Punishments of different categories are recognized by Islam in the holy Qur’an and Sunn’ah. These include punishments of hadd, Punishments of Ta’zir and punishment of Siyasa'h. The objectives of these punishment are different, some are for the welfare, reformation and protection of state and society while others are for the benefits of man. Sometime one particular sort of punishment is fixed and cannot be changed, no matter whatsever the circumastances are, because these are determined by Allah as known by the name hudud i.e the God made punishments and cannot be altered by men. The other kind of punishment is Ta’zir, which is always at the discretion of the Judge and can be changed from time to time. Siyasah is the third category of punishment which is in the interest of the state and is usually fixed by the state. In this article, an analysis of different categories of punishment as recognized by IslÉm, shall be discussed in detail in the light of Sharia’h. The article addresses to the study of the complications peculiarities in the process of notarization of the contract on prividing of maintenance. The author pays considerable attention to the analysis of the complications causes in terms of the principles of graduate notarial process and their impact on the performance of notarial proceedings in general. By analyzing the legislation, the author focuses that complications can occur both at the preparation phase and at the phase of direct notarial act. The article states that the list of complications reasons in the process of making a notarial act, enshrined in the Law “On Notarie” is not exhaustive. The possibility of its expansion in particular is seen in the course of concretization of some of the preconditions given in the article. The article considers the peculiarities of suspension of notarial proceedings in the case if the notarial proceedings on the certificate of the maintenance providing have a foreign element. For instance, if the recipient of alimony or the payer of alimony is a foreigner, the notary needs time to find out the procedure for fulfilling alimony obligations in the state where the latter is located. The author states that such type of complications as the suspension of notarial proceedings is not defined by law, but in science it is defined as a complication in the notarial process, which consists in the suspension of the notarization contract acr in essence of the notarial action and impossibility of making proceeding in such case. Based on the analysis, the author proposes the approaches to the classification of complications in the notarial process on the example of notarial proceedings on the notarization of the contract of maintenance. Background: Efficacy of continuous intravenous proton- pump inhibitors (IV PPI) and hemoclips alone was proved, but data about combination of an application of endoscopy clips and intermittent IV PPI in Vietnam was still limited. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of endoscopy hemoclip combined with intermittent IV PPI in the patients of peptic ulcer bleeding. Patients and methods: 34 patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer bleeding, having Forrest classification of Ia, Ib, IIa and IIb, were enrolled. Esomeprazole was administered as 80 mg IV bolus followed by intermittent IV injection of 40 mg/8h during 72h. Results: Immediate hemostasis was achieved in all 34 patients. Only 1 patient (2.9%) had early rebleeding. No severe complications was found in this study. Conclusion: Combination of endoscopy hemoclips and intermittent PPI showed effective, safe in patients of peptic ulcer bleeding. Today, around 50 million people worldwide suffer from cataracts, more than a half of them need surgical treatment. High prevalence of this pathology in Ukraine, the need to improve the provision of ophthalmic care to patients, and the reform of the health care system have made the research relevant. Concomitant diseases and special conditions of the eye increase the risk of intra− and postoperative complications, worsen the functional parameters of patients after surgery. In order to develop a unified approach to the treatment of complicated cataracts based on diagnostically related groups of patients, a retrospective analysis of case histories of patients with different variants of complications related to the condition of the lens itself, its ligament apparatus and other structures of the eye was conducted. In each case, the surgeon has to choose the appropriate modification of cataract phacoemulsification surgery. The study proposed the classification of cataract phacoemulsification modifications on the basis of the techniques and the sequence of operation stages, taking into account the classification of the degrees of turbidity of the lens, proposed by L. Buratto. It has been noted that in complicated cases, according to the indications of the patient, surgery may be performed on several modifications of cataract phacoemulsification. The developed classification made it possible to generalize the various variants of pathology and greatly facilitate the choice of tactics of surgical treatment in complicated cataracts. It can be used not only for practical application, but also for improving the qualification of trained professionals. The prospect of further research is to identify contraindications for outpatient treatment of the patients with complicated cataracts. In article the legislative base, which is the foundation of functioning of the state system of medical-social examination, is considered and analyzed. The questions of legal regulation of the state activity in the sphere of social policy concerning disabled people are discussed. The methods of sociological research and logical analysis of literature and official normatively-legal papers, being the basis of activity of the system of medico-social examination and sphere of giving to the invalids the equal with other citizens possibilities in realization of constitutional rights and freedoms, public welfare and establishment, are applied to the invalids as the measures of government support. In conclusions the emphasis is placed on need of carrying out radical restructurings for system of medico-social examination. It is offered to modify the existing classification of indexes of health and indexes, related to the health taking into account the socio-economic, climatic and other features; to strength the control of execution of government programs in the medico-social sphere; to modify the traditional classification of groups of disability; to change a way of features accounting of disabled people with various functional violations proceeding from a complex assessment of dysfunction of the neuro-physiological and psycho-physiological statuses; to use the innovative technologies of diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation in correction of the functional violations with taking in mind not only the nosologic group of disease, but by an individual approach.

The effective and successful implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to participate in the management of the state depends on the admission to the civil service.
