The aim of the research is to study the probability of manifestation of the haplotype of fertility AH1 in Ayrshire sires with different variants of the presence of AH1C in male ancestors in the first four rows of their pedigree.Materials and methods. The material of the study was the data of the electronic database created at RRIFAGB on the presence of the haplotype AH1 in 74 sire of the Ayrshire breed of Russia, of which 22 are carriers of the genetic defect - AH1C, and the rest are free - AH1F. To find patterns in the manifestation of the haplotype in the tested bulls, we analyzed different variants of the presence of AH1C in male ancestors in four rows of the paternal and maternal sides of their pedigree with the calculation of the probability of its manifestation. The study used data from the electronic databases “Card file of Ayrshire bulls” and “Card file of mothers of Ayrshire bulls” prepared for selection and genetic analysis using the computer program “SGS-VNIIGRZH“ and data from the Canadian website www.cdn.ca. The strength of the influence of the factors "distance of the nearest carrier ancestor" and "number of carrier ancestors" in all ranks of the proband's pedigrees on the manifestation of the haplotype AH1 in bulls of the Ayrshire breed was calculated using ANOVA in Data Analysis of Microsoft Office Excel.Results. Among the tested livestock, 42.3% of bulls AH1F did not have male ancestors of AH1C in the pedigree, while AH1C bulls had 27.3% of them. It was found that with the nearest ancestor AH1C in the 4th row of the pedigree, the haplotype was manifested in only 8.3% of the tested sires, in the 3rd and 2nd rows - in 16.7%, and in the 1st - in 75.0%. The strength of the factor “distance of the nearest carrier ancestor” is 22.0%, while the factor “number of carrier ancestors” in all ranks of the proband's pedigrees is 21.0%. Ancestors of AH1С in the first two rows of the pedigree is a reliable indicator for identifying the fertility haplotype in a proband. The highest probability of manifestation of the AH1 in a proband is observed in the presence of carrier ancestors on both sides of the pedigree, including the father.Conclusion. To reduce the likelihood of manifestation of AH1 in a proband, it is necessary to prevent the presence of bulls carrying the fertility haplotype closer to the fourth row in his pedigree, and also to avoid in all ranks of the pedigree more than three AH1C males.

An interactive suite of chained programs is described for recording, measuring, and analysing a large number of longitudinal cephalometric records. The programs are arranged in a logical sequence, and integrated with the hardware, to ensure a smooth and automatic running of the system from data collection to data analysis. The results of the analysis can be presented in suitable numerical and/or graphical forms to show individual as well as mean growth profiles.

Abstract A system of quality-control data analysis by computer is described, in which two-way analysis of variance is used for partitioning sources of laboratory error into day-to-day, within-day, betweenpools and additivity variation. The partition for additivity is described in detail as to its advantages and applications. In addition, control charts based on two-way analysis of variance computations are prepared each month by computer. This computer program is designed to operate with the IBM 1800 or 1130 computers or any computer with a Fortran IV compiler. Examples are presented of use of the control charts and of tables of analysis of variance.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

A computer program has been devised for analysis of proportional design in architecture and has been applied to the church of the Cistercian abbey of Ebrach, Franconia, using detailed survey measurements. Reference for this is a coefficient base of over a thousand proportions of numbers and geometric figures. The investigation has clarified the essential methodological principles for analysis of building geometry including coincidences and ambiguities of proportions, their interaction with the basic uncertainty of measurement, the interdependence between structural reference levels in the building, and the mixing of intention, collateral, and accidental relations. The program has decoded the design of part of the church and its system of measurements showing their proportions to be based on geometrical figures of polygons. The principal measurements were found to represent the sides of these polygons, and their reference, the radius of construction. Most other measurements were derived by systematic division or multiplication of the principal ones, frequently by use of the quadratura. Results also permit conclusions about precision of construction and the role of foot measurements.
