Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The populations in this study were employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The Samples were 100 people. The data used are primary data and the  data analysis using linear regression. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  metode  <em>accidentals  sampling</em>,  yaitu   pengambilan  sampel  secara acak semua jumlah populasi mendapat kesempatan yang sama. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Disiplin kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

Employee performance is an important factor for company’s sustainability.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance through mediating work motivation. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Kanmo Group in the Havaianas brand of 64 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation can mediate the influence of career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by maintaining or enhancing career development and employee motivation. Keywords: career development, work motivation, employee performance

Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural  Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Work discipline does not have a positive effect on employee performance   Abstrak Hasil kesimpulan daripada penelitian yang  bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh positif  Lingkungan Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) Work environment for Employee Performance (4) jointly Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, towards Performance of Indonesian Red Cross employees in Kotagede Special Region of Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called a causal relationship. population is the whole of the research subjects, namely the Indonesian Red Cross Employees in Kotagede Yogyakarta Special Region, amounting to 55 people, because less than 100 then the researchers took all employees, namely 55 employees as samples. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. And the classic assumption test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance
