The implementation of health problem analysis is carried out to increase the eff ectiveness and effi ciency of solving health problems through the selection of health problems that become priority problems in a region. The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem and determine the priority of health problems in the work area of the Pacitan District Health Office, East Java Province. This research is a descriptive observational study conducted at the Pacitan District Health Office in January 2020. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the 2016-2019 Pacitan District Health Profile and primary data obtained through interviews with related parties, namely the head of the fi eld. , section head and program holder. Prioritization of health problems is carried out using the USG method based on the criteria of Urgency, Seriousness, Growth and fi nding the root of the problem using the fi shbone diagram method. The increase in HIV/AIDS cases with an USG score of 128 has become a top priority health problem in Pacitan District. An increase over the last  4 years with the highest number of cases in 2019, which was 39 cases. The fishbine diagram shows the root of the HIV/AIDS problem, namely the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, the lack of awareness of people at risk for conducting an HIV test, this makes the community less aware of information about HIV/AIDS, causing public stigma. which results in people being closed / unwilling to check themselves at the puskesmas orhospital. The increase in HIV/AIDS cases is one of the problems in Pacitan district. To reduce the incidence, health workers need to optimize the dissemination of information about HIV/AIDS, especially risk factors, causes, prevention, symptoms and treatment. Increase the understanding of health workers and public awareness in conducting early detection.

Energy saving in construction and logistics is a topical and open issue today. Forklifts are one of the main self-propelled means of mechanization of warehouses, in which the effect of energy recovery can be applied. This is due to the peculiarity of such systems that operate in overclocking and braking modes. The purpose of this work is to study the energy consumption in the drive system of the loader based on the analysis of the sequence diagram of its operation for given sections of movement. Methodology. The equation of traction balance of a wheeled machine is used to estimate energy consumption at given sections of the load movement. Determination of the kinematic parameters of the loader system with the load is determined from the condition of maximum traction. Results. The mass characteristics of the system, speed of movement, characteristics of the road surface contribute to the formation of the energy return by the system of the loader in the process of its braking. Increasing operating speeds will have a positive effect on energy savings in energy storage systems. Analysis of energy consumption during the operation of the loader shows that in the process of its operation you can effectively store from 30 to 70% of energy. Originality. This study uses an engineering assessment approach that will be useful for practical applications in the design of such systems. Practical value. In this study, the sequence diagram of the energy consumption of a forklift when working with loads of 2000 kg, 1000 kg and 500 kg is essential. The sequence diagram method is simple and can therefore be easily implemented in forklift control systems to enable energy recovery systems.

Crack defects in the girth welds of pipelines have become an important factor affecting the safe operation of in-service oil pipelines. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the safe operation of pipelines and determine the ultimate load during pipeline operation. Based on the failure assessment diagram (FAD) method described in the BS 7910 standard, the key factors affecting the evaluation results of the suitability of X65 pipeline girth welds are analyzed, and the effects of crack size, pipe geometry, and material properties on the evaluation results are investigated. The results indicate that the crack depth is more crucial to the safe operation of the pipeline than the crack length. While the effect of wall thickness is not significant, the misalignment can seriously aggravate the stress concentration. In general, the higher the yield ratio and tensile strength of the pipe material, the more dangerous the condition at the weld. The ultimate axial load that a crack-containing girth weld can withstand under different combinations of the above factors was determined. Furthermore, a data driven model via the optimized support vector regression method for the ultimate axial load of the X65 pipe was developed for engineering application, and the comparison results between the FEM results and the predicted results proved its accuracy and reliability.

Nanoemulsions were prepared using polyglycerol esters as emulsifiers. The effects of emulsifiers, oils, and polyols on the phase behavior of nanoemulsions were analyzed by phase diagram method using caprylic acid capric triglyceride (318), mineral oil, and squalane (Squ) as oils respectively. Various factors affecting the area of the oil-in-water (O/W) nanoemulsion were investigated. The results showed that hydrophilic polyglyceryl-4 laurate was beneficial to the formation of translucent nanoemulsions, while lipophilic polyglyceryl-4 oleate could synergize the emulsification performance and was more conducive to the formation of nanoemulsions; the type of oil could affect the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier. It was found that it was beneficial to form translucent nanoemulsion when caprylic acid capric triglyceride was adopted as oil. However, it was almost impossible to form translucent nanoemulsions when mineral oil and squalane were used as oils. The addition of water-soluble jojoba ester was beneficial to the formation of O/W emulsion. In addition, glycerin can improve the polarity of the aqueous medium, enhance the affinity between emulsifiers and aqueous medium, and help to form a translucent nanoemulsion.

Abstract It is speculated that there might be some linkage between interstellar aldehydes and their corresponding alcohols. Here an observational study and astrochemical modeling are coupled together to illustrate the connection between them. The ALMA cycle 4 data of a hot molecular core, G10.47+0.03, are utilized for this study. Various aldehydes (acetaldehyde, propanal, and glycolaldehyde), alcohols (methanol and ethylene glycol), and a ketone (acetone) are identified in this source. The excitation temperatures and column densities of these species were derived via the rotation diagram method assuming local thermodynamic equilibrium conditions. An extensive investigation is carried out to understand the formation of these species. Six pairs of aldehyde–alcohol are considered for this study: (i) methanal and methanol, (ii) ethanal and ethanol, (iii) propanal and 1-propanol, (iv) propenal and allyl alcohol, (v) propynal and propargyl alcohol, and (vi) glycolaldehyde and ethylene glycol. One pair of ketone–alcohol (acetone and isopropanol) and ketene–alcohol (ethenone and vinyl alcohol) are also considered. Two successive hydrogenation reactions in the ice phase are examined to form these alcohols from aldehydes, ketone, and ketene, respectively. Quantum chemical methods are extensively executed to review the ice-phase formation route and the kinetics of these species. Based on the obtained kinetic data, astrochemical modeling is employed to derive the abundances of these aldehydes, alcohols, ketone, and ketene in this source. It is seen that our model could successfully explain the observed abundances of various species in this hot molecular core.
