POWER EQUIOMENT CONTROL SYSTEM OF A SHUNTING LOCOMOTIVE WITH AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL ALGORITHM

Work objective is to develop an algorithm for automatic speed regulation and to ensure its integration into the system of adaptive combined control of the power equipment of the locomotive TEM7A. Research methods: methods of the theory of automatic control, modern programming methods, trial trips. Research results and novelty. For the first time, the problem of automatic maintenance of "creeping" train speeds with high accuracy has been solved in the practice of domestic locomotive construction. It is established that the developed algorithm for automatic control of the humping speed and splitting up of shunting locomotive TEM7A allows maintaining a given speed in the range of operating speeds up to 8 km / h. Conclusion. The developed algorithm is integrated into the microprocessor control system of the power equipment of TEM7A shunting locomotive and does not require additional costs when through the locomotive operation. Maintaining a uniform speed of movement can also be used in the mode of manual control of the locomotive by the driver, while the value of the stipulated rate is set by the driver using the display module of the control panel.

Our paper proposes a method for constructing a system for predicting defects and failures of power equipment and the time of their occurrence based on the joint solution of regression and classification problems using machine learning methods. A distinctive feature of this method is the use of the equipment’s technical condition index as an informative parameter. The results of calculating and visualizing the technical condition index in relation to the electro-hydraulic automatic control system of hydropower turbine when predicting the defect “clogging of drainage channels” showed that its determination both for an equipment and for a group of its functional units allows one to quickly and with the required accuracy assess the arising technological disturbances in the operation of power equipment. In order to predict the behavior of the technical condition index of the automatic control system of the turbine, the optimal tuning of the LSTM model of the recurrent neural network was developed and carried out. The result of the application of the model was the forecast of the technical condition index achievement and the limiting characteristic according to the current time data on its values. The developed model accurately predicted the behavior of the technical condition index at time intervals of 3 and 10 h, which made it possible to draw a conclusion about its applicability for early identification of the investigated defect in the automatic control system of the turbine. Thus, we can conclude that the joint solution of regression and classification problems using an information parameter in the form of a technical condition index allows one to develop systems for predicting defects, one significant advantage of which is the ability to early determine the development of degradation phenomena in power equipment.

This paper has studied the use of electronic components for automation of robotic complex of weed vegetation control. The components are selected and the interconnection scheme between them is developed for the correct operation of the system in field conditions. This selection was realized because it combines simplicity and efficiency and is a promising and actively developing industry of robotics. At present there are few foreign analogues offering ready-made solutions for automatic control of robotic systems for weed control.

One of the ways to increase fuel efficiency ofindustrial diesel is a comprehensive upgrade to replace the main power equipment on modern models (dieselengine with a microprocessor control system, transmission with asynchronous traction motors).Various methods of rationing consumption of diesel fuel in order to select the most accurate methodfor calculating the fuel consumption with use of special programs.The analysis of the research results of fuel consumption of diesel and the proposed measures anddevices to improve the efficiency of the use of shunting locomotives in industrial enterprises, namely steel mill.

The introduction of information and digital technologies that support and support all technological processes in the field is an urgent need for the development and implementation of such technology. An organisationally complex and financially intensive project is necessary because of the wide variety of economic entities that differ in the size of production, forms of ownership and socio-economic conditions of production. Automated information control system for mobile units agricultural enterprise provides those-Niko-economic performance, optimum capacity utilization through the use of timely and reliable information on technology. Machine and tractor aggregates are appertained as control objects with variable structure, which is explained by possibility of the system formation from tractor or field machines mobile units with various purposes: tillable, cultivatable, sowing, harvesting and etc. This MTA feature was determined creation of digital control systems of two groups of automatic control and management of the basic energy and operational parameters: tractors, machines and vehicles as part of MTA. To the first group are appertained the automatic control system of tractor motor component loading, motion speed, frictional sliding. To the second group – automatic regulation system of operating depth, seed rate, treatment of liquid combined fertilizers and crop protection agents, filling and driving of various MTA. Novelty of researches consists in methodology of the organization of the centralized control and management of various technological processes at carrying out field works.
