This study aims to analyze employee performance. Employee performance is the result of thinking and energy from an employee to the existing job, can be tangible, seen, employee performance by some factors that are Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction. Referring to the purpose of research that is done is to analyze and analyze various variables, then this research is descriptive and verificative. In descriptive analysis explained the dependent variables on which the theory is based. The verification analysis is used. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Lisrel program.

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and communication on employee performance at PT Multi Jaya Samudera. This research was conducted at PT Multi Jaya Samudera which lasted for 4 (four) months, starting from November 2019 to February 2020. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The sampling technique used is the census sampling. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera as many as 95 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from organizational culture, training, communication and employee performance variables. Descriptive analysis results for organizational culture variables, training, communication and employee performance at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, organizational culture, training and communication have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera. The contribution of organizational culture, training and communication variables explained the employee performance variable by 0.749 or 74.9%. The remaining 0.251 or 25.1% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job motivation. The population in this study included 134 Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Bali District/City Election Commission with a total sample of 100 people using the proportional random sampling method. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Job motivation is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance partially. The Head of the Secretariat of the KPU of Regency/City in Bali needs to develop a transformational leadership style by providing motivation that inspires subordinates to work better when job motivation increases will be directly proportional to an increase in employee performance. In addition, a strong organizational culture such as information disclosure and participation of all members of the organization in achieving organizational goals can be developed continuously. When job motivation increases, it will encourage employees to improve the quality and timeliness of employees in completing work.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, employee satisfaction and its influence on the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. To answer these research purposes, then an examination of the whole employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia, amounting to 112 people. The method used is descriptive analysis and analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM).  Based on the results of analysis show that motivation, leadership, and organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The result of the analysis also states work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and employee job satisfaction significantly influences the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The implications of this research is to improve leadership skills and organizational cultures that exist, so that aspects of employee job satisfaction can be met, because in general a high employee job satisfaction will increase their work motivation and performance.

This study examines the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic directly towards the job satisfaction and performance of the lecturers and the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic towards the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Private Islamic University in Indonesia. The population of the study is 295 lecturers. The data were analyzed using The Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.80 applications. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance. Compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive effect on the performance of lecturers significantly. Compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance through job satisfaction while Islamic work ethic does not significantly influence the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).
