Digital technology is transforming innovation at its core stanchly in an unceasing manner (Schrage, 2009), (Klein, 2014) and (Tsolis, 2009). In a swiftly rolling competitive digital setting the worth of SWOT analysis for crafting a decent and complying sales strategic plan goes beyond a reasonable doubt (Cates, 2019). Maintaining the status quo might cause consequences that would bottleneck the advance of digital sales and businesses in one or multiple ways (Cory, 2019). This paper examines the worth of properly conducted SWOT analysis in sales strategic planning to increase the effectiveness and competence of online business by expanding volume of sales and augmenting customer satisfaction rates. The study analyses data collected from secondary sources such as pertinent literatures, books, academic journals, and best industry practices. The finding exhibits that SWOT analysis plays a pivotal role in crafting a successful sales strategic plan that helps taking conversant decisions to expand and advance the digital sale volumes and operations.

Taiwan recently adopted a series of administrative reform laws designed to make the bureaucracy more transparent and allow public participation in regulatory policies. Because administrative reform limits the executive's power, it is clear why legislatures would favor strict administrative procedures. But it is less clear why presidents would support them. The passage of these laws begs the question why presidents support administrative procedural reforms designed to restrict their abilities to act freely. I argue that in Taiwan, President Lee Teng-hui's control of his party deteriorated as factional disputes within his own party increased over time. Lee ultimately concluded that the Kuomintang's political survival depended on major reforms. Consequently, the status quo-oriented bureaucracy—hitherto an important source of support for Lee and his key constituencies—became an impediment. Lee supported Taiwan's Administrative Procedure Act in order to reduce the bureaucracy's capacity to impede reform. More generally, I argue that administrative procedures designed to open up the bureaucracy to the public, including previously excluded groups, can serve politicians' goal of redirecting the bureaucracy. Archival data, secondary sources, and interviews with key presidential advisers, senior career bureaucrats, and politicians support my argument.

AbstractCalls for a European “third way” in matters of digital technology need to be put into action to achieve an actual change of the status quo. To achieve autonomy in the digital sphere, European alternatives to digital services and products need to be established. However, such efforts must also extend to the level of information technology infrastructure. To that end, decentralized indexing of the internet could significantly help to strengthen Europe’s digital sovereignty. Nevertheless, legal challenges need to be overcome to make that vision a reality.
