The Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia (September 2020) conducted a survey where the results explained that there was a decrease in the income of micro and small businesses by 84% and 82% in medium and large businesses in the accommodation, food and beverage, other services, transportation and warehousing services, construction, manufacturing, and trade sectors. The problems that entrepreneurs face are complicated. Not only do they need stimulus and capital assistance, but also assistance to enter the digital system economy, opening new markets, and increasing product competitiveness. Communication and socialization are also needed as an effort to empower the MSMEs. The use of information technology and digitalization is very much needed to survive the current economy amidst the pandemic. However, the number of entrepreneurs that are able to digitize their business is still relatively small. It is impossible for the digitizing process to take place immediately therefore it is best to join electronic trade organizers or e-commerce companies such as Tokopedia and Shopee.

Tourism is a prima donna sector that significantly contributes to the people’s economy and Indonesia’s state income. Foreign tourist visits to Indonesia rank fourth in ASEAN, contributing to a GDP of 4.25% (Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia, 2020). In 2019, the number of Muslims was 39.8 million, which is the majority, so tourism in East Java is significant to revitalize the concept of “halal tourism”, including for Ponorogo Regency. At this opportunity, the study concentrated on tourism objects in the Ponorogo Regency using the PESTLE method (political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental) to identify aspects that can meet the requirements of halal tourism. In general, this is a way of expanding and encouraging East Java Province to become an area capable of implementing halal tourism throughout its Regency by meeting specific criteria set by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. The weaknesses and limitations of the study have become a symbol of concern for future improvement. The concept of “halal tourism” is interpreted more broadly in various aspects, not only limited to religious tourism, pilgrimage, or visiting places of worship, but is applied to tourism objects that focus on the sharia process through various aspects. “halal tourism” has excellent potential to be realized, one of which is in Ponorogo Regency.

This paper proposes a model for optimizing the ferry traffic and the traffic demand at the macroscopic level by using information technology (IT) and the existing tourist amenities as a key element for achieving harmonization of supply and demand, i.e. optimization of the assessed system. Proposed approach differs from the other/present models because it includes the application of the macroscopic, instead of the microscopic (local) approach, i.e. harmonization of the ferry infrastructure demand from the place of its origin (road border crossings) to the place of its operation, i.e. the ferry infrastructure, and not solely in particular segments of the ferry infrastructure.

The aim of this paper is a researcher in which measures are used at home in Serbia and in which foreign wines and which are characterized by ago of gastroenological offer. The gastroenological offer processed in this research shows that there is a lot of representation of foreign wines in restaurants, as a guideline for development in the field of harmonization of food and wine, it should give more emphasis to domestic dishes and domestic wines. This certainly contributes to the development of small businesses and local growers to be better placed and promoted to both domestic guests and tourists. Belgrade, as the capital of the Republic of Serbia and as the main tourist destination, should adjust the offer of both food and wine in its restaurants. There are tourists for whom the primary goal of travel is a gastroenological experience, they want to try as much localized food and wine as possible, while there are also those whose primary goal is not gastroenology during the trip and they want to consume something familiar to them. Restaurants or other catering facilities should definitely be adapted to the guests.
