The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Company Size, and Ownership Structure, namely managerial ownership and institusional ownership toward company performance. This research used samples from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2015. Based on purposive sampling technique, it got 17 companies as research samples, so as long as 4 years observation there were 68 annual reports were analyzed. Type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analyctical method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this research showed than Intellectual Capital doesn’t have significant effect to company performance, company size has significant effect to company performance, managerial ownership has significant effect to company performance, and institutional ownership doesn’t have significant effect to company performance.

Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, company size and ownership structure on capital structure in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2010 and published financial statements on December 31 for the fiscal year 2008-2010. This was a censuses research since all population sampled. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2008-2010. Data collection was done by the documentation and classifies data based on the financial statements of the criteria determined. Data  required in this research obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM) to address the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Tower 2 1st Floor, Sudirman street Lot 52-53 Jakarta 12190. Based on these criteria, 114 companies obtained to be the target of Population.The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, company size, and ownership structure affect firm capital structure. Partially, variable profitability and ownership structure has a positive effect, while the variable size of the companiy’s and liquidity negative affect the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010.  Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Ownership Structure, Capital Structure

The aim of this study is to analyse the influence of intellectual capital on firm value through firm performance (profitability, productivity, market valuation and growth). Intellectual capital is measured by using a Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC™). Firm value is measured by Tobin's Q. The financial performance consists of Return on assets (ROA), Asset turn over (ATO), Market to Book Value (MB) and Earnings per Share (EPS). Data from this study was obtained from financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies that are taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year of 2011-2013 for 37 companies. The types of data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports by the manufacturing companies. Empirical analysis is conducted by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Intellectual capital has a significant effect on profitability, market valuation and growth. Intellectual capital does not significantly affect productivity and firm value. Market valuation significantly affects the firm value. Profitability, productivity and growth do not significantly affect firm value. Furthermore, Intellectual capital which is intervened by the firm performance has a positive effect on firm value.

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, company age, ownership structure and profitability on mandatory disclosures of mining company annual reports. The population in this research were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, which were 41 companies. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method and 14 selected companies were selected. The data used in this research was secondary data by collecting company annual reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, www.idx.co.id. While the analytical method used are classical assumption and hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable company size, company age, and profitability had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports, while the ownership structure had not influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. All of independent variable in this research had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. This study examined the ownership structure's effect on the firms' value of quoted manufacturing firms (consumer goods) in Nigeria for 2010-2018. The total numbers of quoted consumer goods firms in the Nigeria stock exchange as of 31st December 2018 were twenty-one (21). A judgmental sampling technique was used to sample nineteen (19) consumer goods firms for the study. The study sought to examine whether ownership structure proxy by managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, foreign Ownership, and ownership concentration affect firms' values of quoted consumer goods in Nigeria. Data were collected from secondary sources through the annual reports and accounts of sampled consumer goods firms in Nigeria. The study adopted a panel regression technique as a tool of analysis. The result showed a negative effect of managerial ownership on firm value. While institutional Ownership, foreign Ownership, and Ownership concentration all positively affect the firm value of consumer goods firms in Nigeria. Therefore, the study recommends that the numbers of shares held by management should be reduced to increase the firm value of the listed consumer goods companies in Nigeria.

The purpose of th is study was to test empirically the influence of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Sociall Responsibility Disclosure to the performance of companies in Indonesia. Intellectual capital is measured using Pulic method (VAIC) and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured by using CSDI (CSR Index). Company performance is proxied with company profitability that is measured by Return on Assets. Data used in this study is secondary data, consist of annual reports, financial reports, and sustainability reports. The sample used in this study was chosen by using purposive sampling method with the aim to get the sample according to the criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 76, which consisted of 19 manufacturing companies of the basic and chemiccal industry sectors during the period 2013 to 2016. The results showed that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility disclosure positively affect the financial performance of the company

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, environmental performance, and firm size on CSRD. CSRD measurement based on GRI-G4 is seen from the company's annual report. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019, which are 492 companies. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with observations for 3 years. So, the number of samples studied were 73 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that corporate governance, namely institutional ownership and managerial ownership, had no effect on CSRD. While the environment has a positive effect on CSRD and company size has no effect on CSRD companies.

This study is an empirical research that aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, company size, CEO's gender, CEO's educational background and CEO's level of education against income smoothing practice. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies that have been going public and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. Sampling technique conducted by the author is to use purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data derived from company financial statements, company annual reports, and fact book. Total research data amounted to 134, of which 84 companies are doing income smoothing. Hypothesis testing is done by using logistic regression analysis with significance level (α) 5%. Data processing using IBM SPSS software version 22.00. The results show that profitability and leverage variables have a significant negative effect on the practice of income smoothing, while the gender variable CEO has a significant positive influence on the practice of income smoothing. Meanwhile, firm size variables, CEO education background and CEO education level have no influence on the practice of income smoothing.

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the companies in the growth, mature, and stagnant stages use accrual earnings management, real earnings management, and classification shifting. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 53 manufacturing companies or the same as 265 observational data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the company is in the growth mature and stagnant stage using the accrual earnings management strategy. The growth stage of the company does not use a real earnings management strategy, the mature and stagnant stage, the company uses a real earnings management strategy. Companies in the growth and mature stages do not use the classification shifting strategy.
