PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN  PADA PERUSAHAAN SWASTA DI JAWA TIMUR

The studyÂ empirically Â ofÂ theÂ research Â toÂ examinedÂ theÂ effectÂ of :Â 1. Financial compensationÂ toward commmitment, 2.Â Non_financial compensationÂ toward commmitment, and 3. Financial compensationÂ and Non_financial compensationÂ toward commmitment. The Population this research come from 86 employeeeâ€™s privat company at East Java Regency, there are from services and trading sector, production sector, and construction sector. The respondent to analysis 71 employees or response rate 83%. The statistical data analysis used here is the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 15.0.Â The result indicated that out of the 3 (three) hypotheses proposed, All of them hypotheses can be significantly accepted. 1. The financial compensationÂ was found to have a significant effect on commmitmen at a = 5% and determination coefficient (R2) =Â 85,6%, 2. Significantly the non financial compensationÂ affected commmitment at a = 5% and determination coefficient (R2) =Â 94,1%, 3. And the finally the financial compensationÂ and non financial compensationÂ can be significant effect on commmitment at a = 5% and determination coefficient (R2) =Â 94,1%. Cooperative Banks

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. This system can guarantee the stabilisation of the local financial system. By supporting the development of regional and local entrepreneurship through loans, investment activities of the banks and financial and investment consulting, it will determine the identity of the region concerned. Conclusions. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development.

Pasambahan a Minangkabau society how to speak, the speech full of philosophy which delivery indirectly. This turned out to be complicated understood by some people who did not understand the pasambahan. In the present study, the authors sought to express the values of the philosophy contained in pasambahan as how to speak the traditional Minang community. As time goes, these traditions are disappearing from everyday society, for it needs a way to preserve it back. Pariaman is one area that has always practiced this tradition. In this study, the authors attempted to peel pasambahan text in a manner which according to the author deconstruction approach is one approach that is very controversial in the social sciences today. The process of data analysis by using some theories of social science (eclectic). Among the pragmatic theory and semiotics. The method used in the form of qualitative observation, the authors go directly spaciousness and interact with competent informants. From the discussion, the authors found ten diplomatic elementscontained in tradition and pasamabahan text. These elements in them, '' opener, apology, positioning/element of certainty, stringsattached, request (permission), receipt, delivery destination, contracts/agreements/agreements, offers, and resolver ''.
