Abstract. This research aimed to describe Portfolio-Based Instruction (PBI) in improving student learning responsibility at Theological Seminary. This research used qualitative and literature study technic. This research brought about the conclusion when PBI applied by consider the compatibility of study materials and purposes of learning than PBI can improves student learning responsibility at Theological Seminary.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendekatan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio (MPBP) dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi (STT). Penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini menghasikan kesimpulan apabila MPBP diterapkan dengan mempertimbangkan kecocokan materi kuliah dan tujuan perkuliahan, maka dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi.

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in school. This research is focused on the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation. This motivation is very important for improving student learning achievement. Because as is well known, student motivation in learning is lacking. This will affect its success in learning. For this reason, there is a need for efforts by teachers to increase interest in learning and motivate students to be more enthusiastic about achieving in school. The approach taken in this journal research is the approach (library research) which uses literature as its object. From the research of several literatures, the results of this study indicate that learning motivation has an influence on student learning activities, especially on student achievement. The higher the student's motivation, the better the learning achievement. Vice versa, the lower the motivation of student learning, it will be difficult for these students to achieve achievement in learning. The teacher also has a very important role and has an influence on student motivation in school.

This research is motivated by the lack of teachers' ability to design the use of problem based instruction models on students' thematic learning outcomes, planning the use of problem based instruction models for students' thematic learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to increase the use of problem based instruction models for student thematic learning outcomes problem based instruction model of the results of students' thematic learning and improving student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Instruction Model. This type of research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the use of the Problem Based Instruction model in the teaching and learning process can improve student learning outcomes. Conclusion of the form of planning using the Model Problem Based Instruction The teacher has prepared the RPP so that learning is more directed. Use of Problem Based Instruction Models can improve student learning outcomes the teacher in using the model based instruction problem the time used is very limited

SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur, especially in the fourth grade, KKM to subjects who haveditatapkan PPKn is by KKM is 65. Particularly in the fourth grade SD Negeri 011 BeringinMakmur PPKn low student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the students after the testin midterm average value of only 61.5. Based on the preliminary study authors, the lowstudent learning outcomes PPKn caused by several things, the strategies used in teaching theteacher does not comply with the demands of learning and students during lessons PPKnfrequency only ask very little because the material is only presented in the form of lectures.The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in subjects PPKn through theimplementation of inquiry learning model SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur fourth gradestudents. This research is a classroom action through the stages of planning, implementingaction, observation and reflection. Design research is the model cycle of improvementplanning, implementing action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students ingrade IV SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur with the number of 30 people, including 15 womenand 15 men. While the object of the research is PPKn student learning outcomes, the dataused in this study focuses on learning outcomes data PPKn only. From the results of theaction, can be seen learning outcome Civics students from before action is taken (preliminarydata) cycle I and after the action on the second cycle by improving student learning outcomesthat have been achieved, known completeness class on preliminary data only 15 or (50 %) ofall students and after repair in the first cycle has increased to 26 people or 87% of the totalclass IV student SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur. After the improvement in cycle II to beincreased to 27 students or 90%.

Based on the author's experience teaching for this in SD Negeri 010 Banjar PanjangKerumutan, and based on observation and early reflections by the author seen low creativityof students in learning that ultimately ends up in the low student learning outcomesthemselves, especially on the subjects of Natural Sciences. After many tests on the midtermturns lower student learning outcomes. Completeness class only reach 50% or 10 out of 20students, KKM for subjects of Natural Sciences which has been set in the class IV SD Negeri010 Banjar Panjang Kerumutan is the number 70. As Judge things that cause children lowvalue, from the aspect of teachers are: teacher always using methods lectures, learningachievement of children have been considered equally by teachers, and the learning processis dominated by the teacher. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Class actionresearch through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Fromthe research data is a result of learning of natural science at the top can be seen learningoutcome science students from the action on the preliminary data for the first cycle to thesecond cycle by improving student learning outcomes that menigkat are significant, the initialdata of students who achieve mastery only 50 % and cycle to the first increase has reached70% and the thoroughness of the class in the second cycle reaches 85%.

This literature study aims to find out whether the Teams Games Tournament learning model with task and forced strategies influences the development of Teams Games Tournament modifications and the tasks and forced students in the class. The problem in this learning is the activeness and creativity of students. The task strategy and force are chosen to complement the shortcomings of the Teams Games Tournament Learning Model. With the modifications can improve the quality of student learning, making students responsible and disciplined so that this learning is achieved. For educators, it is recommended to apply the Teams Games Tournament learning model to the task strategy and force at school, so that the learning objectives can be achieved optimally.
