In a new era of booming information technology, E-commerce has become an important developing country in China, and parents and students have gradually welcomed this profession. In the information age, how to improve the quality of training in professional higher education and then meet the employment needs of industries and enterprises has become a key issue for higher vocational education in China. This article mainly studies the E-commerce professional talent training model based on identity inheritance. This article analyzes the current situation of E-commerce talent training, combines pragmatism, and proposes strategies for training talented E-commerce experts in underdeveloped western regions. The theory of business talent development has certain theoretical significance for guiding and promoting electronic trade and socioeconomic development. The research in this article shows that despite a large number of international trade graduates every year, the electronic trading group (70.1%) is still international trade, and 85.9% of companies still believe that there is a gap between transnational E-commerce traders. In order to “effectively connect” the training of E-commerce talents in higher vocational education and social needs, it is necessary to take the needs of industrial development as the driving force and market demand as the guidance and take practical measures to improve the school-enterprise matching. The distance between talents ultimately promotes professional construction and talent training and achieves a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises.

The rapid growth of online trade leads to a number of problems faced by EAEU member states in the implementation of customs regulation of electronic commerce: reducing the tax base by reducing traditional trade; sending profit fl ows to those countries where the parent companies of online trading platforms are registered; imperfect competition of goods imported duty-free compared to goods produced within the EAEU; the emergence of new security threats due to the actual lack of certification and other restrictions, which actualizes a thorough study of this phenomenon and its timely regulation. The article outlines topical issues of regulating the movement of goods of cross-border electronic trade across the customs border of the EAEU, which make it necessary to amend the Agreement on the Customs Code of the EAEU on cross-border electronic commerce, that is, the content of the draft Protocol on Amendments, according to which "goods for electronic commerce" is understood as goods, acquired by individuals in the framework of foreign electronic commerce, under which, in turn, it is meant to conclude a transaction, one of the parties to which is a foreign economic operator, on electronic trading platforms through the Internet. An analysis of these changes is presented, in particular, the prospect of creating a new legal institution and type of activity in the field of customs regulation — an e-commerce operator, which will provide logistics of operations, as well as ensure interaction with Internet sites and customs, ensuring customs declaration processes. The main requirements for the operator of electronic commerce, the specifics of temporary storage, customs declaration and issuance of electronic commerce goods, the specifics of the application of the customs procedure of the customs warehouse, as well as the procedure for applying customs payments and the prospects for regulating electronic commerce in the EAEU have been determined.

The purpose of the work is to determine promising areas for decarbonization of district heating in Ukraine, as well as measures necessary for their practical implementation. State of the development of bioenergy in the world and in the EU is presented, and considerable contribution of bioenergy to the production of renewable heat is emphasized. In Ukraine, the existing problems of long-term planning at the state and regional levels in the heat supply sector need to be addressed. Recommendations for solving these problems have been developed. One of them is the elaboration of the Heat Supply Strategy until 2035, built on the principle of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine, as well as the Action Plan for its implementation. It is recommended to introduce the term “efficient district heating” in the legislation of Ukraine, which corresponds to Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency, and to declare the purpose of increasing the share of such systems in district heating. The role of bioenergy in the process of decarbonization of district heating of Ukraine is analyzed. It is shown that one of the ways that can significantly improve the situation in heat supply is the wide involvement of biomass and solid biofuels in this sector. For the effective implementation of this task it is necessary to launch an electronic trade system for solid biofuels (biofuel exchange), introduce competition in district heating systems, as well as perform a set of additional actions and measures. This will allow not only to stabilize the situation with heat supply in Ukraine, but also to reduce the heat tariff for end users by 15-20%.

The Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia (September 2020) conducted a survey where the results explained that there was a decrease in the income of micro and small businesses by 84% and 82% in medium and large businesses in the accommodation, food and beverage, other services, transportation and warehousing services, construction, manufacturing, and trade sectors. The problems that entrepreneurs face are complicated. Not only do they need stimulus and capital assistance, but also assistance to enter the digital system economy, opening new markets, and increasing product competitiveness. Communication and socialization are also needed as an effort to empower the MSMEs. The use of information technology and digitalization is very much needed to survive the current economy amidst the pandemic. However, the number of entrepreneurs that are able to digitize their business is still relatively small. It is impossible for the digitizing process to take place immediately therefore it is best to join electronic trade organizers or e-commerce companies such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
