The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on the performance of PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang. The research method used is descriptive causative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling so that the population is taken as many as 39 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, organizational culture variable and locus of control on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang obtained Y = 13,260 + 0,896 X1 + 0,428 X2 + 0,05. From the result of t test, it is found that organizational culture variables have significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0.000 < 0,05, so Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, while locus of control variable has no significant effect to PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Tarandam Padang because significant value 0,037 < 0.05, so Ho accepted and H2 rejected. From result of F test proved that organizational culture variable and locus of control simultaneously have significant influence to PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang performance with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. While Adjusted R Square result is 0,368, it means free variable influence to variable 36,8% the rest 63,2% is explained by other variable not used in this research.

BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and employee performance simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. The number of samples is 98 people. The analytical tools used in the study include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. From the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the linear regression line equation between service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction is Y = -1,710 + 0,296X1 + 0,765X2. Based on the F test results obtained Fcount value of 132.206 is greater than Ftable (3.07 then it is true there is a positive and significant effect between service quality and employee performance simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. Results of analysis with using t-test, the t-count value of 2.695 and 10.085 is greater than the t-table value, the service quality and employee performance partially have a positive and significant effect between service quality and employee performance simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan.

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of the parenting patterns on students’ self confidence 2) the influence of Entrepreneurship teachers’s instruction on students’ self confidence and 3) the influence of parenting patterns and Entrepreneurship teachers’ instruction on students’ self confidence at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. The population covers 650 students of SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya grade X. Random sampling technique was employed to select 227 students among them. Data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The finding indicates that the partial test (t test) positively confirms the influence of the parents’ parenting on students’ self confidence (3.139; d.f.: 0.002) and that Entrepreneurship teacher’s instruction also significantly affects students’ self confidence (5.227; d.f.: 0.000). Again, on the basis of the F test, the study concludes that parenting patterns and teachers’ instruction simultaneously affect the students’ self confidence (23.910 d.f.: 0.000). Parents are, therefore, advised to apply the appropriate parenting to their children. Also, teachers of SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya are suggested to improve their professionalism in nurturing students’ character so that students will have better self confidence.

The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of the percentage in development of Pematangsiantar city’s regional minimum wages, and the problem in this study how GRDP and RWP affect on the percentage of development of Regionl Minimum Wage at Pematangsiantar City. The method used was quantitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis used were Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Determination, F-test and t-test object on RMW at Pematangsiantar city. Finding of research and results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis test are  that the GRDP and RWP had a positive effect on the RMW of Pematangsiantar City, 2). The results of the correlation coefficient indicate that the GRDP and RWP of Pematangsiantar City on its RMW were at a very strong level, while the coefficient of determination of 67.5%  at high or low of the minimum wages can be explained by the GRDP and RWP, while the remaining  of 32.5% was influenced by other factors which were not included in this study, 3). Hypothesis Test for  F-test indicates that the GRDP and RWP influences significantly on Pematang city’s RMW, and for the t- test indicates that the GRDP and RWP had a positive and significant effect on the RMW in Pematangsiantar City from 2005 to 2018. This means that as the GRDP increases, the value of setting Pematangsiantar City's minimum wage in the following year will also increase, and vice versa. The increase of  laborers/workers demands will affect the standard of regioanalwages that will be determined, this happens  because wages will always adjust to the labor market demand. The stipulation of the minimum wage, it has an impact on GRDP in Pematangsiantar City, because the consumptive rate will be carried out in the place where it gets paid.
