In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Facilities and infrasrtucture are all things in the form of goods, both directly and inderectly supporting the implementation of the teaching-learning process. Facilities and infrastructure become an important part in supporting learning , because without the supporting facilities and infrastructure , the learning process cannot run optimally , therefore management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to realize effective learning. Educational efacilities are all equipment, materials, and furniture that are directly used in the education process at school, supporting facilities to achieve educational goals , for example : space, books, library, laboratory and so on. So educational infrasrtucture is all the basic equipment that does not directly support the educational process in schools.

Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is a series of activities and all components that help the effectiveness and performance to be effective and efficient in accordance with the desired educational goals. In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Besides that, the teacher plays an important role in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, such as being involved in the planning process of teaching aids, involved in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by the teacher during the teaching and learning process, supervision in the use of practical tools by students. The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. This chapter approaches the problematic of communication in teaching-learning activities in higher education during the crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors have proposed to present a theoretical and practical approach to the effective communication in teaching, with the objective of knowing which are the opinions of students on communication skills and motivation of them in the classroom. The study included a total of 261 students from different faculties at the University of Bucharest, who were a Likert-scale survey in the period May -July 2020. Results of the analysis of research data shows that students have seen their ability to concentrate and motivation to perform tasks affected, but they did not leave university. In this respect, most difficulties were in carrying out teamwork than individual. The adaptations made by the university during confinement have been positively appreciated. The research findings coming according to recent studies confirm that without communication the teaching and learning process will not take place.

This study focuses on the teaching and learning process of Indonesian overseas schools (SILN). The purpose of making this article is to find out how the actualization of the national education process in SIDH Belanda dan SIKL Malaysia in assimilation in their country. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used is descriptive document analysis. And based on the analysis of various documents, it was found that the two countries implemented national education into teaching and learning activities. There are similarities and there are differences between the teaching and learning activities of the two countries. There are similarities and differences in the teaching and learning activities of the two countries, which are seen from three aspects, among others, national education in the curriculum, national values in the curriculum, and the strategy for implementing national education. In addion, Learning at Indonesian Overseas Schools (SILN) is also carried out optimally by SILN teachers in facing challenges and obstacles, this learning is carried out in order to realize and implement national education even though in overseas areas and to create smart and  quality successors of the nation.

Educational and cognitive activity of students is the key component of the modern educational process. Management of the learning process becomes effective when it is grounded on the basic laws of general theory of management and knowledge of the psychological foundations and cognitive processes patterns, the development and consolidation of certain personal qualities and mental formations that ensure the achievement of educational goals. In this article the main psychological and pedagogical review of management problems is presented; the general requirements for effective learning process management are identified. Particular attention is paid to monitoring the learning process and its correction as a necessary managerial component of the educational and cognitive activity of students.
