Original Approach

The work is based on the original approach to landscape planning procedure not based on the administrative principle but on economic purpose of the area under research. The object of landscape planning serves the area of forestry. The results of the second phase of landscape planning, namely the detection and evaluation of nature management conflicts on the example of Gomilshansky forestry in Zmiivsky district have been presented in the article. On the basis of the developed conflicts matrix maps have been created that will allow to develop measures to optimize environmental management in forestry in the future. The Impact

The problems of environmental management and nature protection which are connected with the development of a recreational complex in the Carpathian region have been lighted. The historical peculiarities of the formation of the stream of tourists in the region in XX–in the early XXI century, and the impact on the environment have been analyzed. The basic environmental problems which arise from the construction of recreational infrastructure and the direct tourists stay on the routes have been described. The ways of optimizing of the recreational nature in the context of sustainable development are proposed. В статье рассматриваются основные конфликты природопользования в Мурманской области. Анализируются источники, определяются объекты этих конфликтов, рассматривается их содержание. В ней также описываются такие важные аспекты конфликтов природопользования, как тип формы, степень сложности, проявление, динамика, длительность развития, интенсивность и характер границ. The article deals with the main conflicts of nature management in Murmansk region. The sources are analyzed, the objects of these conflicts are determined, and their content is considered. It also describes such important aspects of environmental management conflicts as the type of a form, the degree of complexity, manifestation, dynamics, duration of development, intensity and nature of borders.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The ecological effect of the application of technologies for the rational environmental management of agricultural waste was studied.

El desarrollo de la educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, se convierte en una necesidad de la formación de los estudiantes del nivel técnico medio dentro de la Educación Técnica Profesional (ETP), es por ello que en el presente artículo, a partir de aplicar los métodos de revisión documental y sistematización, se debate acerca de los términos educación ambiental y gestión ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, posibilitan identificar la necesidad que tienen el tratamiento metodológico y didáctico para que los docentes y funcionarios incorporen los temas medio ambientales en la formación de los técnicos medios de la especialidad de Refrigeración.   Palabras clave: Educación ambiental; Desarrollo sostenible y Educación Técnica Profesional   ABSTRACT   The development of the environmental education for the sustainable development becomes a necessity for the formation of the technical middle level students of the Technical Professional Education. Some countries might witness movements that call for secession from the main homeland ,some had succeeded in their endeavors and others are hoping to accomplish them in the future .There are such movements in the Arab homeland which varied according to the motivations behind their wishes to disengage and the means that they used to accomplish them ,whether peaceful or by resort to violence ,which might take long time . These motives might be political, ethnical ,religious, or else . The article deals with the problems of introducing of time, time changes and the time-place relations as well. Artistic time is distinguished by belonging of an artistic time to the past in the artistic text, and in epos texts as well. In such kinds of texts one can meet with the changing of situations and various forms of substitutions of grammatical time. Speech moment can be used in defining of criteria for the present, past and the future times in epos texts. And speech moment is being connected with the physical time. Grammatical time comes into effect as a result of time pass components of physical time changings of course. Key words: time, place, epos, artistic time, grammatical time

RESUMEN: ntendemos la creatividad como destreza adquirible, como un rasgo del que participan todos los seres humanos, aunque precise ser cultivada. La capacidad de ser creativo es una mezcla de conocimientos, actitudes y habilidades que se pueden conseguir mediante la práctica. Se trata de hacerse con nuevas ideas, saliendo de las rutas trazadas, por la experiencia para conseguir nuevos productos. Desde la escuela es necesario estimular la creatividad para poder afrontar los retos que hoy se plantean, en los distintos ámbitos de la realidad, dando solución a los nuevos problemas. Eeducar para la creatividad es una estrategia de futuro. Palabras clave: creatividad, innovación, educación, creencias, actitudes.ABSTRACT: This paper conceives creativity as an acquirable skill, as a trait shared by every human being. Hhowever, creativity must be developed: the ability of being creative is a blend of knowledge, attitude and skills that can only be learnt through practice. It is about having new ideas and departing from habitual pathways traced by everyday experience in order to obtain new outputs. It is essential to stimulate creativity in school in order to be able to handle efficiently today’s new challenges, which present themselves in different areas of our lives. Teaching creativity is therefore a strategy for the future. Key words: creativity, innovation, education, knowledge, attitude.SOMMAIRE: Nous définissons la créativité comme une habilité que l’on peut atteindre, comme un attribut auquel tous les êtres humains participent, même si elle a besoin d’être cultivée. La capacité d’être créatif est un mélange de connaissances, d’attitudes et d’habilités que l’on peut atteindre moyennant la pratique. Il s’agît de trouver des nouvelles idées, en sortant des chemins existants, à travers l’expérience afin d’obtenir de nouveaux produits. Dès l’école il est nécessaire de stimuler la créativité pour pouvoir affronter les défis actuels, dans les différents domaines de la réalité en apportant des solutions aux nouveaux problèmes. Eenseigner la créativité, c’est une stratégie pour l’avenir.
