 and the regression equation Y = 14.516 + 0.671X. From these results it means that the higher the cost of income tax, the higher the taxpayer approval. This is also supported by a significance value of 0,000, which means this significance value is less than 0.05.   Key Words: understanding boarding tax, tax obligations, boarding businesses in Umbulharjo District

In this study, the population was an employee in the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Yogyakarta Provincial Agriculture Office of 30 people. The entire population is also sampled. The data retrieval method uses questionnaires and questionnaire assessments using the Likert scale. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression analysis in this study was Y = 1,284 + 0.714 x1 + 0.241 x2 + 0.269 x3. Based on the T test calculation is as follows: The influence of compensation shows a number of 2.149 and the significance level of 0.037, which means compensation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. The effect of workload shows t count of 0.870 and the significance level of 0.392, which means the workload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of work motivation shows t count of 2.149 and significance of 0.041, which means work motivation significantly influences employee satisfaction. Based on the F test calculation is as follows: the effect of compensation, workload and work motivation on employee job satisfaction shows f count of 4.545 and the significance level of 0.011, which means that compensation, workload and work motivation together have an effect on employee job satisfaction In the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Provincial Agriculture Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
