Finance is something that is made as a determinant and also as an integral part of the administration of education and education management in every implementation of the education process. In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Facilities and infrasrtucture are all things in the form of goods, both directly and inderectly supporting the implementation of the teaching-learning process. Facilities and infrastructure become an important part in supporting learning , because without the supporting facilities and infrastructure , the learning process cannot run optimally , therefore management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to realize effective learning. Educational efacilities are all equipment, materials, and furniture that are directly used in the education process at school, supporting facilities to achieve educational goals , for example : space, books, library, laboratory and so on. So educational infrasrtucture is all the basic equipment that does not directly support the educational process in schools.

The process of effective communication depends on the principles of credibility (trust), attractiveness, and power. Then the content (meaningful message to receiver), clarity (clarity of message),   continuity   (repetition),   channels (channels of communication) and the capability of the audience. These principles can also be applied in the educational process of learning communication.  In the whole process of education, teaching and learning activities are the most basic activities. Here, it means that the success or failure of educational goals depends on how teaching and learning processes are undertaken by the students and teachers. The effective learners can be measured from indicators such as personality,  attitude,  experience and ability to reach the goal.   This opinion illustrates that educators can successfully carry out their duties if they have a good personality, intelligence, and ability to communicate.

But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in carrying out the learning process Special service management in schools is basically set and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. The formation of initial knowledge on learning will greatly affect the educational process, especially in understanding students. Students in the process of learning physics are required to have the correct concepts and concepts in order to reduce fatal mistakes in the future. Technology today is also developing very rapidly. If the technology is misused, things will not appear. In order to reduce misconceptions in learning physics, especially in terms of temperature and heat, it is necessary to have appropriate models and methods and the use of technology is also needed so that the process of teaching and learning activities can be adjusted to the times. This journal aims to 1) explain misconceptions among students using the POE2WE model 2) reduce misconceptions that occur in students of temperature and heat material 3) Become a reference for educators in teaching and learning so that misconceptions can be minimized 4) Utilization of technology in the learning process so that the concept of material temperature and heat can be conveyed properly. The method used is the literature study method.

This research examines the meeting of the Prophet Musa and Khidir which is mentioned in the Al Qur'an in al-Kahfi. They met at a place called "Majma'al Bahrain". This meeting was motivated by Allah's admonition to Prophet Musa for considering himself the smartest and His orders that he should meet Prophet Khidir. Prophet Khidir as a teacher taught some material to Prophet Musa. His meeting with Prophet Khidir made Prophet Musa understand about inner knowledge and gain various knowledge and experiences that he had not previously obtained. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, and procedurally this study uses the comparison method with literature study techniques in data collection. The author uses several classical and modern Qur’an interpretation books as references in this study. Research result shows that this teaching and learning process raises educational interactions which include: educational goals, educators, students, educational methods, and educational media. The educational interaction components in this study are very useful for educators and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities
