The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of transformational leadership through job satisfaction on employee performance. The type of research is survey research because it uses the population and the sample so it is found events and relationships between constructs. The study population was 195 people, all of which were taken as samples (saturated samples). Data collection techniques used questionnaires and were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the Lisrel statistical software package and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The result of the research shows that 1) transformational leadership directly influence to employee performance, but indirectly influence to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee.

The article describes the effect of transformational leadership on class I prison officers' performance through job satisfaction and work motivation. The research instrument is based on each construct's operationalization process that was adopted and developed from previous research. Using the Structural Equation Modeling approach with the help of the Lisrel 8.8 statistical device, the authors found that that there was a significant favorable influence among transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and performance, also between job satisfaction and performance. However, the test shows no significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance. New research results are expected to add to the literature's limitations and provide empirical evidence regarding the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Efforts to improve the quality of a hospital should consider how job satisfaction of medical personnel, which will later have an impact on medical personnel performance. There are various ways that will be taken to improve performance, for example by providing appropriate compensation and improving quality of work environment conditions. Then job satisfaction is expected to increase and have a good impact on medical personnel performance at a hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction with employee performance at Prambanan Regional Hospital. This study used four variables namely compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. The population in this study was employees who worked at Prambanan Regional Hospital, amounting to 300 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a research sample of 150 people. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result shows that there is a positive an significant effect between the compensation on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation on the employee performance; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee performance; there is no effect of the job satisfaction on the employee performance;  satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on the employee job satisfaction at Prambanan Regional Hospital.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. The results of the study indicate that employees were not satisfied with their work discipline, competence, and empowerment. Thus, job satisfaction cannot be compared to employee performance. Applying a survey method to reveal the perceptions of 376 employees of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, starting from August 2016 - August 2017, this study reveals work discipline, competence, and empowerment had implications for job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Data were analysed descriptively (weighted mean score) and inferentially (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that: (1) Work discipline, competence, empowerment, job satisfaction and performance of the civil servants at the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia were in “good” category, albeit not optimal; (2) Work discipline, competence, and empowerment simultaneously and partially had significant effect on civil servants’ job satisfaction at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia; and (3) Work discipline, competence, and empowerment both directly and indirectly (through Job Satisfaction) were simultaneously and significantly related to the performance of civil servants of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between transformational leadership (TL), structural empowerment (SE), job satisfaction (JS), nurse-assessed adverse patient outcomes (APO), and the quality of care (QOC). The study further investigates the mediating effects of SE and JS on TL-APO and TL-QOC relationships. A total of 600 nurses working at 17 government hospitals in Pakistan completed the survey. The hypothesized model was tested using a confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. We found a positive relationship between TL, SE, JS, and QOC but negative relationships between TL and APO, SE and APO, and JS and APO. Our study further suggests that SE and JS strongly mediate both TL-APO and TL-QOC relationships.
