Research on the relation of gender in Islamic Jurisprudence field always sparks the interest to study because of several things: the idea of power relations which has been touted as a thought that subordinates the role of women in their dynamic movements. Second, the role of the text of the Holy Qur'an in seeing and explaining gender relations in Islam, specifically when influencing or influenced by local culture. The main research question to be revealed is: how does the concept developed in Islamic Jurisprudence schools interpret the relations of men and women? The theoretical framework developed in this study is based on the thought which built in the Islamic Jurisprudence Schools. Sachiko Murata sees that there is a relationship between cultural understanding and the understanding of God in the relationship of men and women. The research method applied in this research is prescriptive normative legal method with conceptual approach. The conclusion in this study states that in the narrative approach to the Holy Qur'an, there is no significant power relation that degrades, dominates, or subordinates the role of women in Islam. Spatial structure of culture becomes a matter of concern when there is submission in the role of women in their socio-cultural environment. The narrative text of the Holy Qur’an explains the high appreciation of domestic and public roles for women. Feminism itself can be traced in various narrative texts in the Holy Qur'an that place women in a place of honor.

The conquest of Cyprus by the Ottoman Empire in 1571 had an impact on the growing Muslim population there. However, the majority Muslim population does not make Northern Cyprus adopt Islam as the official religion of the country. This article aims to analyze the roots of secularism in Northern Cyprus, some of which are caused by British government policies, the rise of Kemalism, the emergence of Alevism and Linobambaki, and the repression of Sufi orders at the end of Ottoman rule. Besides, the political situation in Turkey turned out to have an impact on Northern Cyprus, where Turkey sought to implement the Islamization policy there.

In contradiction with the divine laws of charity imposed by Allah (SWT) on the whole universe, money in the social flow of consumerism runs from the poor consumers to the rich companies and banks. The increase of intensity of the natural disasters linked to global warming, could just be a louder global warning from Allah (SWT) through nature in order to urge us to obey the divine laws of charity and change our lifestyle from consumerism to charity-based societies. The recent coronavirus pandemic could also be another global warning from The Merciful (SWT) to force humanity to change the life style based on consumerism. In order to reduce consumerism and its consequences on human health and nature, some people are already adopting “minimalist” lifestyles. The most important benefits of this way of life are reducing waste to help the environment, decreasing global carbon dioxide emissions and saving money and time used for excess consumption for charity-based activities.

Akhlak or moral education, which should be applied in the family, at school, and in the societies, is considered as the key success of education. However, most children are equipped with only cognitive religious knowledge without any formation of  faith foundation. As a result, most children are good at knowledge and intelligence but poor behaviour. To avoid such condition, it is necessary to consider Islamic teachings as not only the objects of study and memorization, but as the values that should also be implemented. This ideal condition is intended to minimize the tendency that many adolescence orient to the material welfare and hedonism, which have made them have poor morals and spirituality. As a result, they do not have an Islamic personality, but an instant personality influenced by destructive content they watch from various media. To avoid a further destruction and to improve such condition, there should be a moral-based local content curriculum.

This paper explores the fiscal policy of a country, as well as the policies that influence the economic growth of a country, since the course of government decision-making would be decided by fiscal policy and government expenditure. A research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach and thus a large literature is required to provide information to the government in order to ensure that the government can avoid delaying market prices. Community security can be accomplished when rates can be set by the government. In addition to fiscal policy that can preserve equilibrium, fiscal policy can have an effect on country's economic development and can establish social justice for all societies, followed by fiscal policy in a country through taxes and other responsibilities in Islam such as Zakat. Waqf, as philanthropy, may also help the government's efforts to raise government revenue and is sponsored by top management in the public financial sector, with the expectation that macro and micro businesses may develop in a country.

Gender issues are still a topic that is often discussed in society. Gender is related to the social construction of the division of activities between women and men. Along with the development of times there are many assumptions that say that women still accept injustice and are still discriminated against so that many are demanding gender equality for women. In the Qur'an many verses describe justice and equality between women and men in their responsibilities and carrying out their role, but there are still many people who do not understand the contents of the verses in question. The public or broad audience needs to understand gender construction in this Islamic perspective to be able to realize the ideal gender construction in life, especially in the context of Islamic society.

Guidance for prisoners is carried out in Correctional Institution. This must be in line with the objectives of treatment so that what is emphasized in the treatment process is a model of fostering prisoners. The problems in this article are first, what the form of treatment model for prisoners in Correctional Institutionat this time is; and second, how the development of Islamic-based treatment models is applied to prisoners at Correctional Institution. This article uses empirical legal research with socio legal approach. The specifications in this article are descriptive analytical research specifications and studies conducted in Corrections Institutions. The results of the discussion in this article show that the model of treament for prisoners carried out in the Correctional Institution is currently based on the principle of correctional guidance. namely individual treatment and classical treatment. Renewal of the development of a model of treatment for prisoners can be done religiously, which prioritizes a religious approach that aims to create soft skills, namely treatment the of repentance and the character of trust in prisoners themselves.
