This paper provides a theoretical rationale for the applicability of talent management in SMEs context. Specifically, the study offers a framework examining the effect of talent management on organizational performance mediated by a synergized innovative climate and moderated by organizational culture. The study employs a broad cross-sectional sample of 295 owners of small and medium-sized family businesses engaged in culinary, printing, fashion, and handicrafts in Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data were analyzed quantitatively using Structural Equation Model. The results of the analysis showed that four out of five hypotheses were supported. Only the first hypothesis stating that talent management positively influences organizational performance was not supported. This study serves as a foundation for future talent management research, particularly those aimed at uncovering the factors that influence talent management's unique position in organizational outcomes.

This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of learning organization in PD ABC; 2) analyze the influence of learning organization towards performance improvement of PD ABC; 3) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards learning organizations, 4) analyze the influence of learning organization, leadership and organizational culture towards performance improvement of PD ABC, and 5) formulate a sustainable learning organization strategy to improve the performance of PD ABC. Methods in this research were Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that 1) information systems and sharing of knowledge, organizational relationship, strategic leadership, collaboration and team learning need to be improved; 2) leadership has a positive influence and significant effect with learning organization but organizational culture has insignificant effect towards learning organization; 3) learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards improving PD ABC performance; learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards organizational performance, although leadership and organizational culture have a negative influence but insignificant effect towards performance organization; 4) in order to develop sustainable learning, PD ABC has to provide measurable evaluation and monitoring systems, transparent rewards and punishment, as well as competent people. Hasil penelitianadalah 1) sistem informasi dan penyebaran pengetahuan, hubungan organisasi,kepemimpinan strategis, kolaborasi dan pembelajaran tim masih perlu ditingkatkan; 2)kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar, budaya organisasiberpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar; 3) organisasi pembelajarberpengaruh signifikan dengan kinerja organisasi, namun kepemimpinan dan budayaorganisasi secara langsung berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dengan kinerjaorganisasi 4) strategi meningkatkan kinerja PDABC melalui organisasi pembelajar yaitumenyediakan sistem evaluasi dan monitoring yang terukur serta reward dan punishment yangtransparan. Objective - The research was conducted to identify the positive influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment towards organization change and the influence of change on learning and its' implication onorganizational performance. Methodology/Technique - The research design method is a hypothesis-testing approach. Units of research analysis areemployees of BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 Banks in Jakarta who have a supervisory function. The study data is cross-sectional obtained in a specified time period. Data was obtained through distributing online questionnaires containing statements to be responded with a minimum of 365 respondents required. Structural Equation Model was used to test the model of the research and AMOS software is used for data processing. Finding - The major finding of the research is that transformational leadership is not directly related to positive performance of the organization but more on how transformational leaders are able to manage organizational change that in the end will have a positive impact on organization performance.Organizational change also perceived has no positive impact on learning and learning also has no direct and mediating impact on positive organizational performance. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is threefold, first to investigate if ISO 9001 certified companies in an Iranian province (Kermanshah) perform better than non-certified ISO 9001. Second, what is the main motivation of the manufacturing companies of Kermanshah province on obtaining ISO 9001 certification, i.e., internal or external motivations. And finally, if ISO 9001 certified companies with high scores of internal motivations, show better levels of performance in comparison with certified companies obtaining low scores of internal motivations. Design/methodology/approach – A survey questionnaire was distributed to the 350 companies with ISO 9000 certification, and a total of 287 usable responses were returned. Using a structural equation model, this study empirically examines the relationship between ISO 9000 implementation and firm performance, and the moderating role of firm motivation on organizational performance. Findings – The results demonstrate that ISO 9001 certified companies show better organizational performance than non-certified ISO 9001 companies and internal motivations play more important role on obtaining ISO 9001 certificate than external motivations. Also ISO 9001 certified companies with high scores of internal motivations show better levels of performance than those ISO 9001 certified companies with low scores of internal motivations. Research limitations/implications – The sample is restricted to only a single region and manufacturing, so it would be strongly recommended that data be gathered from various parts of Iran including both manufacturing and service industries. As in this study the data gathered were cross-sectional, it is recommended in order to gain deeper understanding of the cause-and-effect relationship among the variables data to be gathered longitudinally. Originality/value – This study represents a first attempt to construct a conceptual framework that integrates the motivations behind implementing ISO 9000 certification, and ISO 9000 performance in the context of Iran and gives a particular focus on the Iran manufacturing companies.

The research investigates organisational structure as a mediating variable that influences the transformational leadership and the work satisfaction of police integrity in the areas under the jurisdiction of the Central Java Regional Police Command. Police integrity is an important phenomenon, as it is the foundation for realising trusted, modern, and professional police personnel, as expected by the Indonesian National Police (INP). The number of samples in this research was 200 police members from 10 working units in the Central Java Regional Police Command. The sampling method was purposively random sampling. The Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) was used to test the influence of the transformational leadership and work satisfaction by placing organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. By the SEM analysis, this research found that police work satisfaction has influence over organizational culture (r= 0.49; p< 005), and the transformational leadership has significant influence over organizational culture (r= 0.37; p< 0.05). Organizational culture as a mediating variable has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.26; p< 0.05). Furthermore, leadership has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.39; p< 005), and work satisfaction has direct influence over police integrity (r= 0.24; p< 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership and work satisfaction have strong indirect influence over organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. Meanwhile, work satisfaction has weak direct influence (r=0.24; p<0.05) over police integrity.

Corruption becomes an important issue for countries in Asia including in Indonesia. The number of cases of corruption to make Indonesia as a nation with high levels of perceived corruption in the world. This study aimed to explore the perceptions of government officials at the State University in Central Java on the effect of pay satisfaction, internal control systems, and organizational culture against corruption tendencies.   The sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 145 employees in the financial sub department of State University in Central Java. Data collection using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) component -based Partial Least Square ( PLS ) 2.0 M3. The results of this study indicate that the variable pay satisfaction does not effect on the propensity to corruption. Internal control system does not affect the trend of corruption. Organizational culture collectivism dimension negatively affect the tendency of corruption. Organizational culture dimension uncertainty avoidance does not affect the trend in corruption.  Keywords : corruption, pay satisfaction, internal control systems, organizational culture.

The purpose of this paper is to test the relationship between organizational culture and voluntary disclosure by listed firms in Nigeria. The research design for the study is survey design that is cross-sectional nature to examine the relationship among the study variables. Data for organizational culture were obtained from administration of questionnaire while that for voluntary disclosure were from financial reports of 92 listed companies. To test our main hypotheses, we used Structural Equation Model (SEM) especially PLS-SEM. The results indicate that both ritualism and opportunism dimensions of organizational culture are positively associated with voluntary disclosure. This implies that, firms’ emphasis on rules as well as flexibility in response to changing environmental needs promote the practice of voluntary disclosure in annual reports. This study concludes that voluntary disclosure is associated with flexibility in policies and disclosure rules as well as strict adherence to laid down guideline for the identification and measurement of disclosure items.

This study aims to design a model in achieving superior performance of MSMEs. The mixed strategic orientations of demography, economy and cultural values are used to design this model. The mixed strategic orientations consist of customer, competitor and innovation orientations. Demographic variables consist of age, experience and education. Economic variables consist of government, price, income and growth. Cultural value variables consist of Javanese, Chinese and Padang cultural values. Customer orientation variables have an antecedent variable that consist of entrepreneurship, reward and learning. The change orientation variable moderates the customer and competitor orientations to the innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage mediates customer and competitor orientations on MSMEs’ performance. The population of this study consists of food MSMEs in Central Java. The 750 samples are chosen with convenient sampling technique. Data analysis mrthod used the Cross-tab Analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research is a model explaining that demography, economy and cultural values influence antecedent variables of customer orientation, dimension of strategic orientations and organizational performance. The antecedent variables affect customer orientation; the dimension of strategic orientations affects performance; Variable of change of capacity unmoderates customer and competitor orientations on innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage unmediates customer, innovation and competitor orientations on performance. An abstract should accompany each manuscript; it should be completely self-consistent (i.e., with no figure, table, equation or reference citations), not exceeding 250 words and written as a single paragraph.

Performance measurement innovations (PMI) provide frameworks for the improvement of organizational performance. While developed economies have widely accepted PMI, little is known about their design and use in developing economies. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the design and use of PMI and organizational outcomes among listed firms in Nigeria. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was adopted for the analysis using cross-sectional survey data comprising 126 corporate managers in the sampled listed companies. The results showed that all the path coefficients for design of PMI and customer perspective (β = 0.325, p &amp;lt; 0.0001), financial (β = 0.314, p &amp;lt; 0.0001), internal business process (β = 0.346, p &amp;lt; 0.0001), and learning and growth perspectives (β = 0.367, p &amp;lt; 0.0001) were significantly positive. This suggests that designing performance measures to include a diversity of measurement incorporating financial and non-financial measures would positively affect organizational outcomes. Besides, diagnostic use was found to have a negative effect on customer perspective (β = –0.315, p &amp;lt; 0.01), while the interactive use (β = 0.411, p &amp;lt; 0.01) of PMI demonstrated a positive effect on it. This implies that using PMIs in a diagnostic manner brings about a negative image of the customer perspective, but it is divergent for interactive use. Upaya preventif dalam kesehatan dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan merupakan salah satu ukuran dari kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien yang mempengaruhi keinginan pasien untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang kembali terhadap penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung serta besaran antara upaya preventif, mutu pelayanan kepuasaan dan loyalitas ibu hamil terhadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode cross sectional. Populasinya adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang ibu hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0 dan SPSS 18. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode smartPLS menghasilkan temuan penelitian yaitu upaya preventif (24,56%), mutu pelayanan (26,89%), kepuasan (8,13%) dan loyalitas (38,33%). Loyalitas ibu hamil merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin. Model - Model hasil analisis dapat menjelaskan 99,9% keragaman data dan mampu mengkaji fenomena yang dipakai dalam penelitian, sedangkan 0,1% dijelaskan komponen lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara upaya preventif, mutu pelayanan, kepuasan dan loyalitas tehadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil. Sarannya sebagai masukkan untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kepada ibu hamil dalam pemeriksaan kehamilannya sehingga memberikan kepuasan ibu hamil agar dapat berkunjung kembali.
