The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relaxation techniques and distraction techniques on reducing pain scale in postoperative patients at UKI Hospital in 2020. This study used a cross sectional study approach which aims to determine the effect of relaxation and distraction techniques on postoperative patients at UKI Hospital. Cross sectional is a method for approaching respondents (point time approach) which is carried out at one time. the independent variable is relaxation technique and the dependent variable distraction is the decrease in pain scale in postoperative patients. The results of the study concluded that there were differences in the results of the pain scale between the pre-test and post-test with the Relaxation technique in postoperative patients. Most of the respondents had moderate pain scale results as many as 77% of postoperative patients, the group after intervention with Relaxation showed that most respondents had mild pain scale results as many as 86% of postoperative patients. There is a difference in the results of the pain scale between the pre-test and post-test with the Distraction technique in postoperative patients. Most of the respondents had controlled severe pain scale results as many as 88% of patients, the group after the distraction intervention showed that most of the respondents had moderate pain scale results as many as 79% of patients.

One of the international commitments to improve the health status of children is the UCI (Universal Child Immunization) program, which is a state of achieving complete basic immunization for infants. Immunization. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, using primary data with a sample of 108 mothers and infants and data analysis using chi-square. There was a significant relationship between nutritional status (p value = 0.040), baby's medical history (p value = 0.040), mother's knowledge (p value = 0.001), distance from home (p value = 0.044), health insurance (p value = 0.040) In conclusion, there is a significant relationship with all the variables studied, suggestions for mothers who have babies should immunize their children on time, considering that immunization is very important to equip their children with health in the future

Mothers certainly know that the main intake for babies is breast milk. However, in some cases, babies are forced to be fed infant formula to replace breast milk if according to medical indications and on the advice of medical personnel. Always consult a medical professional for the use of infant formula. Although the content is different from breast milk, now infant formula has been formulated with various kinds of nutrients that are good for baby's growth and development. For this reason, so that babies get adequate nutrition for their growth and development, the dose of baby's milk must be adjusted to their age and weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with formula feeding in infants aged 0-6 months. The research method used in this study is a cross sectional survey method. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies 0-6 months totaling 34 people. Samples were taken by total sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled. Anemia is an indicator of poor nutrition and health. The most common cause of anemia worldwide is iron deficiency, due to a prolonged iron imbalance caused by iron intake or food intake that is not strong. Iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women can affect the growth and development of the fetus or baby during pregnancy and afterwards. Factors that influence anemia in pregnant women include knowledge and direct factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, namely the risk of chronic energy shortage (CES). The research objective to be achieved based on the above problem formulation is to know the relationship between nutritional knowledge and chronic energy shortages with anemia in pregnant women at Alalak Selatan Health Center. The study uses a quantitative descriptive design using accidental sampling technique approach by taking respondents who come to Alalak Selatan Health Center 2. Infertility is a global health problem faced by 8 - 10% of couples in the world. It means 50 - 80 million couples have infertility problem. Knowledge about comprehensive and profound reproductive system is main asset for managing infertility. When look at various factors those contribute to women infertility, so the role of endometrium is very important. The optimal endometrial environment for receiving blastocyst is a major factor in the process of implantation and pregnancy. This study attempts to review and compare sources from research article, case report, and reviews from reputable international journals. Research by Germeyer et all (2010) shows that optimal growth and development of endometrium are factors those greatly contributes for successful implantation which is continued to pregnancy. The same thing is revealed by Neykova review (2020) which states the success implantation process is determined by the quality of the embryo, the readiness of the endometrium to accept the result of conception and interaction, and communication of molecular cells. Currently, various studies are being developed for evaluating endometrium condition through genetic improvement, the use of new biomarkers, non-invasive method even sophisticated method such as proteomic technique Endometrial Receptivity Assay (ERA) in order to solve women infertility problem.
