ABSTRACTAlong with the development of information and communication technology by utilizing the internet in all aspects of life, one of the growing utilization of the internet is in the field of education. Improving the quality of teachers, especially high school teachers, needs to be improved through various skills in material selection, teaching materials, learning media to learning models that are relevant to student needs and technological developments. However, in reality not all teachers can implement online learning, so it is necessary to conduct training on the use of learning for high school teachers, especially for high school teachers in Palas District South Lampung Regency. Presentation and demonstration methods for training carried out by training in the creation of a learning management system with google class application carried out by training participants with independent and responsible assistance. The results showed that the entire out well the increase in the knowledge of high school teachers palas subdistrict, south lampung regency towards a bold learning system with several google classroom Learning Management System platforms and google meet. Keywords: Training, Utilization, Online Learning System ABSTRAKSeiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dengan memanfaatkan internet dalam segala aspek kehidupan, salah satu pemanfaatan internet yang sedang berkembang yakni di bidang pendidikan. Peningkatan kualitas guru-guru, khususnya guru-guru SMA perlu ditingkatkan melalui berbagai keterampilan dalam pemilihan materi, bahan ajar, media belajar hingga model pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan perkembangan teknologi. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya tidak semua guru dapat mengimplementasikan pembelajaran daring, sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring bagi guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Atas khususnya bagi guru SMA di Kecamatan Palas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode presentasi dan demonstrasi hingga pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan praktik pembuatan pengembangan learning manajemen sistem dengan aplikasi google classroom yang dilakukan oleh peserta pelatihan secara mandiri dan bertanggungjawab. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian sudah terlaksana dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan guru-guru SMA Kecamatan Palas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan terhadap sistem pembelajaran daring dengan beberapa platform Learning Management Sistem google classroom dan google meet. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pemanfaatan, Sistem Pembelajaran Daring

Kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat stimulus (PKMS) yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan implementasi Learning Management System (LMS)-Google Classroom  dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMA An-Nizam dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4,0.  Jumlah peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 25 orang guru. Target luaran kegiatan PKMS ini adalah 1) peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para guru dalam membuat konten bahan ajar, LKS hingga evaluasi penilaian berbasis LMS-Google Classroom dalam proses pembelajaran; 2) peningkatan keterampilan para guru dalam menggunakan LMS-Google Classroom; dan 3) peningkatan motivasi serta antusiasme para guru dalam menerapkan LMS-Google Classroom. Metode kegiatan PKMS ini dilakukan dalam empat tahapan. Tahap pertama adalah konfirmasi dan observasi pendahuluan pada sekolah mitra. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diisi dengan turorial penggunaan LMS-Google Classroom. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi LMS-Google Classroom yang telah dikembangkan (IN dan ON). Tahap keempat adalah evaluasi hasil implementasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKMS ini diantaranya 1) para guru mampu memahami cara membuat dan mengembangkan LMS-Google Classroom baik secara konten bahan ajar hingga alat evaluasi penilaian berbasis digital; 2) para guru mampu menggunakan LMS-­Google Classroom yang telah dibuat; dan 3) para guru mampu mengundang siswa untuk bergabung dan mempelajari konten bahan ajar maupun evaluasi penilaian dalam LMS-Google Classroom secara antusias dan semangat.

This research has the purpose of finding out the ReadinessReadiness of junior high school teachers in the online learning, and efforts which are carried out as well as obstacles that are dealt with in the online learning implementation at the time of Covid-19 pandemic. The kind of research which is used is qualitative-descriptive, with the interview technique. The result of the research shows that the junior high school educators enthusiastically respond the online learning by preparing the online learning devices and promoting the change of learning system to the students, and the online learning system is executed by utilizing applications, such as short message service, Whatsapp group, Zoom, phone, or live chat. The result of this research shows that junior high school teachers are ready to implement online learning in spite of not being optimal and dealing with various obstacles.

The advancement of information technology has changed the education landscape. The process of teaching is no longer the same. Information technology has made e-learning possible and available on a large scale. The main component of an e-learning is a learning management system (LMS). LMS has been widely used and are accessible through the Internet. By connected and accessed to the Internet, LMS are exposed to various threats. Proper understanding of these threats combined with strategy and best practices countermeasures will ensure a safe learning environment. Therefore this study will look into the information security aspect of LMS. There are two main purpose of this study. First, this study provides a review of information security in e-learning environments and explains the important of information security. Confidentiality, integrity and availability are considered to be the primary pillars of information security. In addition to these pillars, the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium introduced a common body of knowledge (CBK) comprised of ten domains relating to specific information security topics. These domains are the foundation of security practices for those involved in information security. In this article, each of these is explained within an e-learning context. It is recommended that institutions employing e-learning adhere to these domains. By applying the principles and practices associated with each domain, e-learning institutions should be able to provide an e-learning system with high confidentiality, integrity and availability. The second purpose of this study is to understand student perception of an information security perspective of an e-learning management system. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted targeted at undergraduate students in a distance learning program. 497 students responded to a survey questionnaires. Apart from demographics information, the survey asked the respondent to rate six statements related to how they perceived security of the learning management system which they are currently using. All six statements are rated using a five point Likert scale anchored at 1 (Not at all) to 5 (Very much). Frequencies analysis was conducted to show the profile of the respondent. Overall, respondent has strong positive perceptions towards security of their LMS. This study provides an overall picture of information security elements of a learning management system. It can serve as an introduction which help LMS administrator to understand the issues and possibilities related to the safety of LMS.

In the present decade, education is entering to the world of online learning and focusing to a learner as the center of education. To manage learning system successfully, the education courses: Learning management system (LMS) based on the online learning has been developed. In this study, LMS was developed for Programming Language course for the students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon by using the principle of software development life cycle (SDLC) process. Additionally, the development of the program was done via important major phases of planning analysis, design, implement and evaluated by experts in this field. From 60 randomly selected students of the Faculty of Science and Technology, online Programming Language course providing modules based on LMS model via the Internet showed higher efficiency of 85% than the control in the standard usual instruction procedure. All these aspects of system performance evaluated by the students were also at high level and satisfied with the developed lesson described on the web. Therefore, this online learning system is helpful for all learners in the present information technology world. This system would be further applied for other courses with other additional interactive systems.

The purpose of this research was to produce a learning management system that could provide teaching materials and assessment tools for studentsso that they could improve their abilities and assess themselves. Using the waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, the researchers divided the development into five phases. Those were analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Analysis phase was done by conducting interviews and observations. The designing phase used Unified Modelling Language (UML), and implementation phase used PHP language with Model View Controller (MVC) framework CodeIgniter. Then, testing used eight golden rules and questionnaire as user acceptance test. In the end, this research could produce a Learning Management System (LMS) namely Online Learning System. It can deliver materials to students in BinaNusantara University. In addition, it helps students to find additional learning materials for the programming course, monitor, and assess their learning progress through the quiz and member dashboard.

Building a learning system using the Learning Management System is already too much but there are many problems that make people think about using it because it is difficult to maintain the system, so to build a system takes a lot of time because the basis for developing the system is monolith-based and difficult to develop if the system development team grows or change. Learning Management System needs to be implemented for easy access to learning because online learning is very important to be a good alternative. From these problems led to the idea to create a Learning Management System in which it can solve services and communicate between services to facilitate efficient development. This study aims to apply the Web Service Implementation Methodology used in building a Learning Management System for an E-Course that facilitates online learning by implementing web services. To perform inter-service solving the methodology used in making this application is the web service method which is implemented on the microservices architecture. Programming languages for differentiating services are PHP and JavaScript. For the user interface, ReactJS is used as the API data manager for each service and the database uses MySQL. This application will later be used as a medium to facilitate online learning, there are members (users) as student actors and admins to manage mentor and course data that will be displayed.

Technology that is increasingly developing will create a life journey to the digital world. Currently, information technology is very helpful in daily work from the lower class to the top. They can use information technology to get the information needed. Currently X University is developing a distance learning process using the Learning Management system information system as a result of the outbreak that is currently hitting this country, of course, lectures are currently being stopped. And learning is done by oline. Of course, currently online learning can be done using a variety of existing applications, but it certainly has shortcomings in data management when using common applications. Therefore university x developed an online learning system using a Learning Management System (LMS) to make it easier for university x to monitor online learning activities. So that everything can be realized properly, an assessment strategy is made based on existing problems by getting solutions from SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard and also Critical Success factors to assess what needs are needed so that the use of LMS can be successful by using Knowledge Management.
