COVID-19 is driving the development of Internet hospitals. However, due to the short development time of Internet hospitals, they cannot meet the different needs of patients. This paper conducted the survey experiment and provided evidence: Participants were significantly less likely to go to the hospital when the risk of privacy disclosure was higher. There was no difference in the selection of Internet hospitals and physical hospitals when citizens suspected they were suffering from depression. However, citizens tended to choose physical hospitals when they suspected they were suffering from physical disease.

UNSTRUCTURED Background: Severe Mental Disorders (SMD) have become a topic of increasing interest in research due to their serious consequences for the quality of life and functioning. In the pages that follow, it will be argued that the self-care ability and its influencing factors among SMD patients in Beijing, according to the questionnaire survey in 2019. Methods: The present study aimed to explore the factors influencing the self-care ability of SMD patients. Multi-stage sampling and proportioning sampling were used to take samples. The demographic characteristics of patients were obtained by questionnaires, and the self-care ability was measured by self-made scales. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results: We surveyed 662 people and found that the deficiency of self-care ability is common in SMD patients. Significant relations were found between self-care ability and age, educated levels, guardian care, course of disease and physical disease (P<0.05). From a dimensional perspective, the daily basic activity was associated with educated levels and physical disease (P<0.05); the housework ability was associated with gender, educated levels, source of income, physical disease and medication adherence (P<0.05); the social function was associated with age, educated levels, source of income, guardian care course of disease, physical disease and medication adherence (P<0.05). Conclusion: The self-care ability of SMD patients is affected by many factors, including patient characteristics and social factors. Therefore, targeted interventions are needed to help patients restore their self-care ability, which requires the joint efforts of the government and the whole society.

The paper presents a way of selecting flat or carbonated mineral waters depending on the purpose for which it wishes to be used. A good mineral water must meet certain physical and chemical qualities at certain temperatures and have the appropriate pH to have the desired therapeutic effect. The analysis of the purpose for which the selection of mineral waters is desired results in the characteristics of the water to be analyzed, compared, and for which a weight of their influence in the decision-making is established. For selected waters, the characteristics receive scores that will in turn influence the selection of the recommended type of mineral water. The conclusions of the paper allow the establishment of a certain type of mineral water for the characteristics imposed by the desired purpose.

The text introduced a system based on BP network for the prediction of grape disease. It included the design of a network structure, the selection of parameter for network study, the processing of sample data etc. With the use of BP network model, this system can forecast the extent of grape disease, so it is applicable to the conditions which have many influencing factors, complicated relationship, difficulty of analyze quantitatively and requirement of long-term prediction. Using this system to the prediction of grape disease in Zhuo Lu area Zhang Jia Kou city, the authors obtained a good effect, which is of value to the prediction of grape disease occurrence.

Piezoelectric self-adaptive micro-EDM can improve machining efficiency of micro-EDM effectively. To meet the requirements of micro-EDM, a computer numerical control (CNC) system based on personal computer (PC) and Mercury C863 controller is developed. The hardware structure and software structure of the CNC system are discussed in the paper. Algorithms and functions of the software are also analyzed. The CNC software is successfully designed with VC++ (2010). Extensive experiments show that the CNC system is reliable, stable, efficient and high accuracy. The new micro-EDM CNC system has a short development time and a low cost.

In recent years, natural disasters frequently happen in China, so emergency logistics becomes the lifeline to rescue people’s life and property. The management of emergency materials is an important content in emergency logistics management system. Due to the short development time of emergency logistics in China, there are still many problems in emergency material management. In this paper, existing problems and reasons are analyzed, and the purchases, reserve, transportation and distribution are managed and investigated. Meanwhile this paper proposes the relevant development countermeasures.

Introduction: Israel led a rapid vaccine rollout against COVID-19, leading to a local remission of the epidemic and rolling back of most public health measures. Further vaccination of 12-15-year-olds may be hindered by public perceptions of the necessity and safety of vaccination. Methods: we examined the considerations of vaccine hesitant parents (VHPs) regarding vaccination of children against COVID-19. The responses of 456 parents were surveyed and analyzed before FDA authorization of vaccination of children. Results: parents who were vaccinated against COVID-19 were more likely to intend to vaccinate their children (r=-0.466, p<0.01). Low accessibility of vaccination may be a dissuading factor for VHPs more inclined to vaccinate. Vaccine efficacy and gaining a "Green Pass" were positively associated with an intention to vaccinate and statistically significant. VHPs inclined not to vaccinate indicated short development time and possible long term effects as dissuading factors. Discussion: vaccine promotion should be tailored for VHPs' positive and negative considerations for higher uptake.
