An overview of world experience in the development and implementation of emission monitoring systems for industrial enterprises, based on mathematical models is presented. The main problems of such systems have been analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. The authors have demonstrated that at Russian enterprises, the introduction of predictive emission monitoring systems was possible at the initial stages of transition to BAT as part of the digital technologies’ integration in production processes.

The French National Audiovisual Institute has been responsible since 1974 for the preservation of the audiovisual heritage produced by national broadcasting corporation (or “Office de radio et television française”: ORTF, for French radio and television corporation). The massive digitalization of these collections in the 1990s, the native digital capture of 120 channels since 2001, the opening of a “general public” website in 2006, are some of the steps taken by the Institute to progressively take into account the digital technologies to benefit the audiovisual preservation. This proposal of presentation would provide an update on the evolution of our processing, concerning most specifically a multi-year project which aims, linked to a new big data policy, to harmonize descriptive metadata according to common thesaurus and to streamline production processes as well as to promote new uses of these contents within the Institute (partial automation of documentary processing by automatic detecting of quoted or represented entities (faces, names, …), automatic articulation of documentary and legal metadata, …), but also outside of the Institute (online access to open data, access to media by technical data mining, …).

The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of agricultural digitization in the context of sustainable development of society. The levels of digitization of agricultural production have been determined. The basic digital technologies used in agriculture in the context of separate production processes are considered. It is established that the digitization of the agricultural sector of the economy contributes not only to improving the economic efficiency of functioning and competitiveness of the industry, but also allows reducing the burden on natural resources and the environment as a whole.

The oil and gas sector is among the leaders of the domestic industry in terms of the number of digital technologies being implemented. The complex technological chain of mining and processing industries is gradually moving into a system of intelligent management based on Digital Analytics. It is digital techniques of influencing the subject of management on an object, which gradually acquire algorithmized character, that become the head of scientific research and development of specialists in almost all sectors of the economy. The article gives characteristics of digital tools for organizing and managing oil and gas production, describes the experience of domestic and foreign corporations in the development and application of information and communication technologies by covering the processes of supply, processing raw materials and sales of finished products. By summarizing the advanced achievements in building effective economic ties, the paper describes digital technologies as elements of a structural-functional approach with an emphasis on the possibilities and limitations of integrating technologies from industry leaders. The study proposes the author’s vision of the systematization of approaches in the field of “E-management” of oil and gas companies and their stakeholders, determined on the basis of the criterion for the effective development of the ecosystem of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. As prospects for technological development in the direction of “E-management”, the expansion of the use of tools of intra-industry and intersectoral collaboration of resources, technological solutions, fixed assets based on macro-technological challenges is noted. The author concludes that “E-management”, as an innovative format of the production management system, contributes to sustainable development and growth of competitiveness of new generation industrial enterprises.

The paper discusses the main aspects of the formation and development of the “Agriculture 4.0”; its basic directions of the implementation are the active use of various digital technologies to be founded for the introduction of qualitatively new approaches to organizing the activities of the agricultural enterprises. Moreover, the formation of the digital platforms is considered as one of such approaches improving economic organizational and managerial relations that take place in the economic activity process of the agricultural enterprises. The conducted analysis made it possible to give the practical implementation of the ideas developed in the “Agriculture 4.0” concept. It is capable of both significantly improving efficiency of the agricultural production and reducing the dependence of the agro ecosystems` functioning from natural factors as well as contribution to the ecologization of the agricultural production processes.
