Dr.Soedomo Trenggalek Hospital has a goal to realize an optimal service for the community through the availability of supporting infrastructures. One of them is the Blood Bank Building Hospital. This study aims to determine how much cost efficiency and time efficiency of the Blood Bank Building construction project at Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Hospital are accelerated for seven days. The research method used is the "S" Curve method to monitor project implementation in terms of cost and work performance. Furthermore, the Arrow Diagram method is used to speed up the time of project implementation by determining the critical path and paying attention to activities on the critical path to know the activities that need to be accelerated. The Blood Bank Building Construction Project was scheduled to be completed for 120 days with a Budget Plan of Rp. 891,374,000.00. After accelerating seven days to 113 days, a cost increase of Rp. 20,772,189.68. After accelerating 12 days from 120 to 108 days, an increase in costs of Rp. 26,627,020.90.Rumah Sakit Dr.Soedomo Trenggalek memiliki tujuan untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal bagi masyarakat melalui tersedianya sarana infrastruktur pendukung. Salah satunya adalah Gedung Bank Darah Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa efisiensi biaya dan efisiensi waktu proyek pembangunan Gedung Bank Darah Rumah Sakit Dr.Soedomo Trenggalek jika dilakukan percepatan selama 7 hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kurva “S” untuk memantau pelaksanaan proyek ditinjau dari segi biaya dan prestasi kerja. Selanjutnya, metode Diagram Panah digunakan untuk mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan cara menentukan jalur kritis dan memperhatikan kegiatan – kegiatan pada jalur kritis agar dapat mengetahui kegiatan – kegiatan yang perlu dipercepat. Dalam Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Bank Darah tersebut dijadwalkan selesai selama 120 hari dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar Rp. 891.374.000,00. Setelah dilakukan percepatan 7 hari menjadi 113 hari didapat kenaikan biaya sebesar Rp. 20.772.189,68. Setelah dilakukan percepatan 12 hari dari 120 menjadi 108 hari didapat kenaikan biaya sebesar Rp. 26.627.020,90.

Background: Building construction projects have very complex activities, so they require precise and accurate methods of scheduling and control. Using the right method, the project executor can carry out the project according to plan and any schedule deviations can be controlled effectively. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of using the bar chart/S-curve and computerized precedence diagram method (PDM) on scheduling and controlling building construction projects. Methods: The use of the two methods and their effectiveness during project work were analysed using a survey directed to building construction workers. Results: A total of 50 workers completed the survey. The use of PDM (using Microsoft Project) was significantly more effective than the bar chart/S-curve method in scheduling building construction projects (t count 15.516> t table 2.660) and controlling building construction projects (t count 17.233> t table 2.660). In addition, PDM was associated with allowing the project to find the critical path more quickly, overcoming project delays more effectively. Conclusions: By using PDM, a on a building construction project’s schedule for the implementation of the work can be changed immediately, if there is a delay or deviation of work. The findings of this study are useful for construction service companies and the development of construction management science in civil engineering study programs.

Abstract Badung regency in Bali, where the tourism industry is growing very rapidly. Building continues to grow, such as hotels, villas, resorts, hospitals, and so forth. Implementation of building construction projects in Badung not be separated from the issue of costs, quality of execution and completion time of the project. These problems arise due to lack of skills / competencies project manager of the responsibility to integrate and coordinate all available resources for the achievement of project objectives. In this case the role of Project Manager will determine the success of a project. So, there should be a study of the basic capabilities that must be owned by the Project Manager, among others: Conceptual Skills, Technical Skill, and Soft Skills. Data collection is done by the method of observation and surveys. Factor analysis was conducted to identify factors / characteristics Project Manager that affect the quality of the construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determined the relationship of the performance characteristics of the project manager building construction projects in Badung. Factor analysis resulted in the identification of 22 variables that affect the quality of the building construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determines the characteristics of the Project Manager greatest influence on the quality of the building construction project implementation performance is Social Skills aspect of 33.08% compared to the other two aspects, namely the conceptual skills (32.10%) and Technical (9.40%) . The total value of the influence of the three aspects of the characteristics of the project manager of 74.58% means that there are still approximately 25.42% influenced by other factors, such as the state of nature, the environmental situation, location, and so on, the implementation of building construction projects in Badung.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors to be considered in the application of precast technology in building construction projects in the city of Banda Aceh, and to analyze the relationship and influence between factors of consideration of the application of technology to the precast construction project implementation performance of buildings in Banda Aceh. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to the field of building construction company, ranging from qualifying M1, M2, and B1. The results showed that factors into consideration precast technology application in building construction projects in the city of Banda Aceh is a factor with a mean time of 4.179, with mean 4,172 quality considerations, cost considerations with a mean of 4.168 and 4.165 with mean special consideration. Relationship factors of consideration of the application of technology to the precast construction project implementation performance of buildings in Banda Aceh, all of them have a very high partially with Pearson correlation coefficient values between 0.800 to 1.00. Influence factors of consideration of the application of technology to the precast construction project implementation performance of buildings in Banda Aceh, the most influential factor is the consideration of time, with significant value 0.003 0.05. This suggests that if the consideration time factor is increased, then the performance of the project of construction of buildings in Banda Aceh will increase. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penerapan teknologi precast pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh, serta menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh antara faktor-faktor pertimbangan penerapan teknologi precast terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada perusahaan kontraktor bidang gedung, mulai dari kualifikasi M1, M2, dan B1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan penerapan teknologi precast pada proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh adalah faktor pertimbangan waktu dengan mean 4,179, pertimbangan mutu dengan mean 4,172, pertimbangan biaya dengan mean 4,168 dan pertimbangan khusus dengan mean 4,165. Hubungan faktor-faktor pertimbangan penerapan teknologi precast terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh, semuanya memiliki hubungan yang sangat tinggi secara parsial dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Pearson antara 0,800-1,00. Pengaruh faktor-faktor pertimbangan penerapan teknologi precast terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh, yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor pertimbangan waktu, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila faktor pertimbangan waktu ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh akan semakin meningkat.

AbstractScheduling project implementation time is an important part of achieving construction project success. Scheduling is an activity to determine the time the activities needed to complete the work. The effect of scheduling on the construction project can have an impact on the project revenue itself, because the longer the time needed, the operational costs will also increase. One method in determining the time scheduling of a project work is PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) Method. The application of PERT method in scheduling project implementation time is to arrange PDM network, Microsoft Project Program can help in planning networking and finding work items that are included in the critical path, estimating three times, namely optimistic time (to), pessimistic time (tp), and most likely time. Then calculate the activity time (Te), Standard Deviation (S), Variation of activities (Ve), and find the probability value. The implementation of the TelkomGroup Surabaya Building project is planned to be built in two buildings consisting of 7 floors of building equipment and 17 floors of the main building. The planning of the construction of the TelkomGroup Surabaya building is planned within 665 days, with the PERT method the project implementation time can be optimized to 576 days with the opportunity to reach only 0.14%..AbstrakPenjadwalan waktu pelaksanaan proyek merupakan bagian yang penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Penjadwalan adalah kegiatan untuk menentukan waktu kegiatan – kegiatan yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Pengaruh dari penjadwalan terhadap proyek kostruksi dapat berdampak pada pendapatan proyek itu sendiri, sebab semakin lama waktu yang dibutuhkan maka biaya operasional juga akan semakin membengkak. Salah satu metode dalam menentukan penjadwalan waktu dari suatu pekerjaan proyek adalah Metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique). Penerapan Metode PERT dalam penjadwalan waktu pelaksanaan proyek adalah menyusun jaringan kerja PDM, Program Microsoft Project dapat membantu dalam merencanakan jaringan kerja dan mencari item pekerjaan yang termasuk kedalam lintasan kritis, memperkirakan tiga waktu yaitu waktu optimis (to), waktu pesimis (tp), dan waktu paling memungkinkan. Kemudian menghitung waktu aktifitas (Te), Deviasi Standar (S), Variasi kegiatan (Ve), dan mencari nilai probabilitas. Pelaksanaan proyek Gedung TelkomGroup Surabaya direncanakan akan dibangun dua gedung yang terdiri dari 7 lantai gedung perangkat dan 17 lantai gedung utama. Perencanaan pembangunan Gedung TelkomGroup Surabaya direncanakan dalam waktu 665 hari, dengan metode PERT waktu pelaksanaan proyek dapat dioptimalisasi menjadi 576 hari dengan peluang tercapai hanya sebesar 0,14%.
